    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk Got my package reduced by £12 a month a few months ago after I complained about subsidising new customers to all get a free year of Gamepass Ultimate 👍🏼 Thanks for the assistance on here & in general, very good customer service throughout my 6 years with BT. No issues currently.

    @ERantzen @BTCare listening to your Radio 4 interview today on internet phones. I have a customer who was transferred last week which caused her stress & £80 for an extra electric point for the WiFi connector to attach her static phone to the router which is upstairs.

    @Ky2404 @bt_uk Did exactly the same to us last week. Wires left hanging all over the place and white box attached to the wall at an angle. Shocking customer services too. Confirmed they'd opened a complaint then immediately confirmed they'd shut it without any action taken. Appalling

    @bt_uk we’ve had No broadband since last Friday due to an area issue and now I’m heaving reports it’s not going to be fixed untill the 11th it April. If this is the case then this is not acceptable at all!
