@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@bt_uk Problem in the fibre cabinet. Identified by an engineer last Thursday. Was told can’t be fixed until 30th June. Order has already been cancelled 8 times. It will be almost 5 weeks without broadband by that point.

@bt_uk Placed a home move request on 16th April and still no broadband. Now told it will be another 8 days before the problem is sorted by Open Reach. Terrible customer service and far from ‘unbreakable’.
