    The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

    @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

    @bt_uk I’m fibre to premises, no landline. How do I find out if there are issues in my area? Only site I can find requires telno to be input. My internet is dropping out.

    Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

    @bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didn’t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you don’t want my custom I’ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    @worcesternews since the interview i did with yourselves yesterday morning before the government explained their plans for small buissnesses we have had positive support from both @SkySportsPub and @btsport who have suspended our monthly fees and also our 1/2

    @bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

    @bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

    @bt_uk Have no signal on all ITV channels, pictures freezing or breaking up, no issue with any other channels. This happened last month too! Any ideas. Have returned channels!

    @bt_uk Wish my BT broadband worked. Just upgraded to high speed on the advice of the engineer & my line "has stability issues" no Internet.

    @bt_uk I need your help. After deciding to stay with BT broadband after initially choosing to change to EE - my service has become shocking. Never had an issue until my new contract with you began. Can't ever connect to WiFi in my house. Is this being done on purpose ????

    @BridgnorthWolf @SkyUK @bt_uk I switched from Sky mobile, broadband & phone. They are an absolute shower. The VIP stuff is bollocks! I have & continue to have **** service! Signal - excuses or no response. Never, ever call back….I could go on. It has got worse since I renewed the TV package too!

    @bt_uk We are gonna try phoning tomorrow to try and figure out why we pay over 100 a month for rubbish speeds when in 2018 we was paying less for a better service from yourselves. I think you have been rinsing us dry for no reason. Ofcom might have to have a look.

    @yaliekins @virginmedia @bt_uk In some places yet. I had the non-fibre for 2 years wasn’t their fasted speed but never had an issue and the router worked all over house. I need Teo extenders with virgin.

    @Danjay114 @bt_uk I'm an existing BT customer over decades. Ordered fibre upgrade 23 Jan. Told then typically 5 days for installation/ certainly within month. All this time later, weeks of frustrations,wasted time waiting in for workers that don't turn up, made to feel like a liar by their 1/2

    @BlondieJanner @virginmedia I had this with Virgin last year. We ended up moving to @bt_uk, on their fibre 500 package. Haven't had any problems with it.
