@btsport stream cuts out. The one consolation here is I won’t have to put up with their godawful service again. It’s as shite and unreliable as United were tonight. #SEVMUN

  • newgrandmomma Fiona M More (@newgrandmomma) reported

@bt_uk what are you doing about an appalling service again? Over a year now with every excuse and multiple engineers, why are we paying for crud? #unacceptable

  • iMiMiMx Ed S (@iMiMiMx) reported

@deeserve @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare They've still not answered the phone yet, so something is definitely 'up' - routes through the BT network have been bouncing around a bit. All our ports are up, NTUs no alarms, just no traffic inbound to the port.

  • esjaymo Sarah🌙 (@esjaymo) reported

@bt_uk I have to point my phone at my router to get MY WiFi. I leave the room and it’s all over. Paying for a service you’re not providing is boring. Why? Because some new fangled line is being put in up the road and you want me to pay more for better service. Not how it works!

  • BaahMamby Mamby Baah (@BaahMamby) reported

@bt_uk ONCE AGAIN RECEIVING TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOONE HSD CONTACTED ME SS SUGGESTED. DIDN'T PERUSE COURT PROCEEDINGS AS I THOUGHT NOTHING ELSE COULD OCCUR, BUT HERE I AM STILL COMPLAINING!!!!

  • deeserve deeserve (@deeserve) reported

@iMiMiMx @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare Lots of other BTnet connections we monitor are OK.. including others in the Midlands. We’ve just lost two.. so I suspect there’s a router somewhere that’s having an issue… hopefully there’s a BTnet engineer getting alerts also!

  • PaulHandleigh Paul Handleigh (@PaulHandleigh) reported

.@bt_uk please explain to me why, as aloyal customer I should pay substantially more a than a new customer. This practice is a disgrace. Even the insurance has outlawed this. @Ofcom what are doing about this awful practice?

  • JackMur58861755 Jack Murray (@JackMur58861755) reported

@bt_uk why are you throttling YouTube?? I have just purchased bt fibre 900 and I am getting the top speeds but when I use YouTube it buffers and goes to a low resolution!!! You have to be throttling as when I switch to a VPN it works fine.
