    @bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

    @bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

    @bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

    Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

    So @bt_uk persuade me to switch to them with the promise of paying my buy out fees. They tell me they will cancel my sky contract. Which they don’t do. Leaving me to do it. Now when I try and claim the buy out fees they tell me I’m out of the two months. Which was THEIR fault.

    @bt_uk getting very irritated with your constant chasers about me returning my BT TV kit, I sent it back weeks ago. Check your postal tracking service. If you think you are going to charge me for not returning it then you are mistaken.

    @Holdfast214 @bt_uk I’m with Talk Talk. Good coverage in my area - no issues encountered at all. It’s £21 per month. We use a Roku firestick for tv which covers STV Player and different channels. No tv licence as we only watch catch up. Sky also do broadband for same cost and that works well too.

    @bt_uk what do I need to do to get a manager to call me back? Promised 4 times to no avail. Not to mention ongoing broadband problems for 2 months. Multiple engineer visits booked and no one turns up. I’m losing the will.
