Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.
