    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @Sonos @btsport Having wasted hours trying to solve a problem with my Sonos, I eventually get through to the Sonos helpline. Apparently BT have upgraded router software with bugs. Neither Sonos or BT could be bothered to tell customers, who have wasted hours #poorservice

    Weird emergency broadcast alert today, have never seen one before, even though I've known of their availability in GSM phones since 2G days. Was it genuine @bt_uk or some phising scam? Only it said "test message #2 from BT UK, please ignore"
