It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

You will start to see degradation of your service ie slow speeds and no use of landline. Until your are migrated or you miss the date and cut off
