@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

@bt_uk New appt on 27/1. 2 days leave used. Engineer reported he waited 10mins at house & left a voicemail, he did neither. Call centre closed complaint as we have an appt, said we could always go elsewhere if we're unhappy! Can someone pls guarantee the next engineer will turn up?
