@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  • Chr1spyduck
Chris Lane (@Chr1spyduck) reported from Wombourne, England

@btsport poor that you’re still charging customers or won’t freeze payments while there’s no live sport on. Take a leaf out of @SkySports book.

  • Shamimstokes
Shamim Stokes (@Shamimstokes) reported from Churchill and Blakedown, England

@bt_uk no phone or wifi for a week! Thank goodness for the mini hub although could do with 2-3 as constantly having to move it round the house to get some signal. Only a week to go until you fix it, yay!!!

  • BingfromKiddy
Bing from Kiddy (@BingfromKiddy) reported from Kidderminster, England

The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

  • lensawag1
Leanne (@lensawag1) reported from Dudley, England

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

  • AdsMatthews

I know there’s not many games left on, but really hope those who feel safe enough are able to take in some non-league football today. They will really appreciate the support! Failing that, give @FCHTOnline against @EUFCofficial a go. Live on @btsport at 5.20pm 🙌

  • Stuart_H21

@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

  • _JoshDenham

@bt_uk So the service is down according to the website, but nothing anywhere before logging into my account, or yourselves here, acknowledged that beforehand. When can I expect my access to the broadband to be back?

  • Forex_trader_4u
    Macro Bielsa (@Forex_trader_4u) reported

@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

  • neil_huntingdon
    @neil_huntingdon #LoveNHS #FBPE #BWithTheT (@neil_huntingdon) reported

@bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  • jellywellys99
    Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported

@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card

  • nwwilson
    Norman Wilson (@nwwilson) reported

@bt_uk Service is an absolute joke. AGAIN my Internet doesn't freaking work. Absolute dog ****. I am paying for this crap. 4 days for an engineer. NOT acceptable

  • sideangleballs
    RichNotRich (@sideangleballs) reported

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Broadband down all morning. Constantly being told there are no faults is not helping me get online. Help please 🙏

  • AnonEtc
    Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported

@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.

  • tringgooner
    Chris (@tringgooner) reported

@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
