We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
