  • BingfromKiddy Bing from Kiddy (@BingfromKiddy) reported from Kidderminster, England

The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • denny Denny (@denny) reported

@bt_uk My details are totally irrelevant here. You have a bad feature implementation on your website, it will affect _everybody_ who is using a password vault to keep their passwords more secure. Tell your web development team, that's all you can do about it for now - thanks!

  • firefly233 ashamed Brit (@firefly233) reported

@bt_uk Thks Kelly. But it's not problems. As I said it's consistent with my expected speed. It's just that the best you offer is very slow.

  • briansparrow191 Brian Sparrow (@briansparrow191) reported

@bt_uk I don’t accept that my services going down on Thursday, that because it’s a weekend & bank hols, I have to wait 9 days to be reconnected. Apparently if I was a halo customer I’d be up and running by now. So my £60 a/m isn’t enough, you need £10 more.

  • denny Denny (@denny) reported

@c_boyle @bt_uk Well, I got into the help chat. It was not very helpful. I'm not sure they knew what a website is.

  • J_PaulDevine Paul Devine (@J_PaulDevine) reported

@bt_uk no point you just tell there's nothing up I really do not like broadband you provide how can I drop from 75mbps down ( previous supplier)to aveage 3-7mbps? I wish I went elsewhere Ive only been with BT since the end of january 2021, unfortunately got another 15 months of hell

  • rugbytomc Tom (@rugbytomc) reported

@bt_uk you just emailed to close my complaint without resolving it. You didn’t contact me on Thursday as promised. Instead you have tried to contact me on Easter weekend. Please reopen and resolve my complaint

  • Pamela30014600 Pamela (@Pamela30014600) reported

@bt_uk Yes theres no excuse. Bt switch a number off without the new service in place. We have elderly relatives who dont use mobiles; we need the phone. A communication company that disconnects you twice in two months. The irony!!

  • TestingMango5 TestingMango5 (@TestingMango5) reported

@bt_uk I tried this and it worked for about 30 minutes and then started only showing orange so I think it may be a problem with the disc

  • seadaisy81 seadaisy (@seadaisy81) reported

@ConsumrRightsUK @bt_uk (1/2) Day 10 still no broadband still not had visit from an engineer. Day 2 Mini hub not working even after following the technical instruction of “turn it off an on again”. Still no lifeline service available for disabled mum, no hive heating system

  • ramman00 ramman (@ramman00) reported

@bt_uk We want to leave, which we're well within our rights to do without being penalized given 1) we've been lied to by the website/app about our minimum guaranteed speed and 2) this issue was reported over 70 days ago and wasn't resolved.
