The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

  • aillynnbee Aileen 🇪🇺 (@aillynnbee) reported

@bt_uk Many thanks BT for helping me with this, not sure why it is easier to resolve by DM on twitter than phoning customer services? It would be really great if BT had a policy specifically for moves to Care Homes. Looking on forums, I am not the only one who has had problems with this

  • cproctoruk Chris P (@cproctoruk) reported

Hey @SkyHelpTeam what do I get for my internet being cut off for 9 days and counting? My neighbours with @bt_uk got sent a free mini hub for theirs being down! Looks like they know how to look after their customers

  • Symingtonjason Jason Symington (@Symingtonjason) reported

@bt_uk I spoke to them, useless really!!! As I am not a current BT Sport customer I just get a std offer and BT class me as separate customers one for broadband and one for Sport, so my Broadband loyalty counts for nothing!!! Don’t worry my contract expires in Jan, I will go elsewhere

  • richard_fortune Richard Fortune (@richard_fortune) reported

Hi @bt_uk, my broadband and landline have just stopped out of the blue. I reported this and your service has checked the line, declaring there is a fault. You texted to say you AIM to fix by midnight on the 9th November! No you need to sort this now in the next 4 hours.

  • MikeyDF27 Mike DF (@MikeyDF27) reported

@bt_uk My landline isn't working. Can you help, thanks.

  • wilhil William Hilsum (@wilhil) reported

How the hell do you make a complaint about @bt_uk other than through social... A client has had enough of their @BTBusiness Cloud Voice and wanted to move away ~Jan/Feb this year. I've been trying to port away countless times which has failed due to wrong info - I've confirmed

  • lreid71 lreid71@hotmail.co.uk (@lreid71) reported

@bt_uk just take you money and leave you without phone or o teemed for over 3 weeks! Knocking the “update date” down the road for as long as they can! Very update I’ve had for the past 22 days has just been another update date, nobody knows anything, nobody can tell you anything

  • WhiteRoseJohn John Christopher (@WhiteRoseJohn) reported

@bt_uk No, I want to know why a loyal long term customer is paying £14 more a month than a new customer?
