@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@bt_uk I had reported a fault recently and the engineer was able to tell me the problem I had reported, and reference an email he had previously sent me from an @bt.com address, so I do believe it was legit… but he said he’d had several people raising concerns about this auth process

@bt_uk to call them and they had to cancel and resend to my address. Then 2 engineers turn up and didn't even know they were fitting fibre broadband, then asked of it's been cancelled. Then next minute they didn't ask to open my locked side gate
