BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • skriemer Skriemer Bass (@skriemer) reported

@bt_uk No Fibre Broadband since Christmas Eve. Engineer visited today - "It's a BT Problem but they are denying". I have green lights on the house connection, (all good according to BT), but solid orange on the router. Virgin are going to have a busy January.

  • tom_hiles Tom Hiles (@tom_hiles) reported from Macclesfield, England

@bt_uk hi, can you guys help? I'm a BB customer but I keep getting letters for the previous house owner, despite returning them marked no longer at this address. I just got off the phone with accounts who said I should get in touch with the previous owner to ask them to call you

  • Vinc3Charming Vinc3Charming (@Vinc3Charming) reported

@btbusinesscare I complained to BT who contacted lazy, lying openreach. Lazy, lying openreach had told BT the neighbours refused to give permission. The neighbours informed BT that's completely untrue. They never expect us to be able to just go to the neighbours and confirm.

  • Vinc3Charming Vinc3Charming (@Vinc3Charming) reported

@btbusinesscare They are so lazy they can't imagine someone walking one house down the street. At any rate this was all openreaches responsibility. To ask the neighbour for permission prior to our first appointment and certainly prior to the 2nd. 3 months and these idiots haven't done a thing.

  • dave_merritt Dave Merritt (@dave_merritt) reported

@WeAreOpenreach beyond shocking experience in getting my full fibre service set up. You are completely letting @bt_uk down. Do you even talk to each other? An hour on the phone this morning to be told you need to CLOSE MY ENTIRE ROAD to fit the service. Thanks for the update! 🤬

  • mishparrott smish (@mishparrott) reported

@bt_uk Ok. Engineer booked (again) for Wednesday. I’ll contact ombudsman to see if they can help. Contracts work both ways and BT is not holding up their end of the agreement. Constant drop in all service. All the access points haven’t helped. @virginmedia promise to do better

  • LadyLesleyShaw The Cake Room Ltd (@LadyLesleyShaw) reported

@bt_uk The issue is not yet resolved. A technician is supposedly coming out next week to try to do this. We shall see what happens!!!

  • SamWalden97 Sam (@SamWalden97) reported

@bt_uk Hi, was meant to get a call today 9–11am (got a text this morning to confirm) but never happened

  • DanielB1093 Daniel Briggs (@DanielB1093) reported

Never seen someone improve in such little time than @alexvolkanovski, if he didn't win fighter of the year I would've eaten my foot. The guy looks absolutely unstoppable at the moment. Double champ 2023? @btsport #ufcawardsshow

  • paulstone40 Paul Stone (@paulstone40) reported

@bt_uk In which case I'd like to cancel Now sub (taken out on 9th Dec) - tried via phone today but told they couldn't. I'm hard of hearing and subtitles are essential for me.
