We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
