@btsport poor that you’re still charging customers or won’t freeze payments while there’s no live sport on. Take a leaf out of @SkySports book.

  • StrideSteve Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • the_beanster Sally (@the_beanster) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

  • ColinEgginton Colin Egginton (@ColinEgginton) reported from Kidderminster, England

@SkyUK Could you make a link in my account section for customers to cancel or pause @btsport We will be back when the sport is back.

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • slogan1980 Scott Logan (@slogan1980) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

  • AdsMatthews Adam Matthews (@AdsMatthews) reported from Kidderminster, England

I know there’s not many games left on, but really hope those who feel safe enough are able to take in some non-league football today. They will really appreciate the support! Failing that, give @FCHTOnline against @EUFCofficial a go. Live on @btsport at 5.20pm 🙌

  • CraigyLowe Craig (@CraigyLowe) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk all day l have been trying to help a fellow key worker get some damn assistance as our office is closing due to corona and she can’t work because you guys won’t sort her internet out. She’s called time and time again and you hang up!

  • Litterwatch1 Litter Watch (@Litterwatch1) reported from West Bromwich, England

@btbusinesscare Awful service! Over charged as well. To add insult to injury you've sent out emails stating our contracts ended. We have only just renewed it!

@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • htdlandrew Andrew Hopkins (@htdlandrew) reported from West Bromwich, England

Christmas ruined thanks @bt_uk from my family for accidentally disconnecting my Business Broadband and not providing a solution until January. #BT #BTFibre

  • Joninwhite Old and Gold (@Joninwhite) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@wickwarwolf @btsport One hour and a half wait on the phone today to cancel sports package on Virgin Media. If I want to add it back on it would take 2 minutes online. #virginmedia

Is that Spackman on co comms on the @btsport Roma v Feynoord game??? Another stunningly bad co commentator

  • DannyK67 Kegs (@DannyK67) reported

@btsport @btsportfootball who on earth is this idiot commentating on roma v feyenoord just now? Absolute imbecile #wedonttake

  • Stevoyd Ste (@Stevoyd) reported

@btsport how is savage saying he “never saw this coming”? It was clear as day United were likely to be beaten, tonight after the injuries in the first leg and suspensions. It only took 8 minutes to confirm United were out! No goal scorers, no creativity. #UEL #SEVMUN

  • deeserve deeserve (@deeserve) reported

It looks like we’ve just lost a couple of BTnet connections that we monitor in the Midlands (Birmingham and Leicestershire). If one goes down, we investigate… if two or more go down (and they’re 40+ miles apart geographically), we look towards @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare.. 😬

  • Jamesm10ssn James Masson (@Jamesm10ssn) reported

@btsport sorry but Robbie Savage is the worst commentator ever. Please get him off.

  • ehealey1 Elaine Healey (@ehealey1) reported

@bt_uk Other than offer sort the issue for us then suppose not

  • jamesgrayhound jimbo (@jamesgrayhound) reported

Does anyone know wtf #paulscholes is saying @btsport

  • Redsmail Mike Wilson* (@Redsmail) reported

@sazzam31 @btsport @btsportfootball It was but if Maguire had the awareness to let it run he takes out 3 players. But he’s Maguire so that was never going to happen.

  • iMiMiMx Ed S (@iMiMiMx) reported

@deeserve @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare They've still not answered the phone yet, so something is definitely 'up' - routes through the BT network have been bouncing around a bit. All our ports are up, NTUs no alarms, just no traffic inbound to the port.

  • Lecco3 mufc_80 (@Lecco3) reported

At least I can cancel my @btsport subscription now.
