@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@btbusinesscare - We run an NHS community pharmacy in London, E13 and have been without broadband via our N3 line since 24/11/20. As a result we have business disruption affecting patient care. BT have failed to remedy the problem yet- UNACCEPTABLE!
