    @bt_uk After continuous low speed and I’m stuck in the last six months various problems with the line I’ve been in the property change years doesn’t matter what provider are you have, the same things happen the splitter need to replace be replaced every year the hub usually

    @bt_uk Hello, my mobile was due to be delivered today, and my service switched to yourselves. But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

    @bt_uk What’s going on with BT TV at the moment? I’ve lost half my channels, @btsport HD is so intermittent giving me ‘Internet Connections’ issues (surely this is delivered over-the-air and not via the Internet?) and I’m missing @btsportmotogp . Getting really fed up with this.

    @BTCare Thank you for the time on this. The thing I found really annoying was why wasn’t I told that when I rang Friday Wouldn’t of been so bad if I hadn’t of been fobbed off at the time and it got sorted there and then. I understand issues happen just let me know there is an issue & fix

    @BTCare New hub order given date of delivery & didn’t arrive that day. Rang to find what was going on get told it takes 3-5 working days. Complained about the date given not being right. Then told it was a technical issue. However it just feels I’ve been fobbed off with no answers given.

    @BTCare so much for your complaints department. Scripted conversations are not fun and don’t always answer your questions you would like answers too. Really impressed from 1st call for an issue but went down hill from there. Now quite frustrated with @bt_uk.

    @bt_uk, well I log a fault online and book an engineer, yet 24hours later, My BT account claims no fault has been logged, and no engineer booked. Call customer service - helpful, but not helpful. No record of an engineer appointment and first chance Wednesday

    @bt_uk I get we hav a storm but these fibre optic lines are underground so why are my speed down to 12mbs from 60mbs latency 129,. Packet loss, this is ment to be a new line. Bs again ,with bt. What a great service

    @TAGilbert @btsport Perhaps, but then football doesn't work like cricket or tennis or the various other sports in which similar systems have been able to work more effectively. We seemed in too much of a rush to use tech, without thinking about HOW we use it.

    @bt_uk Waste of time it says you don’t have plans to update. So I was conned into coming back to you and am paying an exhortant price for a substandard service. If you cannot get fibre in the centre of the largest city in the UK you’re not fit for purpose.
