@Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk So Vodafone were in third place I guess? I've just dumped them because they could not give me access to my own account. I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I have this exact same problem too. The mini hub works great for everything apart from iPlayer. After a minute of playing, the hub stops connecting, red light shows.

@bt_uk It’s not a fault to report though, the connection has consistently been awful for as long as we’ve been here, I’m particularly noticing it now as I’m relying on it so much. Not sure what to do in this scenario?
