  Getting better booked engineer did turn up Engineer visit to other 2 houses with issues. 3 hours on the phone @bt_uk so I can book another engineer visit for Monday just because of Poor Bt workmanship Best bit they closed the issue as the no visit

  @bt_uk Best way to see check if something is repaired check with customer @bt.com. Not close issue because engineers did not turn up Neighbour same issue all sorted with engineer visit Me re book for Monday because you forgot to connect Internet on pole replacement

  so @bt_uk after no real support over your dm’s as we were going around in circles, with you still not quite understanding that when someone that has an account with you dies, their contract ends. It’s not transferred to their next of kin. We gave notice with the bereavement team

  @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?

  @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.
