Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@England @bt_uk For me it's out of 2 ( if people are been real ) after the euros it has to be either. Pickford made clutch saves at important moments and kept Cleansheet's OR Kalvin Phillips Made the Croatian midfield look bang average Was energetic Help our midfield together at times

@BT_UK been trying to get BT to fix my slowing internet for a month now. Today it has finally disappeared completely. Yet another new hub. Replaced my phone because they said that could be the cause. Trying and failing to get some work done. They tell me the connection is fine.

@bt_uk Installed new hub yesterday. It partially worked then now not at all. BT Home Tech due this evening to set up Halo. No point if there is no broadband. Still awaiting call from Advisor. Alway trying to shift the blame to consumer. Can never explain why internet doesn’t work.
