    @bt_uk I can tell you that we have all been down for 4 days. They were also told that they were not eligible but have been sent one after complaining. We need the Internet working some how and have been informed it won't be until next week

    Hands down @bt_uk and @EE are the worst mobile providers in the UK Not surprised they’re merging as one… one horrible company buying another horribly ran company. Steer clear and save your money 😴😴

    @bt_uk But your general procedure is that you a) only offer an alternative Internet solution if people upgrade to the top end of service and b) only offer certain people if they kick up enough of a fuss?
