    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    ...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...

    @bt_uk I had your 900mbps fibre installed. The whole process has been problem after problem. Currently getting about 25mbps. Still not received the hardware you said would come.

    @jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT They are but I judge on how many times it happens. I've been with BT for just over two years, this is the first issue I've had with them. It was a regular occurrence with both Virgin and Sky.

    @ianmarshalldfc @PremierSportsTV @btsport Wouldn't be near as bad if he was a decent player (like kris boyd) But he was shite as a player, played his whole career for diddy teams and definitely up there as one of the worst pundits.

    @bt_uk You have plenty of tools to measure internet speeds yourself. The service I am receiving is utter garbage, and it's abusive to the degree BT is the only supplier available in this building. Be proactive if you care.

    It's returned now. @BTCare The regular dropping out from the laughably slow Internet provision is intolerable and I intend to investigate changing provider in the morning.

    @bt_uk Poor attitude from @bt_uk and actually discriminatory considering you offer it to your business bustomer plus EE offer it to both their sets of customers. It’s totally illogical.

    @bt_uk my father-in-law has had a really bad line for weeks now, he had an engineer out last year and it seemed to rectify it, but it is so crackly at the moment that he can't hear what the caller is saying. Please can you arrange to sort it out, thanks.
