Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk I can’t work from home and delayed broadband now to 31st Dec. Surely open reach can help you out we were originally promised 23rd Dec to call me didn’t service has been awful and then I get a new two year contract sent to me really ?
