Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk Apparently my service has been stopped and I'm going to have to pay the cancellation fees? My account says I have changed my plan but I have done nothing. Now the phone lines are down and I can't seem to get in the help chat. Please help me!
