Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk Never said it wasn't, just the whole attitude of sticking to the letter from the minute told you I was leaving the UK and no flexibility and now I am in this position. Will attempt to pay this blood money £1 a month as it's what I can afford
