Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@England @bt_uk Impossible to judge anything with these friendlies. Grealish looks up for it. Calvert Llewyn gets about, but no goal from open play! Henderson, never rated him, still don't. Until we see the starting line up play, no idea. Loads of good teams this time, can't see us winning

@bt_uk Each time they just say "Yeah your line can only get 20 MB, and it occasionally reaches that so we are hitting the quota" but I 100% used to get 50/15 as I upload to Youtube/Twitch all the time so can tell when its slow

@BTCare well it’s sad to say I’ve resorted to this. So nice I’m not getting answers to my emails I have to tweet in hope of a response. My telephone line was moved over to digital voice on 26th April and I’ve not had a line since! I’m also getting problems with my internet.

@michael91510009 @bt_uk Which basically means they were throttling my speeds and refusing to admit to it. Took it to an ombudsman and they were basically useless. Didn’t look at any of my evidence and then got loads of info wrong and just told me it was irrelevant because I didn’t lose full service

@btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

Runs around the pitch like a fairy,looking for who he can get close to before falling down dramatically. @bt_uk not had a phone connection since being moved to digital voice on 26/4. Also unable to use Sonos and sky q apps etc due to but home hub2 conflict issues. No one answering my emails. Not good enough! Dire customer service!
