Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Just moved to @bt_uk thinking they guarantee the speed in each room like the advert says but I have never experienced something so shocking, already made a complaint and nothing, can never get through or I’m always 36th in the que Can I get out of my contract?

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to find a contact point through your website for 30mins! I need to speak to someone about my new (and very poor) BT full fibre broadband hub which your engineer has installed in totally the wrong place in the house.

@bt_uk Yes I was, and he assured me that it would be fine - behind the TV on the windowsill. I now see from your online advice that this is THE worst place. Other than the room the hub is in, the WiFi connection is poor.
