Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk I have had a similiar problem. I have lost access to critical information on both my talk21 accounts. When I contacted BT the adviser was not helpful and could not resolve my issue yesterday even after 45 minutes on the phone. kindly advise urgently

@bt_uk Thanks, Claire. I resorted to social media out of sheer frustration at being 'stood up' by Openreach, without any notification or apology; and it being near impossible to speak to a human being about it. If they fail to turn up again tomorrow, I'll be back on here.

@bt_uk I didn't think it would be fixed today, you told me it would be fixed today, regardless of the issue. One of us here works from home, what are they supposed to do? Your lack of urgency is appalling. And I want reimbursing for our time without internet at the VERY LEAST.

@bt_uk rubbish service before I’m even connected - seems you can’t put full fibre order through until existing landline disconnected - computer says no! Current supplier says that will disconnect broadband. Can’t have no broadband as work from home. Utterly useless!

@bt_uk I was communicating with someone who was finding out about the problem here, but it then just.......stopped. This is awful customer service, awful.
