Mole (@no_lakey) reportedHey @bt_uk, I moved house Tuesday and you cut off my broadband first thing. Your staff couldn’t understand that this was a problem for me. Following procedures! Would be better to switch off the broadband at the end of the day as standard or at least agree a time with customers.
