pst (@sliverlodeone) reported@bt_uk Yes. Iโve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

GerryC๐๐พ (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! -
Chris (@tringgooner) reported@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy donโt you? Messed around, then asked for a ยฃ20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. Itโs a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

(((Ian McKenzie))) ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช๐บ๐ซ๐ท๐บ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฌ๐ช๐ฌ๐ฑ (@iMcKenzied) reportedUpdate on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer Iโm told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.
