@CatherineHSmith @bt_uk @BTCare is a account that should help. That's an extraordinary amount. No way that should be the case

  • AThalagavara Ashok Thalagavara (@AThalagavara) reported

@bt_uk BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

  • CatherineHSmith Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported

@bt_uk No, it comes in via an underground cable that clearly isn’t up to the job. We now pay for the minimum that you provide but we still don’t get a fraction. Frequently told “nothing” can be done. How do you justify such a bad service in these desperate times? We overpaid for YEARS.

  • AndyClement001 Andy Clement (@AndyClement001) reported

@bt_uk I have been promised they will be refunded but they haven’t reached my bank account yet - dependant on which advisor I spoke to the money should be in my account in either 3 or 4 or 5 business days!! Hopefully I won’t have to resort to Twitter again to highlight BT’s poor service

  • AThalagavara Ashok Thalagavara (@AThalagavara) reported

@bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not me

@bt_uk To say I am frustrated is an understatement! I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and your website (for payment) is up the swanee. I am paying far too much for my service, and need to speak to someone in your 'value team', as per email from your complaints dept.

  • WNHSC_Darren Darren Hughes (@WNHSC_Darren) reported

Please stop telling me @bt_uk there's no problem with my phone or broadband - total fail today when giving evidence to @SeneddFinance on NHS finance and Welsh Budget . There's static & cross lines on the phone and IP drop out. My job depends on it - please contact me ASAP

  • Stevewhy7 Steve7 (@Stevewhy7) reported

@CarvetiiCoffee @bt_uk I had a problem with BT, and I emailed the MD, he doesn't get to read it, but you get a priority request to the top tier team, hope that helps
