@bt_uk over 34 years as a BT customer. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Absolutely appalling service. Clearly customer service isn't important and loyalty means nothing. 🤬

  • Diertje123 Cornelis Tol (@Diertje123) reported

@bt_uk It got all sorted this morning. The person that was meant to call me was off sick yesterday. Took a while but we’ve agreed a new contract again. Thanks for all your help

  • 1AndyCullen Andrew Cullen (@1AndyCullen) reported

@bt_uk Hi I’m paying for Full Fibre 300 with Halo and getting 21.5 mbps download speed. How do I cancel without charges for such a poor service?

  • zece7 CZ (@zece7) reported

@xDanny117 @bt_uk It will rise. Awful company. Stay away. Mine has risen nearly £17 since my contract started. Can’t wait to leave them in august.

  • robdymond Rob Dymond (@robdymond) reported

    Bad times in Internet land.. 1 <1 ms 1 ms <1 ms bthub.home [192.168.1.254] 2 54 ms 54 ms 54 ms 172.16.17.42 3 * * * Request timed out.... @bt_uk your status page isn't showing problems, but there's a routing issue in Derby

  • paulums Wrighty Boy (@paulums) reported

@bt_uk I’m sure I must have been told something but I’ve remained on a lousy 29MB down and am paying over 55 quid a month for the privilege. Increase service before you increase prices!

  • samanthaacookx Samantha Cook 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@samanthaacookx) reported

.@bt_uk so how come our internet bill is now going up to £75 per month but you’re offering new customers the same service for £31.99? Disgusting. Billions in profits over the last year yet the customer has to pay more?

  • mark_ingram Mark Ingram (@mark_ingram) reported

@bt_uk how do I cancel a product without having to phone up? I can order via the web; why can't I cancel via the web? A 14.4% price hike is literally ridiculous given the shoddy service you've been providing me for the past 6 months.

  • laurajillw73 Laura Whitehouse (@laurajillw73) reported

Disgusting service from @bt_uk who are going to put up my my monthly price but won’t let me leave my contract without charging me over £100!!!

  • Tomahol1 Tom Holland (@Tomahol1) reported

58 days with no @bt_uk internet. 7 missed resolution dates. I've spent £57.15 on having no internet, owed £470.40 in compensation. Over these 58 days, @bt_uk CEO Philip Jansen has taken £417,600 in salary. Perhaps some of this could be more appropriately allocated. #stilloffline
