Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

I joined @bt_uk & left same day lol forcing parental controls on my tv with no pin and the service did not turn on when they should have, my channels missing.

@bt_uk 53 mins on the phone (45 on hold) to customer service, only for them to say "I don't really know! the order says 8th, seems a long time" "Must be something to do with Openreach"! Openreach is BT!! what a #joke..

@bt_uk Please respond to my dm! The wifi is down in my area (Oxford) and I desperately need it fixed today!! Your website said this would happen by 4pm, which has now changed to midnight on Sunday!? Completely shocking and unacceptable!! People work from home!!

@bt_uk Your standard broadband is shockingly poor. Had to buy a 4g router as well as it’s that bad. Oh and you’ve no intention of installing fibre apparently.
