Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk Hi, are there any reported problems with BT Mail? It's not letting me log in at all (Chrome or Internet Explorer) and is just saying "Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. etc.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach hi there, I want to make sure the lovely bloke working on my weeks-old issue that @bt_uk have completely faffed, is not in any way impacted. All he did was give me a call to confirm what hadn’t happened and how he was going to try and fix BT’s shambles (my words).
