Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk have been absolutely abysmal. Just trying to renew our contract - 3 month, 30 calls and probably 20 hours on hold later and still not TV. Awful service.
