    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk Are you going o address or even attempt to fix these problems? The last 3 days in the UK constantly dropping in connection. Non stop disconnecting and no I aint the only one, hundreds if not thousands reporting same problem, we pay yo enough money for what?

    @bt_uk We've tried. You're customer service appalling. We've been cut off, transferred then not been able to be given back to the original person who offered us a deal and now the new person can't offer us the same deal! 1.5hrs on the phone and you're going to ring us back in 5 days!

    @bt_uk The issue is not with freeview, the channels work fine on a different tv through the aerial. It’s the BT box causing the issue.

    @bt_uk BT Account offers is not working. BT Account is off online doing a relaunch. See the phone is better.

    @bt_uk I’m gonna cancel my sky services which end of 29th March but want to come to bt for my broadband so could I agree to a switch on of broadband on the 30th March let’s say ?

    @bt_uk Why was my complaint "VOL013-644382501708" closed without any details taken, feedback given or any form of resolution? I'd like to give BT the opportunity to look in to this before submitting this case with the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk Why is your website so shite, trying to report a landline fault for my dad (who's 83, doesn't have internet & now no phone either) yet I can't report a fault without a login? Shower of shite!
