Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

When I was on @btsport internet I could never get great connection on my NowTV…now I’m on @NOWTV_It I can’t watch anything on BT without it crashing or stopping. What ******** is going on. I can watch both perfectly on my phone, but not on my @PlayStation 5 🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk they keep increasing prices and provide products and services that are worse year on year! They're about to remove my second phone number without consideration or solution. Use another broadband supplier to save money and your health!
