Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk My small business is dependant on the 4 phone lines we rent from BT. Following a repair visit from BT to fix one of our lines we now only have 2 working lines and received a call asking if BT could close the repair!! Please fix the lines we pay for! #customerexperience

@bt_uk I don’t even get a stable connection in the room that contains the router!! - I’ve been a loyal BT customer for over 30 years, asked for some new equipment when I last renewed (currently have a 2 box old system) never turned up. I’m moving to another provider asap.

@bt_uk Yes started all over again staying in a hotel till I get full internet as we can not work from home sure to the problem caused by Bt staff it looks maybe another week and no one is there to push the connect further I have contacted virgin media and Hyperoptic so we will see

@bt_uk We phoned you guys last Wednesday to switch back to phone and broadband. With the exception of a horrid letter from our current provider (even though the contract with them is well and truly up), we haven't heard anything from you guys. How long until we get it in writing?
