Failed to identify the fault; failed to turn up; sent the wrong type of engineer; failed to turn up again. And you won’t escalate my case. I’ve been very nice, reasonable and calm. PLEASE fix it!

So to be clear I cant plug a base station in to a network switch? Just that our Smart Hub 2 (loft) is nowhere near where we would like our phone to be (kitchen)
