    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk Our broadband is down. Fault BOT can’t find our phone line, no one answering phone. I can’t access online and app doesn’t recognise account. We pay a huge amount of £ per month. Please help!
