@bt_uk are so bad. We have to call them out every 4 months. After waiting for an engineer. He came in and explained to me. “Your connection is rubbish” I know mate. That’s why I called you.

Looking at renewing our FTTP with @bt_uk but they 'can't' match the offer to new customers so looks like they will be losing a customer and we will head to @SkyUK such a shame as we wanted to stay with BT

@bt_uk Hi Sharon, have sent DM as well but unfortunately the engineer couldn’t fix the problem. Open reach OP coming out Wednesday 12 April. I’ve had no internet for 2 days already and got to wait another week to hopefully get this sorted. Am I going to compensated for this at all?

@bt_uk Hi, is there a problem with the email system your staff use? Someone was told by a number of staff members of yours (at various times), that they would be sent an email regarding a cancellation, but no email was received from your staff members?

@bt_uk its a really bad customer experience to see on only my 6th bill with yourselves I'm paying £17 more than new customers and I'm locked in to pay that much more per month. Loyalty isn't once every 18 months when you want me to sign up again. Which I don't think I will be.

@alickie66 @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk I am in similar situation…level 2 escalation…I have DM OPENREACH but same responses to try to keep me quiet…raise the issues with your provider…I have many times but NO-REACH is not escalating or doing anything about it…

@bt_uk why do you contradict yourselves trying to get technical help and so far 3 people told me 3 different things none of which can actually help me with what I have been told is a simple change?
