Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk I would very much like a refund I am a final year uni student with a deadline on Friday and I haven’t been able to attend online meetings with my lecturers about my work because the internet is so slow My whole house is full of students and none of us can do work

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp shocking customer service! Been waiting for an engineer who was due to come 8-1. When I contacted the number of the text I’ve just been told he’s not coming, with no explanation as to why???? 😡
