Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk *************** now! Spoke to a colleague of yours this morning on the phone advising our Internet would be up at 4:30pm today, after its been down since yesterday midday (also happened last weekend as well) horrific service provision 🤬

@bt_uk It's showing it's in a 4G area, but saying I won't get coverage. Only slight problem is my phone (OnePlus 8 Pro) isn't listed in the available devices, so I checked with the 7 Pro.

@bt_uk Major issues. My services are now no longer live, they've had to cancel down the order and do a brand new order meaning we have to go another 14 days without service. There's an open complaint that will be looked at but this has been nothing but a nightmare
