    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @Rojogo3 @btsport Same experience on laptop for me - the unnecessary spoiler was very poor form from @btsport I guess they’ve sold that part of their business off and no longer care about the service provided

    @btsport why the hell bother paying for the is service when you can’t even provide a playback video that works for huge UFC events!! The last 4 times we’ve been unable to replay the video. Cancelling the service.

    @btsport @btsportufc what is wrong with your app? I pay close to £30 every month for it, and you can't even upload UFC Event replays correctly. Tempted to just stop using the service, it seems every big event you mess it up somehow
