Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

My elderly parents have been left with no phone for a minimum of 18 days. @bt_uk admit they are at fault but can't get their phone working until 10th April. Seriously?! What happens if they fall or need help? Where's the customer care?

@bt_uk WORST WIFI provider 3 month of problems, everytime they send an engineer who says wait and see!!! they are beyond unreliable. Virgin was so much better and consisitent . BT are a complete joke and more expensive !!!!
