Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Hi @bt_uk I'm left with no internet since today noon. Your customer service is a joke and they have no clue what's going on with the issue. They booked a engineer visit but the last time I had one booked, the engineer didn't turn up at all and there was no update either. (1/2)

@bt_uk one day and a half already with my broadband down. You guys raise prices, (which were high to begin with) and now go 24hours without any type of service at all. Also, you don't even send an information mail or anything.

Day 4 without internet speeds I can work on, twice the issue has been marked as fixed incorrectly. Spent my Saturday afternoon waiting at home for an engineer that no-showed but with the visit marked as complete and the problem solved. Shocking by @bt_uk - no apology, no updates.

Waited 7+ weeks for @bt_uk to try get me connected to internet and got a call the other day saying estimated due date is august 1st💀13 weeks no internet? Nahh you can **** off lmao cancelled my BT order and now gone with @TalkTalk as there the only other provider that can help😩
