    @bt_uk we will be changing supplier as can no longer afford BT prices. What date would be need to cancel our broadband, so we don't have to pay for two lots of broadband at the same time.

    @crazycatlady214 @btsport No problem Louise so sad both have been taken off air let’s hope somebody else takes the shows I will keep an eye to see what happens. I know it’s not the same but both shows have Podcasts with full show each day.

    @bt_uk exactly how thick do your advisors have to be? 6 weeks of broadband dropouts and 5 engineers visits. After a phone call today after saying a supervisor would call me. Just received an email. We've now closed your complaint. Your reference number is VOL013-763050893250.

    No internet for over 7 days now. Every day I have been told tomorrow we will re connect you. That has not happened. Customer service at BT do not care about their customers! They have been rude and unprofessional Phillip Jansen what do say? @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup

    @WeAreOpenreach I need help urgently. @bt_uk have been trying to book an engineer to come out but Openreach haven’t cleared the order and keep rejecting the call outs. Can someone tell me why this is happening? All my neighbours have BT. 4 weeks without internet now. It’s a joke.
