@bt_uk I want to pay either BT sports or sky £14.99 to watch a sports box office event but both BT are saying sky needs to sort it out and sky are saying that BT needs to sort it out and none of them want to do anything to help me out

@btsportfootball @btsport paid $1.2bn for 3 seasons worth of Champions League rights. Ultimately games of football. Tonight they are asking the paying customer to make a £10 contribution for an aid appeal. No doubt a worthy cause but read the room lads.

@bt_uk I've asked for a temporary hub from you to cover the outage but you say I'm not on the right tarriff. I'm paying for a service that you are not providing for the second time since getting it. So far I've been without service for at total of 2 months of the 14 months I've had BT
