@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

  • ItsNoahEvans noah evans (@ItsNoahEvans) reported from Plymouth, England

@iJames_ @jayritchie @EE I'm the opposite so if O2 goes down (hmmm that rings a bell 🤔) then I'm toast. With no data FT audio is useless too lol

  • sedgey102 Paul (@sedgey102) reported from Plympton, England

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@EE I was trying to top-up a payg phone with £5. The site allows you to fill in the whole payment form, checks it, passes it with all green ticks on every field, then fails saying that errors exist when they don't and doesn't allow the payment.

  • eloisanash_ Eloisa (@eloisanash_) reported

Never going with @EE for my phone contract again, never had a contract go up in price so often😐

  • TurkishPride86 тυякιѕнρяι∂є ➐ (@TurkishPride86) reported

@EE Still doesn’t justify it in my opinion, you make huge profits as it is, consumers are having to take a hit during this pandemic, maybe you should follow suit and take a small hit to help your customers otherwise you may find you may end up losing them....

  • bjblyth Benjamin Blyth (@bjblyth) reported

@EE Wouldn’t worry. Your rude technical staff have made my mind up to switch provider.

  • ColinTheMathmo Colin Wright (@ColinTheMathmo) reported

@mos3abof @EE Probably. If only I knew anything about networking and how to configure such things without breaking what's already working. last time I tried changing something like this *everything* stopped working and someone had to physically come to the machine to fix it.

  • EniCoreBlimey 🇸🇱🇳🇬 (@EniCoreBlimey) reported

@linzi_gee @EE No surprise here. Taking money for a sub par service

  • Kerrg1 Kerr (@Kerrg1) reported

Hi @EE - your Dol-y-bont (Wales SY 24) mast is down which means no-one here has any mobile signal as it is the only mast covering the area. Not sure if you are aware yet?

  • ciemullen Cie Mullen (@ciemullen) reported

@EE appalling service started a claim on the 5th jan still not resolved, never had a response from the logged complaint or response from anyone actually the only updates I have been given are from when I call them and sit on hold for an 1

  • francessmith Frances Smith (@francessmith) reported

One of the things about this campaign to stop mobile phone providers advertising on GB News, is that it shows how weak minded it's proponents think we all are, and how powerful they think Andrew Neil is. Remember @EE if you give in to this campaign it means you think I'm stupid.

  • ben_jcw Ben Jones (@ben_jcw) reported

@EE are there any signal issues in the north wales area? I usually get 3 bars minimum at home, I now have 1 can’t make calls or connect to the internet! Any help would be great thanks
