@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Don’t you love it when you’re on the phone to @EE and they take your details tell you that they will pass you to a person who is able to help but they are just the same as the first and they can’t help because they weren’t given the information needed. 1hr 40m no better off. 👎

@EE It’s a known issue, ongoing since December 18th. Why do I have to chase you to fix this? Why was I told 72 hours almost three weeks ago? It will be all included in my complaint.

@EE when your call fails right at the end of a call to a very helpful & polite EE agent, who has just sorted everything out for you…so now I will spend the rest of the day worrying the agent will think I’ve been really rude and hung up on him 😬😳

Still can’t log into the @EE app or my online account, I was told several weeks ago that it was a known issue and would be resolved in 72 hours. I’m sure EE will be telling me shortly that my bill is due to increase, but I can’t even access my bill.
