@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE when will the issue in G81 be sorted, that's 2 1/2 days without any usable signal, same message every day that it's taking longer than expected to resolve, some useful updates would be nice rather than stock message

@EE Shame you can’t sort the 4G signal in Lyme Regis. I’m disgusted my signal has dropped from 10mbps to 0.5mbps and you have no intention on fixing this soon…

@EE I write with regards to my insurance claim. I had some issues with the replacement handset in that it had to be replaced a second time. I was advised due to this the excess would be waved but this morning the excess was taken. This is not the first time I've had similar
