@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No broadband literally all day - Newport Isle of Wight. Engineer coming in the morning thankfully - but what gives!? I've had nothing but problems with your service ever since I joined. Engineers out, phonecalls complaining about no WiFi etc at least 3 times a year.

@EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.

@EE Hi Craig, The package was arranged via EE when I moved to them from Vodafone. Just thought you should know that BT are very poor in supporting you!
