    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE This morning I have been on a phone call over 47 mins speaking to an advisor over the telephone by the name of syed, I have requested to speak to a manager and he has not been listening and not fulfilling my request as a customer to be able to speak to a senior manager.

    @EE You need to get 5G outdoor right to start dreaming of indoor 5G. The network is absolutely abysmal and I am thinking of cancelling my contract and going back to Vodaphone. I had 5G in most places with Vodaphone but with EE, not so much. Disappointed customer
