@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, i am not well, because I haven't got a mobile number anymore after all the problems EE has caused me. Would share with you my story and the way i was treated by the customer complaints department. Been a client for 10years and have been discriminated and left with no phone.

@bluegirlm22 @EE Not to my knowledge but their data network is 5G. I pay £10/month and never get anywhere near my data allowance. Unlimited calls and texts.

@EE ordered phone 4/2, still not here, you’ve ‘tried’ t9 deliver twice, have wrong address apparently (your mistake) and refuse to redeliver today even though DPD say they can - appalling customer service, do I need to cancel my contract?
