@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE hi, I purchased a meta quest 3s on the 8th of August with £100 gamecard. I’m yet to receive my game card and I’ve emailed bhneegaming and spoken to customer services several times. This is shocking!

My phone that is with @EE got the emergency test alert. My 2 (old) phones that are with @VodafoneUK didnt.... you keep being you Vodafone. By that, I mean by being absolute trash.

My daily message to say that @EE has to be one of the worst data networks in the world. I wonder how much lost productivity due to lack of data coverage is costing the UK economy? On a train from London to Glasgow basically sitting on my hands as I'm unable to get any work done.
