@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@JenPaszkowski @CapitalR As soon as I passed Trent Bridge, I received only emergency calls until I returned after the game. The City Ground is the only ground in the Premier League where I could not get any mobile signal.@EE

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE refused to cancel my broadband because it didn't exist on their system yet were taking £47 a month from me. They found it pretty quick when I cancelled the direct debit though!

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I'm with you and your mom, i had a problem with EE every time I had a bill I was charged for calls to the speaking clock ,EE spoke to me as if explaining satellite communications to a six year old.
