@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE my bill didn’t go through on 1st July but I hadn’t realised because my banking app was down, didn’t realise until 2nd so rang to resolve advisor told me I’ve paid even though the money is still sat in my account but no sign of it being taken again.

Usually quite happy with @EE but they have failed massively to resolve my complaint - 4 x chat agents, 1 x 45 minute phone call. Is it too much to ask for someone to call and speak to me and handle my complaint efficiently? #outofcontract #shouldistayorshouldigo
