@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE The text i got said unlimted data for 5 pounds a mth was on the phone to ee last nite in newcastle not hapoy never got the deal as said on text the man i spoke to is going to phone me nxt week when he spks to his boss about it hope something gets sorted

@EE what the hell is going on with your mobile data at the moment?! My 5G home router is getting hardly any 5G or 4G signal. And keeps cutting out every 10 minutes!

@EE It really shouldn't be this convoluted and difficult to receive these extra things with your upgrade bundle tbh! We also had issues and both had to contact EE for our Samsung earbuds and geotag (sorted now), which shouldn't happen? Any help would be extremely appreciated Emma
