@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Why don’t #EE admit their rubbish network is once again down? For all now, rather than just targeted non-service delivery. What’s frightening’s that the emergency services lines were entrusted to these failures. Can’t even check on website - that page seems to have gone…?

@EE just so you know your DNS server seems to be messed up. Switching my router to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary) seems to have fixed my service.
