@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

26 year of loyal service @EE & they rob me out of £200+ on my contract over 2 years for something the retail store surrey quays told me was free disgusting now the store & the @EE support line not interested in helping me let’s see if other services providers want my business

@EE honestly terrible customer service today! I wanted to upgrade to a sim only and the price they gave me was almost my contract amount with a phone! When I asked them to match a price I saw elsewhere they wouldn’t and just sent me my pac code! No customer loyalty anymore
