@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE there seems to be an issue with my mums acc. She’s got an unlimited data package which we have proof of purchase for yet she’s had a message today saying she’s got 2gb or her 12gb of data left!! Iv had a look for her and it does show only 12 when it should be unlimited!!!
