    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE You say you're using the price increase to invest and make things better, but nothing ever does the consumer end. Can't see why I should pay for 500mb when it never passes 300mb. Will be dropping down or changing provider asap

    @VodafoneUK No. They're not. Nobody answers and nobody responds. The mobile backup doesn't work! I have "needed to speak to an agent (or more hopefully a human) after 8 am". But there's nobody there. I work those hours, so have no time to talk to you. I really want to go back to @EE it...

    I’m sorry but @EE are an absolute joke! I’ve been with them for absolute years and never had any issues. I received an email saying my phone bill will be increased by over £13 a month. I already pay £92 a month for my phone bill!!!

    @EE @BAFTA @EEUK Awful money grabbing company. I've been with you for 10 years. Come October I'll be leaving. 14% increase is absolutely unjustified.

    @EE really disappointed in your services, called to ask for help in paying my bill instead nothing. @SkyHelpTeam have been amazing however...be more like them!
