    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @Pattimwr @EE It’s so frustrating, isn’t it. Like we haven’t already done that. My personal favourite is the request to sign up to service updates, which basically is a daily “there’s a problem that should be fixed within eight hours” text message.

    @EE my wife got me a phone yesterday (in store) thinking it was plus size which I need due to poor eye sight and was never shown phone as it was boxed .Tried to return it today even willing to pay more and told can’t ..so stuck with useless phone for 2 years

    @virginmedia Same problem. Spoke to two colleagues who use @EE & having the same issue. Seems to only be on the initial call. When either calls back the issue goes away.

    @EE currently in Spain on 4G (only). Does EE offer 5G roaming in Spain? If so which network on which to manually roam? Thanks

    @EE Hi! I have noticed recently that when I am not using WiFi on my iPhone 12 that the network indicator at the top of my says 5G. Is 5G really available in my area - BB2 7ES?
