    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

    @EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault
