    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE wow ee made a complaint almost a month ago that people cannot hear me on phone calls due to signally issues yet you have said you cannot resolve my complaint without a phone call. Customer service at its best. #appauling

    @ianmilleruk @BTSopenreach @EE Don’t want to scare you, it took them 6 months and 4 failed attempts until they finally installed it. BT has the worst customer service you can ever experience.

    @FanMadeMunkVidz @EE Their customer support fell apart since the pandemic hit. Not worth the premiums they charge at all and @EE is extremely dishonest with customers

    @EE I travelled to India and added Bolt for 10 pounds to receive and make 60 minutes of calls to UK and India now. It worked for 2 days and I made 10 minutes of those calls. Now no signal is coming on my phone and there is no India helpline No or email or chat support. Help

    @_Farmergeddon Similar issue in parts of Somerset. @EE say there is 4g coverage in our area, but it’s so patchy as to be unusable for calls. A few years back we had to call the fire brigade because our neighbour’s house was on fire. Without a landline, it would have been nigh on impossible.

    @EE Yeah Connor, I’ve done all the troubleshooting things with it. It seems the latest update was the issue. It’s down to Apple and I know they do this on purpose.

    @EE For about the past four weeks. Maybe it’s a device problem but as I said my friend with different iPhone has same issue in Perth as I do.

    @EE I would just like to say trying to speak to you people is shocking on hold forever and a day. Then when you finish work because heaven for bid some of us don’t work a 9-5. There is no one available and your chat service does not work

    @EE I did and the agent was very helpful, however a near half hour wait for a simple SIM card order is extremely poor.
