    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    @DerekAllan61 @EE EE are robbing lying ***** , got my bill down to £15 a month with customer services , then get a letter saying that I have to pay £26 a month a week after I got the bill down . Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @EE Your network coverage in and around Darlington town centre has been absolutely abysmal for months now. I have been with Orange / EE for over 27 years and I’ve never been closer to leaving.

    @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV won’t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.
