@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE My EE broadband has been down for about 2 hours. I tried phoning and it said that due to broadband issues they are not taking any calls….. Are you able to provide any more detail or help!? I am unable to work
