@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi There, is there any problem with Underground Wifi? Whenever i try to connect EE-Auto wifi i get the message “Unable to connect”. This is happening since Thursday. I can see a lot of other people are experiencing the same issue.

@EE Hi just wanted to ask, do you need phone signal to use your 4G, I mean sometimes my phone will say I have 4G or 4G+ but online activity stops and when I look at the 'bars' they are none or 1? I just thought they might be independent of each other? Also why does fog affect it?

@EE On the 17th and 18th of this month my 4G connection was down completely and I was offered about £2 as compensation. I complained and got no reply. Tonight again I have connection issues. After many years with EE, I have now decided it’s time to try another service provider.
