@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE my broadband in SE6 4EU hasn't been working since 18 November. Despite your promises we're still left without internet. Despite your promises that we'd be compensated you've just billed me for a full month. It is all extremely disappointing. Are you the UK's worst network?

@EE Saturday apparently there's 1 in Peterborough and I'm in leeds so Saturday if all goes to plan as I don't want it delivered to my home addresses incase there's a problem

@EE I'm not asking about social distancing/other safety measures. I'm asking specifically about the wearing of face coverings, which is now required by law in England in customer-facing settings. Do you agree that it is a criminal offence for non-exempt staff not to be wearing them?

@EE So took 31 minutes to get through, only to tell me that they can't help with this and I should communicate with store A. I started with communicating with store A, which told me to call store B, which told me to call this number. Great, after an hour made a full loop, no progress
