Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

3. Sent us an email telling us the broadband was activated and working. It was not. 4. When we rang them they suggested we wait till midnight? 5. Still not working so called again. There’s a fault at the local box and they’re sending an engineer to fix it who knows when. @EE

@BritisherPaz49 Companies like @EE are the worst. Totally indoctrinated in woke culture. Accusing men of being ****, posters only showing non white people and having social campaigns rather than just being a comms company. Same with supermarkets pushing agendas.

@EE I have a signal issue with my phone and have logged it twice on the app but no fault found. It says to call to speak about it further but the signal issue is so bad I can't call so how can I sort the issue?

@EE At the end - apparently they can't send an engineer out without them giving me £100! Sounds well dodgy to me! The guy's name was James Gordon ...or so he said! So I'm still waiting for a resolution .... and a complaints procedure! Contacting MP and BBC next! 2/2

@leeevansuk @EE Simple answer, no. OFCOM regulations mean all providers have to follow the same path when reporting issues to Openreach.
