    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE Hi. It’s the only text I cannot send. Just seems odd a text received by Vodafone wanting feedback on its service is mysteriously ‘blocked’ to respond to.

    @EE Have had an engineer visit and a new router and the broadband is STILL dropping in and out on a regular basis. I'm paying for a service which I am not benefiting from so, therefore, I want out. Completely unacceptable.

    @EE 40250 - a Vodafone after service survey text that are based on 1-10. Received the text but cannot provide feedback curiously.

    @EE Checked your network checker last night. Known issues to be resolved in 2 hours it said. Still not sorted now. Thankfully working from home today and got WiFi. Poor show tho for the biggest network.

    @EE Honestly, the coverage is almost the same, and I've had better data speeds with Vodafone, but EE has shittier customer service. Yeahhhhh, no. Made the switch from EE to Vodafone last year, and it was the best decision we have ever made. Nice try on the shade though.
