    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    Little bit disappointed with @EE, always found your customer service to be second to none but a friend has been trying to reduce her bill with you, she's got way more data than she needs but apparently you can't do anything except charge her nearly £200 if she wants to leave.

    I have been with EE about 13years and I received an email telling me my bill is going up by over £10 a month. The last 2 years the signal has been shocking due to "repairs" in my area. They have changed my contract so can I cancel mine whenever I want to? @EE

    @EE Hello! I’m tired of your internet issues, every time i get home my internet suddenly stops working even though it shows 2 bars + 4G. I’m feeling like I’m paying for air tbf. Post code is CV1 2AU it’s almost city centre and I have no internet????

    @EE So why when you ring it does it say press 1 then a message about a new service and they send you a text ??? Then you can’t speak to anyone!

    Can’t wait for my contract to expire in 10 months so I can leave @EE for good. I understand the price rises in accordance with the RPI but at least have some level of network stability before having the audacity to charge us 13%+ more. Shocking
