@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 please can you explain why on @EE you can get 500mb data for £5.02 in USA but on your network it’s £7.20 a MB and you’ve told me I just hit a £51 limit for doing nothing??? Please tell me how to cancel and change networks I am sick of yours 😐

@EE problem still continues, random signal drop and call drop out. You keep saying there's not a problem, trust me there is!!. This is getting silly now, I just want to receive a call and keep talking. I'm not asking much for £70 a month.

Can not believe how slow @EE have been to resolve an open complaint. After agreeing an upgrade with specific add ons only to find out these have not been honoured despite providing proof and call listening. Such a shame
