@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE can you tell me why your phone lines are all unavailable when ringing from either landline or mobile? Can you also tell me why I’m on my 5th day of trying to get my old number ported to EE? Very poor customer service. I now have no phone for business use, due to incompetence.

Here is a (long) story about how @EE screwed me over and can’t fix it. My phone started having dropouts on calls, this went on for weeks. I thought it wasn’t me, then it started on landlines as well. I went into my local store and was told maybe it was the SIM. Ok.

@EE throwing you a warning. Hastings TN35 area have had faults show up on your network. No connection for 30 minutes, not long had it back... Winds are nasty here.
