@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Absolutely disgraceful from @EE I have been out of contract since dec 2021 with no notice but paying pull price since then. I will receive £60!! What an absolute disgraceful customer service.

has anyone else found @VodafoneUK signal to be even worse than it usually is lately??? I never had these issues when I was on @EE cheaper is most definitely not better and voda 5g is slower than ee 4g 😭😭😭

Looks like @EE mobile network around LE1 5EU has issues. Initially volte calls had unusable quality, then mobile data died. Stronger devices (laptop and tablet) are picking up more distant weak signal.

Good afternoon @EE, I’m a new customer on your network. During my SIM order, I provided my PAC to move my number. I’ve received and installed my EE SIM today. None of the contact I’ve received from you has advised when my number port will happen. Any clues?

Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?
