@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE @asa_bowes If you’re going to lie try harder, clearly with the amount of people flooding your Twitter etc there is a HUGE ISSUE with the Broadband and phone services.

All fun & games being an @EE home broadband customer today 🙄. @EE, have you tried turning it off at the wall, pulling the plug out, disconnecting all the wires, waiting 20 seconds, reconnecting everything and then using a pen to press that tiny button on the back to hard reset?
