@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

I go uptown only to find the @EE signal was down & couldn’t use my phone to check my banking apps, make/receive calls or check my home cameras 😭 was waiting for a important call as well , lucky soon as I moved away from town the signal came back 🙌🏻 #ee
