@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@SidecarSue12 @tescomobile @EE Giffgaff is the way to go! I'm moving my EE number to them pretty soon! Was with t mobile, t mobile/orange then ee over the years but the price increase and services decline just isn't worth it. My work number is already on giffgaff! (They run on O2's network)

@EE Hi Connor, Yes, I will be having a chat with the team and seeing if I can get a better deal before making any final decisions. Really don't want to have to leave EE as so far the service has been good and reliable.
