@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

@EE Ok I have now given up with EE what a complete waste of time. “Best network for 12 years” absolute bullshit. Your phone signal is crap and the broadband doesn’t work. Can you come round and collect your gear it’s all in a bin bag.

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents
