@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Received a text just now pertains to be from @EE to say there was a problem processing my payment and I might lose the service ! Am not clicking in the link as I pay @EE by direct debit and they have already collected it! Scam alert

@EE who do I contact about the seriously bad service I’m currently receiving? 4g hub doesn’t work (money back please), app doesn’t work. Can’t see previous bill statements. Intermittent broadband connection. Poor overall service.
