@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@Shinniesta @PhysixGuy @EE As do I. But I don’t use a mobile network for work and I have a dongle from another network should my ISP go down. It’s called planning, people should try it

@EE We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer. This is taken just now from my local area please tell me this is not true? This is a disaster as even wi-fi calling is not working .
