    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    @EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

    @EE I still have not received my order since September 14 and I’m travelling to Vienna this Sunday. I really can’t deal with this right after suffering a 4-week network downtime.

    What the chuff is going on at @EE mobile? Basically no signal from St Austell to north of Exeter and slow / unstable in Taunton. No other reports on the self help site.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!
