  @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

  @emsdoesnothing @EE Its total ****. I have been complaining for months. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡

  @EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?
