It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
