@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE Yes I contacted you a while ago but I don't think anyone got back to me again after going to check for me, Virgin are not going to help me with my bill wasted lots of time today with a stupid chat with them and all the woman Kath was interested in was getting my home phone fixed

@EE rude patronising so called executive team advisor. It’s worth every penny they are robbing me to leave them early. Refused to uphold previous advisors offer to leave contract despite call being recorded. I have been with EE for 20 years but NEVER AGAIN.

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE
