@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Shortly after I read the email from @EE advising that they are applying an increase of 14.4% during a #CostOfLivingCrisis I come to Twitter to see many people reporting that network is down for them. Presumably this inflation boosting increase will pay for basic connectivity? 😐

@EE instead of increasing prices by 14.4% mid contract could you try and fix the issues that’s means I can’t make or received calls? Cheers
