    @EE @keswickcook I've just left for the same reason. EE rose to the biggest network in the UK and have now gotten too big for their boots. It's the old 'we're the best, they'll pay it' mentality which is fine when the price rises are maybe a little above the average, but recent changes are crazy.

    @Andrewgoodrich @EE Yeah I’m thinking after my @EE contracts are up I’ll be leaving, customer service is blunt as seen on many occasions on here and very unhelpful, I was charged for 2 months at the start of the second contract because I took it out 4 days before the first contract bill was due

    @EE Honestly why are customer experiences so much worse and apps and websites !! EE you can upgrade early , I select phone ect in app if you wish to keep your number you need a pac code , so request one, the app says no when I enter as this is for changing networks, so call

    @EE @keswickcook I’m a London taxi driver your service is rubbish around parts of London especially annoying when trying to take credit card payments!! Thank god I’m sim only! Another lot rinsing people!!

    @EE @keswickcook And some providers haven't increased prices in years. At least fix the quoted price for the duration of the contract. You put the price up because you can not because you have to
