  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

  Absolutely shocking service from @EE System failed to apply my agreed spend cap and plan upgrade after a phone call, letting bill skyrocket to £160. Ofcom rules say you can’t bill for over-cap system errors. I need a manager to pull my file and message me now.

  @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭
