@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I called up, wanted an explanation and got none, just spoke to someone who was rude and unhelpful . I get inflation but to just increase a bill 10% is a joke.
