@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@cokeandcustard @EE @RichardKennedy Why has the problem not been solved, numerous people have been reporting it for several days, and you have not resolved the problem or explained why there is a problem. I need to get into my account to get an invoice for my accountant, and I cannot do that. Terrible service.

@EE @ThomserveBAS The log in to accounts, to my knowledge, has not worked since at least Wednesday and is still down today. It's all very well asking if the problem is resolved, but someone needs to crack on and fix the problem, which your team undoubtedly knows about.

@stacelouise7 @EE You will need to put a 30 day notice in to cancel the contract so ring them after the 16th September and just tell you want to put a cancellation in on that number
