  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

  @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

  @EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

  Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!
