@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE Hi, can I complain about a very cheeky person in Greenock I just spoke to on the phone??? Very poor attitude and patronising. Spoke to me as if I was 8 years old. How do I complain? This guy shouldn't be in a job. Disgusting customer service.
