@pumadale @autoalex @EE Jesus thats horrendous, I've been with them over 8 years - until tomorrow when I'll be fully switched over to 02. Last 18 months thier customer service has been beyond bad and have no intention of keeping me as a customer it seems.

@EE been trying to get a PAC code to leave your network after > 10 years. couldn't get a code via text cos there's a balance on my account. there is every month, i pay by direct debit! paid the balance, you have a me a PAC code. it didn't work to port to vodafone. DISGRACE!

@EE 4 weeks of bad customer service and lies and the amount of stressed caused is a joke! customer service is that bad agents don't even send the complaints procedure when asked!
