Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when itโs every 30 seconds or so
