  @ee when I’m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 bars… As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. I’ve updated my phone and I’ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

  @EE I can't get to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow just sent a DM for help and I got back our social media team is very busy, that is not helpful to me I want to add £20 only so if anymore has gone through without me knowing put that back in my account Customer Service Bad

  @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

  @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

  @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

  FYI, the @EE customer service assistants who have worked with us over the past 2 months have been excellent throughout, constantly checking up on our process. But the lack of communication from @OpenreachHelp has been thoroughly disappointing and lacking.

  @My_Metro The mobile signal and tunnel @EE relay hasn’t worked between Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead for months. Used to have full signal across the entire route but now I get no service from Gateshead until we get towards Central. Is there a known issue?

  Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE Problem is I have had to leave the hospital without this resolved again after spending an hour on the phone last night trying to sort it & we wanted to have me named on the account so I could phone to sort this without having to fight through the system.
