@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Very poor service. Ordered Galaxy pro 5 watch 4 days ago to collect in my local store. Unable to track via EE app, DPD app does not recognise order number. Called into my local store to ask if they can help " oh we have it in the back room" Not acceptable!!

@EE you are by far the worst service provider for people with disabilities. I paid for a service for my son that was a genuine mistake that didn't work and you won't refund me why? After I never used the service?

@BabyLossLawyer @DerekRKENT @EE When I was in manufacturing this was called 'Being sent around (the houses)' Directors should train staff to take ownership of a call. The person receiving it stays with the customer until the customer gets a clear acceptable answer.

@EE I’ve tried multiple times and EE check it once then promise to call back and never do. I’m not going through that yet again. Happy to make others aware of it on all SM platforms though 👍
