    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

    @willrowley2 @SamsungUK @EE Terrible isn't it. I'm a life-long customer, I actually took over my number from my mum. The account has been with them for like 20 years... this is seriously making me consider taking my business elsewhere!

    £60 a month for the new iPhone for a new customer on EE, but for a customer who’s been with them years to upgrade is £85 a month? @EE makes sense 🤔

    @OmarShahine @ilyabu It was incredibly difficult to transfer my @EE eSIM. I spent about four hours on chat with assistants who couldn’t help me. Eventually I got there but I was without phone for about 18 hours.
