    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE @MarkBower019 I have no signal for 4 days, and then the mobile phone prompts, please contact EE. When registering an account by email, I need to fill in a mobile phone number. Why did I fill in the UK number that I used, and the display is wrong?

    @mightypotter5 @EE You should👍I can’t believe things are taking so long!We & they know where the cables are broken & these need to be fixed before any engineer comes here, yet they booked an engineer for last Fri to come to our house to check if there was a problem!Who never turned up anyway!😟
