    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE @Ofcom seventh time. Full reset of the modem and nothing. EE refuses to supply a new modem us even though we have been having issues for over 6 months

    @EE The EE coverage maps seem to be inaccurate here. As I receive a very variable service. 1-2 bars signal strength if I’m lucky.

    @EE hi is there a problem with the network recently? I've been having really slow service on my 4G the past couple of weeks in London, everything is taking forever to load and the next time it's normal speed.

    @EE how can i find out when my new sim card will be activated? Done it yesterday, old sim now doesnt work so can’t ring 150 said May take 24 hours

    @gompstomp78 @EE @skytv Also, BT customer service is very good, you will get through to someone quickly, as opposed to sky or virgin. EE also has great customer service.

    @OpenreachHelp I am already connected @EE told me BT were cancelling my upgrade, which will cut off my internet (EE's fault) and that they spoke to you and told you not to cancel it, but you told them you couldn't I just need my net left alone until Friday That's all
