@EE hi why is an iPhone 12 with unlimited date/mins/texts £51 at EE but like £38 at places like O2 and Tesco mobile?? Wanting to upgrade but that’s damn robbery

So @EE can switch off your mobile signal for days and think it's alright when my landline call rate is expensive. If they offered free landline calls it would be alright. Never depend on your mobile phone. #EE

@EE I have a mobile with you on contract an iPhone 12 Plus Max. I used to have an iPhone XR. All my account details are showing correctly on my EE app except my phone is still showing as an XR and not the 12. I have been trying to resolve this issue since May when I purchased it

@EE my current ee sim have been drain my phone battery really fast and my friend who uses the same phone as me with ee doesn't have this issue at all. We're both in the same area. This battery drain has been happening for years now. Is there any ways I can get a replacement sim?
