    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @virginmedia what crappie service you provide full of nonsense and lies told today a fault was fixed 6am still presits told last night was gonna be fixed by 6pm clearly wasn't today told check @EE coverage checker shows no faults so decided to chance calling them they couldn't

    @EE Your Stoke on Trent Hanley store is HOPELESS! I pre-ordered this phone and I go to collect today only to be told it's not been delivered and no idea when it will be....Crap store with crap staff, and they never answer the phone either

    @EE WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR BROADBAND….ROUTER STILL REBOOTING (3rd router) MASTER SOCKET HAS BEEN CHANGED, ENGINEER HAS BEEN OUT TWICE HE SAYS ITS THE CANLE COMING IN OPENREACH HAVE BEEN OUT THEY SAY CABLE IS FINE ITS THE ROUTER THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS ITS DRIVING INSANE….😡

    @EE are knowingly taking £64pm from me for a phone that CAN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS- putting me in danger In an emergency, I can't call for help. If sick, I can't call my Dr. If feeling down, I can't call family. Told EE months ago & emailed repeatedly-NO RESPONSE OR SOLUTIONS

    @ThatGuyFromWI @EE No, it's an EE issue. The phone was showing as being in stock when I was trying to place the order, but due to multiple issues on EE's side, by the time I was actually able to get the order to go through it's now out of stock

    @EE I'd settle for a 4G network right now. Having zero bars and 2.62Mbps down makes my phone useless. Could you invest in the network you have please.

    @EE I pre ordered @Google pixel 6 pro in-store last week &was told I would receive it 28th October on release day. My old ee plan has now been replaced with my new more expensive plan, I don't even have the phone & the store have no idea when I will receive. Can you help please?
