@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE Been through the complaints procedure. Total waste of time. Didn’t get a call back. You end up complaining about the complaint. It’s ridiculous. That’s why companies have complaints/resolution departments.

@EE I’ll wait for a year or so, Because my call was a recent one. The knowing I could get better, For less cash isn’t fun. I think EE is a great network, That much has been true, But as far as a resonable upgrade, “There’s not much else we can do”.

@EE Hey the PAC code I’ve been sent to transfer my old number to you guys isn’t working, tried to do it loads online to avoid the long call waiting times but it’s just not working. Any other way I can do it so I don’t have to be on hold for 30 plus mins? Thanks x

@EE Bought a 120Gb 12month PAYG data SIM - disconnected after 10 months with only a fraction of the data used. Can't contact customer services because the number is not not recognised. I've been mugged.

@EE can you tell me why your shop in Kirkcaldy thought it was acceptable to sell a2 year contract to a 80 year old? Did go in and cancel it now he is getting letters for payment and threatened with debt collector
