    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @EE has to be worst phone provider, constantly charging me extra each month over £100 odd, in the middle of Edinburgh city Center no signal for over a year now and now I’ve ran out of data 3 times this month after topping up.... can’t run a business of their service.

    @EE having trouble with 4G speeds, went from 120/20 to 1/1 with nothing changing, tried resetting and updating and such but no luck, pls fix.

    @EE help! New iPhone 12 today. Part set up but no mobile days as I need a QR code? Don’t have one with the phone. It’s also stuck ‘loading’ apps but won’t compete. 😩

    @WeightedRace @EE they've got away with the highest charges in the market for years and while the customer base remains ignorant, they'll continue to overcharge... agree with you on weirdos though
