    @EE Live in York. I cannot get to the internet, via my 4GEE. Two phone calls involving technical support and four hours of waiting on phone. No change, no call backs. I work at home. Sorry, but very frustrating.

    Ongoing saga with My ee @EE , after 6 months I still can’t see my phone usage. Today l did see someone else’s details via my ee. Their phone number, their contact details and their handset type. I have the screen shots. We already have a complaint going on (since July).

    @EE Spend your efforts dealing with the complaint please. You won’t be able to deal with me officially because somehow you do not recognise me as the account holder. I know this, I’ve been trying to progress this since July.
