    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE tomorrow is the 28th day I will have waited for my upgrade. You constantly fail to tell me when I might get it delivered, despite delivering phones that have been ordered after mine. I am not a happy customer. Wish I had taken my business elsewhere!

    Just had the most ridiculous experience with @EE - called the support line, and after 25 minutes on hold and chatting to some for 5 mins, am told to contact the store, call the store, they tell me they can only help if I go into store. I go into the Great Marlborough street (1/2)
