@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@O2 glad my contract is up... Literally the worst mobile company I have used... I work all over the country... 5G is 3G with a 5G mask on in most places... @virginmedia you had a stinker teaming up with this lot.. @EE was better by far...

Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with @EE /@bt_uk because last week they sold me a lie and this week I have to pay more money per month for them to fix it. Make it make sense.

@EE @CliveEades I’ve got no broadband and each time I try and go to coverage checker, it says ‘internal server error’ (using mobile provider to check). I have asked 66033 if there is a problem with the website and they can’t say.

@EE after 33 years it's time to say goodbye, text tells me contract has ended stay as you are, 10 days later its a 50% price hike and another 25% in March. So Tesco it is, no price rise, free roaming, and the Gb I need not the ridiculous amount EE insist I have. Really very poor
