@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE Wife, good speed, checked by using another phone A10 no problem

@EE are we going to get any money back for the services being down in crook, Country Durham @S_Dixon84

  • acdcjacko Jack(o) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍒 (@acdcjacko) reported

@EE Fantastic service yet again from your company today. No network provider comes close 👏🏼

  • Stormcloyd Stephe (@Stormcloyd) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE The were charging me £50 a month for a service that is so bad they don’t offer it anymore. They were kind and offered broad band that was 18 times faster for £12 less, no discount. They are price gouges and totally rip off loyal customers. I am taking this as far as I can.

  • AlanRain3 Alan Rain 🕷️🐝💙🇪🇺 (@AlanRain3) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I have an old email address I don't use much. Whenever I do log on I find several emails from EE telling me my bill is ready. I ignore them because I've never used their services. They're scammers.

  • wendy2345 Wendy Jotcham (@wendy2345) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Excellent news, given that EE normally stop at nothing to extort money from their unfortunate customers, of whom I am sadly one. I will never use them again once my current contract expires.

  • HodgejHodge Spectre (@HodgejHodge) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Great news. I got three to halve my bill for May due to awful service. They said it was due to the merger with Vodafone . I said not my problem, I pay you for a service. Problem in the UK is that people are afraid to complain & that is why the majority get ******.

  • fo5tered Ed Foster💚 (@fo5tered) reported

@AlanRain3 @MarinaPurkiss @EE EE aren't scammers. Someone using their logo is the scammer. EE will never email you to tell you a bill is ready. I've been with them since 2002 when they were just T-Mobile

  • adeybrewmaster Adey (@adeybrewmaster) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar experience after travelling by ferry to Belgium. My phone had logged onto the maritime network and itv was £££/Mb itv showed on my bill as data used in the USA which was clearly impossible after a bit of tooing and froing EE gave me a refund. Tbf their CS is 👍

  • hatetorycuts 💙Susan Robinson 🌹🐞💙🐝🐈🐈🐝💙 (@hatetorycuts) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Can you help me please? EE took landline number away & have forced me to have new one despite Ofcom saying it's customer's right to keep their number They consider they've resolved things They haven't

  • Tom84466770 Tom (@Tom84466770) reported
