    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    So, Apparently @VodafoneUK is having issues with Broadband atm, As both my Internet and my Cousins Internet is down atm. Yet, not a single Tweet from them to state they are working on a fix. I'm glad I have a good Contract with @EE, Their customer service skills are top notch.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @EE for the benefit of the group, EE customer service is excellent. They are very well trained. No, I do t work for them. Only moved to Sky because EE became too expensive. Sky mobile are really good too. Don't work for them either.

    Hi @EE, I've got some significant issues with my broadband dropping out several times a day. I was due to have an engineer out a while ago but I then got COVID; is there a way to restart this process please?
