    @FranklyUk @MarcAllera @EE You could request a subject access request properly, they should have a dedicated data officer. I would then speak to civil legal advice or disability and equality law service, both free and if they take case on you may get legal aid

    @EE I don’t know if it was closed or not. Got 2 texts, 1 giving me the complaint number. Then another saying “chat cut off” (it wasn’t) “so complaint closed, start again from scratch if you still want to complain”

    Currently phoneless because @EE, in their infinite wisdom, decided to deactivate my SIM and activate a new one that hasn't actually been delivered to me yet, and can't do anything to fix it. Thereby cutting me off completely.

    Absolutely shocking from @EE.. Trying to upgrade my phone as I'm out of contract now, been with them 15+ years and they're saying that I'll have to take a down graded phone as the phone I want has a 400 upfront cost. Well off to @O2 I go as I'll get the handset on a better deal

    @DiscriminatedUk @MarcAllera @EE I had requested this but then they messaged me they would not repond to any of my messages so that means no information of any kind. They have completely blanked me now. Even though I am a paying customer. I cant even ask a question about my service.
