@DSR_F11 @EE They don't, but their CEO might. I usually give the monkeys a shot at resolving the problem and then I just write to the CEO. Then you get an apology, what you want and a gift of some sort as a gesture of goodwill.

@OliveandAlice @EE We feel your pain on that one, nothing but issues with them for about a year now sadly, at least 80% of the time it won’t load google, and it’s the computers either, luckily we only have till April before I can chance companies. Good luck 🤞
