@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE tried to upgrade my phone today used the live chat sorted all the details and then it went off phoned them and then got cut off! Shocking customer service 😡

Watch out scam! Just had a text meesage purporting to be from my daughter. It then sends me to what appears to be an @EE site asking for my login and password they sent in a separate message. Luckily I checked with my daughter....

@EE Yeah, checked all wires are connected, replugged them as well to double check. Apparently, there was an accident in the area that almost took out the green box. Could that be related to this issue in any way?
