@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

Wow @EE are just the worst. Visitor to UK bought a sim card for cheap internet access. Doesn't work. Neither over the phone or in the shop can they refund it. Both blame the other 🤨🫣 #broken #useless

@EE No mention/warning how some stores are having problems with finalising upgrades on system - pre ordered iPhone 14 pro max on 9/9/22 and went into store on yesterday and then after having my current iPhone and everything checked I get turned away and now have to wait until fixed

@EE Once again, loss of service in this area. BT halo device used, constantly disconnects and status page always shows no issue. 4G device showing red bars...when will this be sorted?

@EE hi im wondering if you could help me , I’ve been without broadband for more than 7 days with this being the eighth - an engineer was supposed to attend today with a new box , however I’ve just received a text saying they cannot attend - your offices aren’t open - what now !!

@EE you keep disappointing more and it’s sooo frustrating trying to get hold of or get a simple thing changed on my contract I’m very close in cancelling all my contract with you… I have been with @O2 for 15 years I never had a slight issues with them. you claim to be the best.

@EE it’s been two weeks since I’ve raised a complaint about how your stuff mishandled a delicate situation, with no response or email back despite ample notes on the account proving your staff are in the wrong. How’s about you get ontop & actually provide a resolution?
