    @EE hi guys, Are there any known issues for EE network on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G phones? I've lost GPS signal since 12pm today and have no connection at all unless it's on Wifi. Thank you.

    @EE currently in Canada, have my smart benefit to the roam abroad and I can see that I have roaming enabled and it is connected to telus but I can't access anything or connect the internet. Help??

    @EE hi. I need to complain re service upgrading. First sent wrong colour phone, then delays getting right one ordered because had to have wrong phone back first. All done then reorder phone, 8 days go by. No phone, call CS who have no record of phone being despatched. Appalled.
