  • The_MCollins The Michael Collins (@The_MCollins) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

  • chrisdiacon Chris Diacon (@chrisdiacon) reported from King's Nympton, England

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

  • Sarah_UK88 Sarah Gaish (@Sarah_UK88) reported from Barnstaple, England

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

@EE are there problems in the EX31 area. Phone keeps dropping out after a min.

  • elovabloke JeffLaing (@elovabloke) reported from Fremington, England

  • MichaelCollins2 The Michael Collins (@MichaelCollins2) reported from Great Torrington, England

@EE I can log in, but the site doesn't work. If you see the images above, I can't transfer data.

  • sarahmufc93 Sarah (@sarahmufc93) reported

Nearly £60 a month for a phone I have to sit by my wifi box if I’m expecting a call otherwise it’ll go straight to voicemail. Roll on December when I can cancel @EE. Absolute joke.

  • linzinshelf Linzi Sorensen (@linzinshelf) reported

@hey_estevan @Lionesses @EE That's appalling, why do we have an obsession in British media to pull our own down. I swear the BBC commentary were watching a different match to me in the first half

  • MallyMelO Mel Olymbios (@MallyMelO) reported

@EE You need to sort out your customer services. You have messed up and cut off the wrong sim of a vulnerable and disabled person. When they called you, you couldn’t be less helpful. She is waiting for important medical calls and needs the replacement sim asap. Sort it out!

  • JakeLCartwright Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported

@EE @rootmetrics Also, 124/340 calls failing on their network within a month isn’t classed as “high”, essentially if over 1/3 of your communications are critical, I’d avoid EE

  • ShodanAj AJ Shodan (@ShodanAj) reported

@EE @Solarfneu Stick to selling phones. I for one will never use EE again and I will make it my mission to inform everyone I know how rubbish your service and network are on top of this woke agenda you are pushing. Go woke go broke.

  • BadLuckTomPS BadLuckTom (@BadLuckTomPS) reported

@EE @rootmetrics BS utterly worse network for me so im leaving it and switching to @TheO2

  • CuriousKitX CuriousKit (@CuriousKitX) reported

@EE How about you concentrate on your primary services instead of policing Twatter, eh? Your mobile service sucks, FYI.

  • JoeyMoass Joey (@JoeyMoass) reported

@EE @JohnstonLew10 Oh piss off with your virtue signalling nonsense and start improving your service or the only thing that’ll be stopping is my business contract with yourselves #GoWokeGoBroke

  • Fattttpuumpuum 🪒;-: (@Fattttpuumpuum) reported

@FWI_Warrior @kraitwastaken @EE They dont deserve my money wtf

  • sarahmufc93 Sarah (@sarahmufc93) reported

@1sausage1 @EE You’d think so, but unfortunately they are hiding behind small print that says they can’t guarantee indoor coverage. They knocked 20% off my bill but it’s not good enough when I need to take calls. Sadly can’t afford to cancel so have to wait until December.
