@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

Honestly just a quick reply to an email I sent to @EE saying that they'd received it and we're dealing with it would be a bonus. The problem's only been going on since March and now the 2nd email address I've been given hasn't responded either

@EE No it was from my O2 phone bill. I spent ages trying to get the hub working, then had issues with putting data on it. Then I find out about these horrendous charges.

@EE is there a system issue at the moment? The app doesn't recognise my login details even after a reset. The website says the same on my phone and on a pc with the same login, it tells me I've logged out successfully and that's it! I need to transfer data to my daughter

@EE you guys sent someone out a few yrs ago to fit me a new socket for the internet and you moved it from where it was, we’ve never looked at it and just moved the settee to have a new carpet fitted and this is what we are greeted with! Socket with no facia because the engineer
