@EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

@EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

@EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

@YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

@EE I have been without a working sim card for 10 days. Not a single EE tech on phone/ in store is capable of helping to find the source of the issue. I have lost thousands £ in business & have wasted days going back & forth to different EE shops & hours on the phone.plz help!

@EE what is the point of having a team dedicated to helping customers, when there is no response? @MarcAllera can you please get involved as I am a paying customer who is very concerned about the poor service levels received after just 2 months. It really is awful and please help

@EE @MarcAllera Hi just letting you know your Exec Office has just trashed my 32 yr loyalty since Hutchinson days over a discount set by legal director over SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH! Nice to know how appallingly you treat such loyalty. In ofcom hands. Im off to Tesco Mobile🤬🤬🤬

@EE @MarcAllera encouraged to move from BT mobile to EE. What a disaster - 2 accounts were set-up! One in error & clearly for commision based purposes. Now receiving threating letters about debt collection agencies & getting a default. Can someone please help?

@EE I ended up phoning on 3 occasions with no help and got cut off each time. I finally got through to a lovely guy called Kyle who sorted it all out for me. Thanks for the support, however I wish the support was the same across the board and not just from an occasional person.
