@EE I just spoke to a rep and signed up to add a sim only plan to my broadband contract, but the allowance is only 1gb! I was offered 5gb plus 1gb extra .... How do I cancel this?

@JESSICADICKS @EE Go to settings, general, reset and select reset network settings. See if that works first. You won't lose anything just have to reconnect to wifi.

@EE I have bought the nreal glasses from your store. I enjoy using them. I am having a issue where non of the buttons on the glasses arm work, not does the sound through the in built speaker. Who do I contact to discuss this issue, your website and app makes it impossible.

@EE Hi ! No change … I’ve reset all the network settings 3G phone is unusable 4g all apps .. safari etc slow 5G no difference to 4g
