    @YardleyShooting @EE Mobile phone signals in many parts of the country are a complete joke. The news channels rabbit on about the wonders of 4 and now 5G but where our home is on N Devon there is no mobile phone signal at all. I am an EE customer as well...any comments ????

    @EE Thanks, no problem. Its my works email provider. Where I work, our staff send in photos via their android phones and my job role involves saving them on our system. Can be a pain with multiple photos in email. Would this be an issue I should raise with our IT people possibly?

    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE why when shopping online do your plans not define the length of the contract? 12 months? 18 months? 24 months? Not a clue. Complained before you always seem to fail to provide all the info, so frustrating.

    @EE absolutely awful customer service in one of your shops. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone as my contract finished a month ago. I have never received such rude, arrogant and unhelpful service before. I think I may take his advice of “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN”

    @EE why wasn’t I told that my first bill would be ‘pro-rata’ , miss sold information! Expected a call from a manager, told no one available until the weekend! Shocking customer service!
