    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    Email claiming to be from @EE trying to get money from me. Fortunately I always check on the real websites for problems with my account.

    @EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

    @EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

    @EE Hi, I purchased the BT Sport add on but when I try to activate my account I'm getting a message that says "We seem to have a technical issue"

    @EE I signed up on Wednesday as a new customer and gave a PAC code at sign up to transfer my number. Was told the number would transfer within 24 hours. New SIM here and number has not transferred. Don’t want to mess up my iPhone constantly swapping SIMs with different numbers.

    @EE I have just checked my ee account and it shows I have btsport add on but when I login with my credentials it's says no account recognised, I was watching it fine yesterday morning but now I'm kicked out.

    @EE Still not sorted my issue that’s been ongoing since August!!! Due to be charged again today for a contract I am not using!!!! Worst company ever and shocking customer service! Avoid at all costs!

    @EE get your upgrade system sorted 1 hr in store fully ready to upgrade but the system went down. Now I need to come back into town. Be better
