@EE Supposed to have 5g, never really worked. Usually have 4g. Most of today and still either no signal, or 3G but zero data, no web or anything. I get sometimes there’s a glitch but it’s been since this morning. Who’s fixing the problem - the government? C’mon, move quicker.

@EE Will be claiming back losses on this for sure .. no matter your trade - we all pay for the UK no1 service provider. This is unacceptable and we deserve compensation for the loss.

@EE Hi. I have called EE and no one can even speak to me. I heavily rely on my phone to work from home, i have already lost over an hour this afternoon and my service is still down, any idea when the issue will be rectified. Im really not happy with service or the lack of comms
