@EE Just in case anyone else is reading, I am now 1hr40mins into a chat I have replied to very quickly at each stage. EE have typed just 6 things back in that time. It is not customer service. It now looks like EE are asking about my phone, but the problem is their network since 1pm!

@EE Rachel, assuming that is your real name, I apologise to you because it is NOT YOUR FAULT, but EE's service here is disgraceful. This is not customer service. EE clearly are not capable of being transparent issues they have. This is quite frankly, disgusting. Forget it.
