    @EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    yet another day wasted and no support from @EE calling 150 with a texting issue that’s been going on for months with no promised call from tech support in 15 mins what a joke you are ! You can’t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent 🙄

    Hi @EE some time @SkyUK did work with @SamsungMobile it does not work for something not understand why hope sky fixing errors & problem i hope ?

    @EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

    @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @EE I'm already on with a formal complaint about my abysmal service. Hoping you'll let me out of my contract so I can go with a provider that actually delivers what the customer is paying for.
