    @EE I have been contacting you without reply for a full month now , regarding service outages. You have completely ignored my pleas for help but continue to take £250:00 a month for combined mobile and landline costs

    @EE trying to ring to register for some reason not working online. Ring the 0800 number choose the option for new customers and it wants my EE phone number!!! What a joke

    @RoyalMail @MartinSLewis @EE Why does terrible customer service seem to be endemic these days!!! Royal Mail lose a phone that I was sending back to EE and I have to pay £400 for it. How does this make sense....
