@mouthwaite @EE I have been a customer with ee for years but the coverage in the area I live is declining and now resorting to making phonecalls at the front door of my home or my in my downstairs loo. I will be changing contracts when I can next month.

@mouthwaite @EE Whatever you do don’t go to 3 I was with them over 20 years during lockdown my contract on 2 devices came to an end they told me I couldn’t cancel so I cancelled the DD so they sent it to a debt collector put in a complaint but still got nowhere now with sky cheaper and better

@mouthwaite @EE I was with EE! As soon as I could upgrade I left! They are awful! I went to @tescomobile ! Been with them for over a year and i have never had a problem.

@mouthwaite @EE Just been the phone to talk talk for the 2nd to me today, both calls were two hours long, shocking customer service, all these big companies have an awful lot to answer for

@mouthwaite @EE When my monthly rolling contract with EE ran out their customer service on the phone refused to cancel the contract. Their store said I could only cancel by phone, and months later they told me I’d racked up a £300 debt which they then passed over to a debt company! Awful company
