@ee utter joke of a company, they don’t get back to you regarding a complaint, you always have to chase them, then justify an upgrade by stripping all of the features away & aren’t willing to reinstate? Twitter support personnel need training, PRONTO!

@EE Regular customer, 4 devices with U, daughters new phone ordered for Xmas but mistakenly u sent us a powerbank + NO phone. Spoke to 3 advisors = 3 different response 1 Not our problem 2 Will get back to u in 3 days 3 Can't begin to sort this till Jan 3rd Really Poor Service 😫

@EE Hi, this isn't a problem that can be fixed by checking the 'signal' in my area. I was in Glasgow City centre on Xmas morning and an almost non existent signal. Your company are turning masts off. The emergency services use your network and I'm sure there's problems there too.

@EE It is still not working despite being re-enabled yesterday.. Now I have been in a call queue for 20 minutes. I am furious... No service for over a week now, multiple failed attempts to study this, all caused by EE.
