@EE Finally got through to talk to someone to be cut off again! Really not impressed and cements my need to cancel service!

@EE @BT Hi, I keep getting multiple requests to return hardware. Even though you cancelled my contract by mistake. Your colleague admitted that. I’ve requested a return kit 3 times. Not going to bother anymore. Appalling service. Would be nice to speak to someone on the uk

@EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

  • shellm1971
    Michelle Masson 🙃 (@shellm1971) reported

@EE I’m getting text messages from you and Openreach about an upcoming broadband installation. You must have the wrong contact details because I am not an EE customer and this is nothing to do with me. Now getting request for feedback texts as well.

@EE @SamsungMobile @grok Is the screen failing on a fold 7 with green stripes a widely known manufacturers issue?

  • E236_Nathan
    Big Nath (@E236_Nathan) reported

Hey @EE wanna pay the last few months of my @ThreeUK contract up so I can leave them early, they are terrible 😞

  • __sine_nomine
    S Esq (@__sine_nomine) reported

@WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

@bt_uk @EE does not matter anymore i was left with no other choice but to switch, but would like you to explain to everyone else how you can refuse to cancel a non contracted landline until a new broadband contract is negotiated thats sounds illegal to me , what say you @Ofcom ?

  • CronoYellow27

Hi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

    James1967 (@James19678) reported

@EE your customer service is appalling. I've tried calling your cancellations sept twice. On hold for 20 minutes then the call just ends.
