Anyone else fed up of @EE got ripped off in my last upgrade, been in twice recently to try n upgrade another line and their systems are down. Might it be time to change my provider? Anyone suggest a good one?

@EE Do you have any way of customers checking for faults in their area (broadband)? Having frequent connection drops since last night. Had a new cable from pole to house a couple of months ago that seemed to solve long term issues so wondering if it's something local

@EE Is this some kind of joke? These aren't offers, there either the same as normal or more expensive. Have you forgot to add the deals because seriously the ones available are so poor it's embarrassing. Disappointed I waited to upgrade, might just switch if this is the best u can do
