@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

@EE Apologies I meant to reply last night but got distracted. I don't think you can help, the app is what it is now, all information has been crammed into a small box, the rest is ads, I've uninstalled, I'll use EE Web to view my account details (unless they're going to ruin that)

@EE I can’t understand how you can say most reliable network yet in SY13 in Shropshire it’s terrible and no matter how many time it’s reported no change in signal at all

@VodafoneUK Oh, and the 'despite having no service for a day, you are still being charged for it'. I'm on day 2 of the cooling off period and @EE is looking more attractive by the second. I'm sure you'd have an eSIM to a new customer quicker.
