@VillanAston @EE Our Network Team have investigated your case and found no issues with our network in the postcodes you've provided. If you're still having issues after a network reset and a new SIM, it sounds like an issue with the handset. You can book a repair on 0800 276 1373. - Rory

@EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it

@VillanAston @EE It's not a common fault we're aware of, but if you're struggling to get signal even outdoors in the postcodes you've provided, it's the only possible explanation we can think of, given the other troubleshooting steps we've already carried out. 1/2

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ow so taken you this long to suggest this after months and months of complaining? You said its not under warranty so who is paying for this? Its this a normal thing with iPhones 11 pro? I have never had this on my other iPhones ever.
