    @EE I tried to call someone yesterday but couldn’t because I had to go to office because of my phone signal and today I’ve tried to get someone to call me. First time no one spoke and then second time was a drop call? What the hell is going on I need to talk to someone?!!!!

    Hi @EE. I’ve had an upgraded phone now for 4 weeks and yet it still doesn’t work. This is following countless calls, store visits, reassurances etc. Can you please tell me what the problem is. I don’t want to ring 150 again.

    @EE what is going on in LN6 3 post code? Used to get 3/4 bars on 5G all the time but for last 6 weeks been down to 1 bar and even switched to 3G!

    @EE What does a customer have to do to get the pre-paid MasterCard I was promised when I took out a new contract recently? Have tried emailing the reward card team, but I just seem to be going around in circles led by EE. Any customer service? Please help

    @EE I have the worst signal in my flat in London. For the uks best network there sure isn’t good service. I’ve had more reliable connection when I’ve been roaming abroad than at home!

    @EE the supposed best network in the UK needs to get theirs services in order. Worst experience I’ve ever had by a long shot Between their “supply chain team”, @EE representatives & @DPDgroup_news customer service you’re better off just use a landline or move to another provider
