    @EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

    That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

    Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.
