@EE please help. My data roaming had stopped working and I can’t use my phone for anything. Im in corfu and was told I will be fine and won’t be charged yet now my phone won’t let me do anything as it says I’ve reached my spend cap. I have direct messaged you.

@EE are there any known issues or works being carried out in the Dussindale/Norwich area? My signal is non-existent and I can't make any calls, send any texts etc. I don't want to walk 15 minutes and stand in the middle of nowhere to make private calls. Many residents are annoyed

@EE Smart Hub reboots every 2hrs since 24th May 2022 and still no solution/resolution!! Not acceptable! You can't claim to a "top tier service" in the UK and allow this problem to continue for so long! #EEbrokenservice

EE #broadband #fail. A dodgy software update from @EE is causing their routers across the UK to reboot every 2 hours since 24th May. No apology, no update, no end in sight. :-(

@EE Thats not really my point. Best deal was from uswitch not EE. EE replied that if I went via @UswitchUK I'd be a 2nd tier customer & not get same level of service. When I asked what that meant I was told to make my own judgement. Really? Your customer strategy needs a BIG rethink.

@EE When I click the link (iOS), it informs me ‘this app is currently not available in your country or region’. I’m in the UK, my phone is UK registered etc etc. Help?
