@EE so after being on hold for 45 minutes and finally getting hold of someone and telling them my displeasure of the service and product I'm then hung up on and no phone call back and having to phone back again currently on hold again for 17 minutes and counting. Pathetic

Hi @EE, when I try to go to your login page online I get a logout page saying "You've successfully logged out". Is this problem at your end?
