And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@EE Please don't. Of course the train has WiFi but it's a telecom gateway using 4g. You have hit the nail on the head, your architecture doesn't work for train based people. Please fix. It's not so bad, Europe has fixed it.

@EE not had a mobile AGAIN since the storm last weekend. This happened in Nov when we had the other storm. Status for AB301FG says it will be resolved in 16hrs which is what it has said for over a week now. I was without a signal for 2 weeks last time.

@EE Yes often. The signal coverage is very poor regardless of network, it gets worse south of Taunton
