    @EE Hi, I was on your website yesterday and it froze, I tried via Chrome and it worked but was very slow. Now on my normal browser which is Safari I cannot get your site at all.

    @EE can you confirm that if a customer dose not have photo ID then photo ID of a family member with the same surname is acceptable for delivery. This is advised by point of sale staff to just want to confirm.

    Hi @ee I am a customer with 3 phones on ee. I have been offered an upgrade by one of your reps who after reading me the t&c's put the phone down on me. He emailed me to call back on 150 to let another rep sort. They are refusing the offer. I have email chain.
