  @Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
