    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

    @EE BT sport not working on apple TV. Keeps telling me to contact EE to upgrade my subscription. I'm not happy paying for this if its not working?

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @djmattye @EE @virginmedia Many call centres are the same. If it’s not what they want to tell/sell you it is a problem to them.

    @EE I’ve lived in my area for 6 years. The network has always been bad. I have a mast round the corner so I don’t understand why I have no 5g coverage.

    .@EE between 18:00 and 20:00 our WiFi becomes unusable for most things. Message apps all fail to send; downloads and uploads go slow. I tend to turn off WiFi on my phone because 5G isn’t affected. Is there anything we can do? We are on full fibre so should be better!!

    @EE my WiFi has gone down for the second week in a row. I tried to call you but the ‘office is closed’? Best network for 12 years my arse. Sort it out! I’m leaving EE asap. Absolutely bollocks

    @EE no phone signal, and phone saying not registered at TR12 7RS for 2 days now. Phone is used for business!! Same happened at postcode TR13 0LB 4cdays ago. What's going on and when will service be resumed

    I’ve had no internet for over a week @EE and they are not even thinking about starting on it - yiu think we have no problems with digital ID? Just take a look at Marks and Spencer’s outtage in the summer

    @drummergirl2000 @EE The customer service advisors have been good, apologetic etc but yes youre right it’s shocking service considering everything is done through the internet. I have no TV, no banking, can’t work from home, no radio nothing.

    @EE don’t you love it when you call up for the 3rd time about your phone not working over a 3 month period and the problem still isn’t fixed. And they still want you to pay full price despite having faults acknowledged by EE! So sort the problem finally and we pay. 🤬#eecomplaint
