In a nutshell: paid for two weeks overseas roaming for honeymoon last year; 11 months later turns out I’m still paying for them! Offered only a 6 months refund. Surely that can’t be right? We have checked all his roaming etc as per help pgs on the ee website and it still isn’t working. As he has no signal we cannot send msgs so can’t text 150. Can someone please advise?

Dominic Trippett (@DomTrippett) reported@EE Every time you try to log in you just get the spinning wheel and nothing happens. Tried uninstalling / reinstalling it. Resetting phone and makes no difference. Well all my friends on ee have had the same issue since last night.
