@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

@EE Then to add insult to injury calling me mate last time I checked they wasn’t on my friends list and I’m sure you ask the customer what they prefer to be called, or is that not the case anymore.

@virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

@EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

@EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

@EE Chose the right day! My normal upgrade was September when I'm back working in a school. Hats off to the customer service at the Coventry store. Quick upgrade so I can go and enjoy the phone now.

@EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?
