@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@ee Samsung S9 phone - wifi calling has stopped working and there is no EE signal where my mum lives - so wifi calling is essential. It is working okay on her phone. And has worked on mine previously.
