It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.

Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.
