    @EE It's already been sorted by a great rep called Shannon online! Shame it came around after getting a text saying your order is on track after catching the phone support lying on several occasions. Proved with stats from Samsung

    @BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    @hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but itโ€™s just missing off the graphic

    @EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

    @EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

    @EE Letโ€™s publicly detail your incompetence here. - Ordered fiber for my parents Feb 11 with 7th gen Pro equipment - Engineer never showed up - Ordered again May 18 and you downgrade equipment to 6th gen Plus - Engineer shows up, ignores my written instructions and installs fiber cable / box into the wrong part of the house. Leaves job incomplete - Next engineer shows up, who I speak with on phone, and says someone will return to move to correct location - Next engineer shows up, does not move install location, sets up wrong equipment, does not setup WiFi extenders, does not setup old WiFi network name - You kill the old internet account, leaving my 85 yr old father without internet, tv, security, or emergency health systems - All whilst we are dealing with massive family health emergency - Absolutely bloody useless, uncaring, lazy, callous, incompetent, and all the things

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

    @EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE

    @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.
