@EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

Hi @EE - your engineers are in the area today to ‘upgrade the network’. What sort of upgrade can we expect? We use your 4G for a home broadband solution, as well as mobiles too. Will this be an upgrade to the data side of things by any chance - maybe even 5G!? Postcode LE2 2FS.

Don’t like to call companies out in public, but @Plusnet and @EE are both providing a ****** service today. About 1 Mbps bandwidth combined between them, and for only £150 per month. 🤬
