    @EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    @EE data service down in DY4 area... You already know..however, your service status page to subscribe to notifications regarding the issue is also not working. When I submit my details it says sorry, something went wrong

    So looks like the reason @uk_book_junkie couldn't get maps to work to help her get home was because of an issue with @EE so at least I'm not in trouble for it. If I were @ee I'd take the phone off the hook for the next couple of hours #internetdown #nodata
