@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@ShazS @EE @LKEW84 Same issue here in different part of Newcastle! Can't send texts either and data just had exclamation next to it. Restarts etc didn't fix. Looking at Twitter seems to be pretty widespread...

@EE as with others, both of us are with EE and neither of us can use our hotspots at the moment. Comes up that we are not connected to Internet even though hotspot shows as connected. We are in Brighton. Is this a countrywide problem?
