@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

And to add insult to injury I've been offered a pathetic £20 "goodwill" gesture for overpaying £80 😭 Because they have "no facility to refund plan deals". Wtf. @ee I think this might be the end of the road for us.
