@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Coming up to a week now with no EE for BN2 !! @EE what's going on and how do we get compensation for this loss of service provision that we pay for? Seems every couple of months it goes. Last time July but the length of this outage is ridiculous.

@ifti_a @EE Whilst OFCOM state Dec 2021 every other company is already shipping unlocked phones. I've been with EE/Orange over 10 years. Never missed a payment.
