    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    Received a text just now pertains to be from @EE to say there was a problem processing my payment and I might lose the service ! Am not clicking in the link as I pay @EE by direct debit and they have already collected it! Scam alert

    @EE Hi, all good thanks. To be honest I think EE should be quite angry with dpd for treating their customers badly, and maybe look at some workarounds if 3rd parties like dpd drop clangers like this. But for the moment, thanks to Matalan staff, the problem is resolved

    @virginmedia Numerous complaints about PL9 service, but as there are no other providers yet, kind of locked in. But soon moving to 5g broadband instead with @EE

    @EE getting a "dialled an incorrect number" when trying to call my other phone from my ee connection. No one else has this issue.
