@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I constantly have issues with accessing the internet, pages loading etc piss poor would be an understatement 😠 I’ve been on the phone for almost 50 minutes and it is the second day in a row I’ve tried calling you. So much for the UKs number 1 network? You’re really not.

Dear @EE, Your chat function is “down” and I tried calling and gave up after waiting for 25 minutes. I’ve emailed and followed online FAQS. How happy are you with this service, for a customer of over 25 years, with (a) not being available; and (b) not fixing the problem. (2/2)

@EE I reported fraud on my account 16 days ago, I have heard NOTHING from your fraud team and £200 of charges are still on my next bill. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and won’t be renewing it until it’s sorted. For info, @PayPalUK had my account fixed in 12 hours. THATS service

@oncebenny @BTCare @EE Mate, I thought they handled my leaving well a few years ago, if I recall. But I have to give up my current provider on a house move, and gave them first crack. It was beyond horrible.
