@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@Capt_tuBBymAN @EE Video feeds probably your usual live piped in over the internet, no issue there but I'd be fascinated how they got the RT out to the aircraft as surely anything over the net is potentially hackable? Not that any actual instructions were given...

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.
