Engineers supposed to turn up to setup broadband, waited 8 hours, no show, no telephone call, called customer service spent 35 minutes on hold to be told they were coming. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
