@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@zeinanao @EE @virginmedia is O KAY, but when they stop working tell them if you expect to be compensated. They'll be there providing no service for hours/days giving no compensation unless you mention it. They are good while they are working though. Can handle HEAVY use.

@EE bought a pay as you go sim, it shows there is enough credit in the account to activate a 15£ pack, it says is active but when I’m trying to call, sms or navigate is not working. Could you please assist me ? Thank you

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk This is a joke right? You're going to expand a zero performance network in North West London since July... 5G mast broken for 2 months. Zero internet. Zero performance. Voice signal so bad EE worker said "do you have a landline?" You can't paper over this with empty PR bluff.

@DebWalk19961736 @EE We got the Virgin cabling on our street. Please tell me it works! I just assumed the others were bad as they all went through BT exchange so we still had BT problems.
