@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Indoor was never great less drops depending on location in home but slow and low bandwidth at times. Ideally @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach just fix it soon but DM anyway as requested if you can check if there's wider issue affecting bandwidth

@EE is there any current issues around the Bristol area with home broadband? It went down around 12am and somewhat came back around 2/3am but has been running slow ever since. I’m talking dialup slow. Have reset/off on router multiple times.

@EE massive thanks to you, your operator Ajay who assisted topping up my father in laws phone remotely for us while he fights covid and a blood infection in hospital. Made a horrible time so much easier with your kindness
