@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE customer service in Covent Garden appalling went to the Apple store with an AirPod pro case issue they asked me to visit you EE who shooed me away really so please do not buy AirPods from EE

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

@EE I took my phone into EE shop it was sent away to be repaired I have paperwork saying minor general wear & tear they called today, motherboard is faulty but because the back glass now apparently has been broken it voids warranty and it can't be fixed!!.
