Matt Palmer (@mcpalms) reported from Truro, England@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion
-
Sally Bourton BEM (@SalBourton) reported from St. Mewan, EnglandWhat is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?
-
Dermot O Callaghan (@Omodon) reported from Quintrell Downs, England@Linseyhart10 @EE Absolutely rubbish signal for a while in Newquay, contract is up soon so I’ll be changing my provider, internet as well...
-
Sally Bourton BEM (@SalBourton) reported from St. Mewan, EnglandWe are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!
-
Kuan Yin meets Marici (@StAustellAdam) reported from Truro, EnglandHey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

Dave Byford (@davebyford08) reported from Saint Stephen, England@EE Is there problems with your app and website, Haven't been able to login all morning?

Jamie Wallis (@jamie_wallis) reported@EE @TomTugendhat I’m with EE in London Tom, rarely have issues. Live Greenwich, work Waterloo
-
Tom (@BigTom0491) reported@EE If I gave you the area and her first name, would you be able to track who it is? She’s absolute credit to EE and great customer service
-
Naomi Canton (@naomi2009) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE There are people in Somerset who have never had a mobile signal ever.
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
Mike Cloudsdale (@MikeCloudsdale) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Ditto in SW London, usually only get one bar of signal and frequently have issues with calls cutting off or breaking up.
-
Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported@EE Tried everything, even resetting network settings only place you get 5g is promenade and south rhyl, its definitely not covering the whole of rhyl
-
Ben Craig (@bendougcraig) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, this issue has been going on for years. It occurs in your current and former constituencies. So why wasn’t there an effort made when your party was in government to solve this?
-
Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reported@EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.
