It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

Data speeds down at @ 1mb at best now since Aug 15th. Did use website to raise complaint 3 days ago. Received auto response, nothing since!

EE say they no longer provide these & i'm now not able to make calls or text. They told me to get a new phone, but i can't afford it!!
