What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

@EE @btsport @EE i've seen crappy broadband provider in my life.. but you guys.. Just wow.. if you are not able to provide just normal service in central London, where can you? Just a disgrace.. in 4month the service has been cut for a month... if anyone considers EE for their home runaway..

@EE any idea why I still haven’t received my order confirmation after nearly 72 hours? Cant even connect to chat on app so terrible customer service, will be cancelling and switching if no solution soon.
