@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE Which I will now clearly not receive before Monday and I am away. So I have basically paid the pre-order price to get it on the Friday and now ain’t getting it at all. So paying the higher rate for no product. Totally unfair completely misleading at the point of sale and no way to treat a customer with known medical vulnerabilities. I’ve requested call back three times this morning via 150 and got no reply.

so I call you @EE - speak to literally 5 different people, you sell me the wrong contract, I call you, you cancel it, and change it, but then after four more calls still charge for the cancelled contract … and still haven’t ported the number I gave you the PAC for. #cx #npsisterrible

@brroookee @jxmes_law @EE I’ve been upgrading every years since about the 9/10 and never had an issue these past couple of years it’s been horrendous!! Promised delivery on launch day but yet we’ve no tracking update or anything. I must of asked the man on the phone a number of times will it be launch day
