It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

I can not even top up my phone. And I can't find any help other than a BOT telling me to download the app (that isn't working)

If I raise a complaint over the phone to your advisors and manager, I don't expect to receive a text msg within 20 seconds saying you've closed the complaint. I also expect you to review your previous recordings as it was clear I was misled

Adam Brown (@AdamBro39945799) reported@actuallymrsrees @EE I've always found their customer service good. They don't seem to care anymore about long term customers or offering good deals, Sim card prices also seem to change depending what model phone you have... rip off imo
