Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

I want to thanks my wife for coming and rescuing me this morning whilst dragging my 3 children out of bed as @EE took a double payment from me (£395) leaving me stranded with no money stuck at a petrol station as I couldn’t pay! Also thanks for the terrible customer service!

@EE wtf is this about coverage? I've had no coverage whatsoever since Friday night. No where to report it on your website and I can't call BECAUSE THERE'S NO COVERAGE. Very poor, nothing communicated whatsoever so far.

O2 mobile broadband just not working well at all at the new place, so likely cancel in the 14 day period. Anyone used @EE and their antenna booster? Probably give them a call tomorrow. Get okay 4g outside on EE mobile plan.

@EE @OpenreachHelp EE Openreach. This seems to be the only way to get this resolved now. Intermittent problem with BB reported in September. Further issue reported early November when BB and Phone line went down. Despite many many calls this is still not resolved #poorservice
