It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. Customer service think we switched in September 2025 - incorrect. Today we have no broadband Goodness sake the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing
