What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

@EE It’s beyond frustrating. Especially when I need my number to access accounts! Would be nice to have a heads up. Zero notice. I’m not the only customer who’s experienced this. ID is verified on my account so it’s ridiculous to be honest. Not a great start for a new customer!

@EE I know there problems in my area every ee customer in my town is moaning about it and it says there is problem in the Bridgwater area when I go on the link I done that the other day and it said there was I would like to know when it will be fixed please

Okay wow so apparently issues with @EE are so frequent that scammers like @temservice_ and @EECustomerClaim monitor social media for complaints, acquire customers’ personal information and probably either take over their account or claim their refund money via social eng

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

Had a complaint to @EE spanning 2 months, escalated to a senior manager today who dismissed issue as a glitch. When I requested a hold on the account until this was resolved, he became aggressive, told me #EE are happy to fob customers off & hung up the phone. Appalling service.
