@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

@EE EE is worst customer service team. I have been talking for two hours with customer service for an issue that it's 100% not my fault and didn't reach to a conclision . End of call, customer service agent hung up the line

I surely can't be the only @EE customer that has neither a current passport or driving license, but more pertinently, why is this requirement not prominently displayed when choosing the "deliver to your nearest store" option? It could've saved a lot of pissing about.

After going around and around trying to get an answer I've registered a complaint @EE and with @Ofcom about your terrible service. As I can't manage my account via the website I've cancelled my DD and am getting broadband elsewhere. #EE

@EE BT moved me to Fibre2 last night but the connection speed is still slower than with EE. I should never have let you persuade me to move to BT. All that's changed is the router and provider on my side.

Hi @EE your service and connection is abysmal. I have not have proper service for over 6 months now. calls don't come through, calls repeatedly cut out,no service whatsoever sometimes. what the heck am I even paying for? your customer service gives no straight answers, had enough

@EE for the last 4 months 1 mmobile mast has been down in my area causing substandard coverage, I onyl found this out a week ago now a second mast is down I am a disable with heart failure and need more phone for medical cover my reseptiojn is si bad My life could be at risk

@EE So apart from the odd few hours here and there, our WiFi has been down for a while week now! No explanations, nothing. Trying to work from home is impossible! Disgraceful service from this company - never again!
