@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

@EE DebbieI sent a reply but it seems to have gone missing. The main problem I have is poor reception in context to other suppliers. My wife with 3 will have reception in the same building but I won’t.

What is going on @EE? Broadband internet down at 1800 yesterday, I was told will be fixed by 1800 today. Today I am being told that it will be fixed by 1800 tomorrow! It's 2022, I can't survive without internet!

@Ofcom Will you please investigate @EE Where I live, near Oban, we have regular outages with their mast, the only network that works in our area. It often takes days to fix. I believe they are wilfully denying us the service we pay them for.

@taadelodun Na so I entered @EE contract with my mobile number and I don't enjoy the service and value promised and value provided is at variant and not commensurate. I requested the contract to be cancelled and they are asking me to pay £159. I just tired. The 14 days window is not enough

@EE my 83 year old mum has swapped from shell to EE and my brother connected the router today and internet fine but her landline isn’t plus she said the phone number isn’t correct Please help

@EE Hi Mike - I went again today after rebooking - was closed again with a new notice. Then had email saying closed until 7/11. Kidderminster store. Still no service. Have to wait for a sim, likely next week. I stere no way you can activate Esim remotely??!!

Had an issue with my parent's account, which turned into a saga. Sadly your customer service is not as I would expect, making everything time consuming and frustrating. How do I make an official complaint @EE when I'm not satisfied after a call from a team leader?
