    What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

    @EE Contact your customer care I was told the only way to deal with it was to find myself another handset device and send this one to you!! Which is not convenient for me because I work with this phone. I was told to go to the nearest shop so they can deal with it...

    @EE Hi I have phoned 150, gave them my post code. They confirmed that there were problems with the network. She said WiFi and my phone. Not great when I was only in town for a few days and the dongle was my only wfh WiFi option

    Hi @EE I've been with you for sometime. I'm out of contract and want to upgrade, I'm being told you can't match another deal I've found online cheaper for the fone I want! You obviously don't care about customer loyalty, bye bye EE, bye bye..

    @EE No, your colleagues have attempted to help many many times since April but the problem with the mast serving the area goes on and on, so instead of a DM why not tell your CEO that customers in this area don’t get the service they pay for.

    @EE crappy internet speeds and paying £70 a month to sit unable to work for a week now. 0.77 mbps download speed. Please can I get some help I think its time to stop paying for such a poor service!
