    @EE won't be upgrading with you again. Misleading customers into buying unnecessary products isn't good service. Always check your bill... what appears FREE maybe not be.

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you wonโ€™t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. Whatโ€™s the point of changing to 5G if you donโ€™t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    16 calls from a different 07584 number over the past hour. Some Amazon scam, answered one to hang up thinking it would stop but they just keeping coming. Any ways to disable this please @EE ๐Ÿ™

    @EE Hi, is there a problem in the NN7 area? We have had very slow/intermittent or no WiFi recently. It makes working from home impossible. We are paying for a service we are not getting!

    @EE Absolutely fuming. Placed brand new order for delivery to store and my phone is rejected. Just spoke to your useless customer service team to be told SORRY. Unfortunately sorry and no communication from EE isnt good enough. I should of stayed with Vodafone.

    @EE I'm an EE mobile customer and the lady said the monthly cost is ยฃ26 a month inc VAT approx 41-67mbs or around those figures. We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @EE I am absolutely appalled by the customer service that you provide and how your staff think they can talk to me as if Iโ€™m thick. I know exactly what interest free means and donโ€™t try to then justify your actions by selling me something that is ยฃ40 dearer than Amazon and

    @EE When is the mast at Flore (Northants) likely to be fixed? Any ideas? Fed up of no WiFi and v poor and intermittent mobile. Not able to wfh at present Really not what I expect from @EE #poorcustomerservice

    @EE Very disappointed and not even been a new customer for 24 hours and the SIM card doesnโ€™t work.! Iโ€™m stuck on 3G, Iโ€™m on long shift with my nhs employer and the best solution given, find a phone to try your sim in it to see if you get 4G.!! Thanks ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE The bots are useless recommending the same thing without understanding the issue. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating
