    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE Thanks for the reply. But this does not work. I've tried it from two phones and two laptops. I can log in fine but the online shop does not work at all. If I cannot upgrade today who do I call to cancel my contract? Need a working phone asap!

    @EE @educationgovuk Hi there, How do I get this set up? I just purchased a EE wireless home hub for this exact reason, and the data i can afford to have on it is going down pretty quickly already.... would be a great as I’m worthies o it being charged ridiculous costs for going over my allowance.

    @EE It's fine. I've already had a level 3 tech say its load balancing at peak times, and you can't do anything more or set a preferred tower for the signal to go to. I would rather not waste your and my time on Phone calls and messages that will lead nowhere.

    @bt_uk @EE ...My deceased father has now run up a bill of £131.94 ...... Do BT cover heaven too ? Remarkable. I'm now complaining to OFCOM as we're getting bills monthly for him and despite calling your customer service - no one believes us!
