@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

@EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

Been in a contract with @EE for just over a year and my phone bill has already gone up from 53 to 61, and I’m supposed to have a discount on! How ridiculous is that. It might not seem like much but it really adds up. Time to start planning my next network provider

Bloody hell @EE - your support team say I will be charged for receiving calls if my phone is not connected to a network while overseas and I get voicemail messages. WTF? They're very confident I will get charged regardless of whether I call to listen or not.
