@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@England @JesseLingard @EE They may be talented, but this quite a weak England team. Too many kids and players more interested in 'Insta'. Still, at least they knelt down before the game. 🙄

It's taken @EE six weeks not to connect my fibre. The update is that they don't know what the problem is but they'll come back in a few days when they'll tell me that they still don't know. My next update is on Tuesday. I'll keep you updated.

@EE Hi, is there a problem with broadband in the Gateshead (NE10) area as my service has gone down again. Snail like all day and now there's no service at all.

@EE I did that before and @ee response was to use WiFi Assist. If EE delivers the service it’s website claims, WiFi Assist should not be necessary.

Just saw @ee TV advert with robotic cutthroat razor relying on the “excellent EE network”. That’s what the EE website claims for Ingatestone. Reality is patchy signal and having to go upstairs to take a call. If that advert was filmed here, A&E would be busy!

@EE No problem I don't deal with anybody by email if it bills as I have apps for that I'm definitely smarter than the average bear.
