@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE you claim to have one of the best coverages in comparison to other networks yet since I moved house I can only use my phone when on ‘Wi-Fi calling’ what am I actually paying for?! So disappointed with the service

@EE How about putting money into customer service? So EE member of staff advised me of the wrong cost for my contract , they own up to the mistake but won’t let you cancel the contract or amend the cost to what was agreed, Absolutely horrendous service!!!!!

So if i want to renew my account with @EE for my Internet. As a loyal customer for 6 years I have to pay more than a new customer signing up today. Honestly makes no fricking sense. Why have a rewards and loyalty department? What is their purpose??

@EE I've been trying to top up my account with a half dozen different credit cards for days and now was just told 'too bad, not our problem' by EE support. I guess it's pointless, but thought I'd try to see if you can ever fix it

The customer service I’ve received from @EE recently has been brilliant. Sorted my new tablet plan out, reduced my bill and everything everything done within minutes.
