@EE why is there still no signal in Woodbridge? It’s been a week now! 😫

  • benlorduk
Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

  • pearlpriggx
Pearl 🌸✨ (@pearlpriggx) reported from Diss, England

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

  • Femkepants
Levi Williams-Clucas (@Femkepants) reported from Earl Soham, England

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

  • Such_fun_tings
Hugh Muzzy (@Such_fun_tings) reported from Bromeswell, England

    @EE actually have **** reception

  • benlorduk
Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

  • pearlpriggx
Pearl 🌸✨ (@pearlpriggx) reported from Diss, England

@cjclerkin @TalkTalk @EE they was well helpful when my wifi broke, there customer service is really good!

  • BayXXIV
    Yokenthwaite (@BayXXIV) reported

@EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.

  • AKZed248046
    AK & Zed (@AKZed248046) reported

@EE you guys are absolutely ridiculous, im trying to join you guys and get a phone, you guys have lied to me five times saying you're gonna call me back, I've had no phone call, your connections are terrible, I'm looking to just join another network, terrible customer service man

  • PrincessPink_86
    🐏 🤍 𝒢ℯ𝓂𝓂𝒶 ℳ𝒶𝓇𝒾ℯ♡ 🖤 (P) (@PrincessPink_86) reported

@EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - don’t is my advice.

  • Oj_jman
    BROTHERLYY (@Oj_jman) reported

EE BT - whatever name you’re cosplaying under to give poor services @EE your days are numbered.

  • PAtubobienemi
    Precious Atubobienemi (@PAtubobienemi) reported

@England @EE Reflexively contrarian for a plain highlight caption isn't the move here — nothing about "never in doubt" invites a hot take, it's just fan hype for a goal.

  • Brian70362077
    Brian (@Brian70362077) reported

@vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

  • thisbrowngeek
    This Brown Geek (@thisbrowngeek) reported

Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

  • gde_dale
    Dale (@gde_dale) reported

@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

  • LaceTurnerxx
    Lace Turner (@LaceTurnerxx) reported

    @dave_odogwu @England @EE He’s **** & has won nothing.

  • Shellebags
    Michelle Edmundson 💙 (@Shellebags) reported

@EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?
