@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I cannot log into the EE app at all to check my mobile usage, or family usage. Or gift data within my family. Have tried via website but that is also not working. Been trying for about 3 days now. When will this issue be resolved please?

@EE I'm using your pro TV box to watch the package I have with you and it's doing great, BUT, it keeps refusing to record programs and instead links to the relevant catch up service. I don't want this, I want it recorded on the box, how do I change this. Thanks.
