@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE I've a terrible but simple issue with EE. I'm simply not able to move my existing number to a new phone; as simple as that and EE couldn't fix it for the past 2 weeks. Is it so hard to just issue/activate a replacement sim ? Unbelievable. This is causing me unwanted troubles.

@EE why is my phone signal completely down again? This has happened twice within 3 days now. The problem seems to resolve itself yesterday afternoon and since this morning it has been completely down again
