    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didnโ€™t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, theyโ€™ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over ยฃ430 of spend that this should have prevented and theyโ€™ve offered me ยฃ30 compensation for service failure! All the years Iโ€™ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    Is it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?

    @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didnโ€™t work!!

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE any update on the outage in the BT79 area other than the service status checker which keeps updating with an estimated fix 24hrs after whatever time you check it? Original fix time was Sunday. Now saying Wednesday.

    Day 5 of zero mobile signal, EE are aware of problem in the area but no fix or information @EE
