    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Just had an argument with an @EE call centre guy . I would never recommend them , with imbecile gangsters on the phone that don’t own a penny of the company and are 100% disposable to the company.

    @ChefPaul41 @virginmedia Mate I’m with Virgin they that ****. I now pay @EE for £13.99 a month for unlimited data and just connect to it and works really well!

    @EE changed from normal Internet to fibre broadband, now nothing but trouble. Called three times and three times it will get fixed story. Nothing happens. Don’t use EE if you want proper customer service.!!

    @EE Bought a new phone and plan on 17/12. Is meant to be here by 24/12 but not received any details regarding it being en route etc. Can’t get to speak to anyone on phone. Can you help?

    @Trickeytree @EE Yes I've had that, I'm with EE and had someone knock on my door last week. Said its about problems with my Internet, told him i haven't had any problems and he then wanted to test my speed and tried to get me to upgrade. If this is how they are going to carry on I'll be leaving.
