@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE extremely poor release for the new Iphone 17. What was the point in a pre order when you cant uphold the delivery times on the day of release? Also the lack of webchat - takes forever to get through for an update. Feel like cancelling the order and going with @O2

@EE BT @bt_uk Nothing is joined up. Home move called didn’t cancel, don’t tell you to send hub back, you get £60 hit, sales miss sell mobile 4g hub, forget to tell u to return it charged £90 and old broadband not cancelled end up paying two accounts - EE R CROOKS B WARNED

@bt_uk @EE In June I switched from BT Broadband to EE. I have now had FIVE cancellations for installation. Am now paying out of contract monthly cost to BT and today been charged £178 for not returning BT's kit (due to your terrible customer service?!) Can you resolve? Awful.
