    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @DPDgroup_news @EE My real problem here is with EE who are proving difficult to contact, but I do notice on the DPD website now my parcel is being returned to EE? It's all very frustrating that it was tantalizingly close but I appreciate it is mainly an issue for me to resolve with EE.

    Well looks like @ee have lost a long-standing customer. They’re just not competitive anymore and aren’t prepared to offer me a deal anywhere near as good as others on the market. Looks like @ThreeUK or @skyuk will be getting my custom shortly.

    @EE Any reason why I can get 100mbps in one room, and zero in the next room? Im about 100 yards from a phone mast. OL4 3DE. Signal usually OK.

    @EE Nope, the signal is still terrible and hasn't magically improved. I'm not sure what you want me to say other than you have to improve your quality of product, and service, which by the way seems preoccupied with closing cases rather than actually helping.

    @EE what's going on with your app on Samsung. Having to continually login and it the spits me out before I can message about my high bill. Keep getting unable to connect to server notice. Is there a wider problem?

    @DPDgroup_news @EE I cant seem to DM you? I've been having some issues with my parcel 15500959884886 which is why I was tweeting about it. I placed an order for a new mobile phone from EE UK. Expected it today. Got a "Sorry we missed you" notification from you and a picture of house number 7.

    @EE have just billed me £170 for using Wi-Fi calling and have only offered me a £30 refund. Absolute joke of a network!
