@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Anyone with @EE and happy? ‘The biggest, the best….’ I called yesterday about their appalling service, because 2 in a row promised a callback the next day and didn’t. And yesterday #3 assured me she would call back about my no signal. Can you guess yet? Disgraceful SH1T company!

@EE really annoyed with your topup process. I stopped the pack I was on and then topped up aiming to use it as PAYG. Despite messaging me that Pack has been stopped, the topup was used entirely on the pack! No way to get a refund as your customer services is always busy!

@EE My wife started a contract with ee, got an iphone 13 delivered, after 2 weeks they couldnt activate it to the point they let her out of the contract because they basically couldnt provide the service. Went to sky and had another phone up and running with in 24 hrs.

@DPDgroup_news @EE The Matter is for You and EE to resolve. What I don't like is being caught up in the middle of some weird issue. Where DPD claim they collected a Parcel and actually don't. 3 times its happened. Just think yourselves lucky I am a honest person and have sorted alternative way.
