    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    ordering a pixel 6 pro and getting nowhere, @EE only willing to do me a deal if I sign a new contract rather than help an existing customer, @Klarna only offering finance which is less than the cost through Google store and no option to split a payment on @Google so frustrating

    @EE the fact that I contacted EE around 9am this morning to find some help and they still haven’t done ANYTHING at 1pm, confirms that I am going to use another provider. Clearly lots of complaints to be had if you only respond with a sentence once every hour!

    @O2 @virginmedia @EE Well deserved, we are so impressed! Our area isn't even covered by Virgin so we were nervous about trying another provider but for the last (3 years in April 2022), we have had maybe 3 occasions when our internet has been down for max 5 minutes... Pretty awesome if you ask me! X

    Wow, when @EE are stating there was no issues with their service, yet every single EE customer knows full well that the service was broken. Just be honest. London and surrounding areas lost internet capabilities last night and EE just tried to hide it. Bad service
