Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@MarcAllera @EE what’s happening with the 14 Pro Max devices? EE is the only network where there’s a 28 day wait. Vodafone and O2, I’d get it Tuesday. Stock levels at EE are really poor! No explanation either. Just blame Apple. Other networks aren’t having this issue though 🤔

@EE 35 mins on hold is completely unacceptable and sadly this is not an isolated experience which would indicate that investing in customer service is obviously not a priority. Hire more staff now and stop treating your customers in this manner.

@EE why is your website not working? Been trying to ‘manage my account’ since yesterday and it just doesn’t load. Your website is usually awful but at least it loads, now it’s not even loading.
