    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Did you know your online store is down? I've tried upgrading via the portal and the app. The former reports an "oops page not found" message and the app says it's not available right now.

    @EE ******, patronising response. I know all of this because I read the email, that isn't the point. When I signed a contract 9 months ago I didn't expect my monthly repayment to go up 14% - that isn't inflation, that's ***************. Wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy

    @EE Hi Peter, I was working, so no time to reply. Broadband is a problem. Plus, my iPad (on contract to you), won’t charge :two problems. Help me with two solutions please

    @BTBusiness Mobile phone signal has gone again for the part of the county SA70. It keeps on going off for days. Many personnel and businesses are being affected. No explanation given. No apology given. Impossible to contact you etc. Please advise. @EE

    @iD_Mobile_UK A 13.4% rise in my bill?? What the actual **** are you trying to do to your customers?? @EE is charging my fiancé an extra 4.5%. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but sadly you probably don’t feel a thing. Loyalty means nothing eh?

    @EE No signal for at least 8 days this month yet still expected to pay a full bill! Rising bills to an extortionate ammount! Roll on end of contract!!
