Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@utdelites @EE They’re overpriced because they have the best coverage/speeds in the country to the point the second best is closer to the worst than they are to EE Despite this it’s still hard to justify their extortionate prices during a cost of living crisis

@EE Hello I ordered a new iPad on Sunday and was said that I’ll receive it on Tuesday due to the queen funeral on Monday but I haven’t received an email or text from DPD or ee saying it’s been dispatched only a confirmation email saying ee has received my order Any help ?
