    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didnโ€™t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, theyโ€™ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE hi EE. I need to speak to a customer service advisor on the phone. Every time I ring your helpline, your automated message tells me itโ€™s too busy, and hangs up. Totally unacceptable. Please provide an alternative number.

    Hey @EE My elderly mum has, in a confused state, been sold a contract that is totally unsuitable for her needs. How do we cancel and get her back to what she had before? NB. Sheโ€™s currently within 14 day cooling off period.

    @EE Finally spoke to someone and the best contract they offered me was a total of ยฃ2016. Very poor, ยฃ624 more than what I've been offered elsewhere.

    @EE I've only just got my S20 Ultra 5G so I'll have to pass! I'm always surprised people whinge about the signal they get on EE because my data speed is often well over 100 Mbps (with 3 in all the years I was with them never topped 32 Mbps)

    @EE absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have received in the last year! I have 4 lines with yourselves and am now taking all of them to a new provider. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves and staff who misinform customers!

    @ayresie__ @virginmedia Only recently got over this problem myself with @ee, 6 weeks it took them to fix my net issue! Massive sympaties my dude, ******' sucks *** and leaves you powerless to fix it yourself. Hope they get it sorted asap!
