@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I don’t think you are here to help anyone. I’ve rang customer services 12 times over the past two weeks requesting a callback from one of your managers due to a lack of and very poor service , One call I was continuously put on hold for 1 1/2 hours then cut off. I could go on....

@VodafoneUK seems as if my complaint cannot be handled efficiently and effectively as I am growing more and more frustrated. And social media seems to be the only way to get a response. I will escalate if needed. @EE might need your assistance.
