@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Not happy with @ee! Not only do I pay £80 pound a month, and my signal and calls drop out constantly, and they don’t seem to be able to sort this issue, I e had to pay over £20 this last two months in fees for being slightly late with my payments! ******* great service hey!

@EE NO SERVICE IN KY8 AREA AGAIN 2nd day on the bounce 🤬 DO NOT LIE and say maintenance is being carried out on the mast I work 50yrds from the mast at Burnmill Ind Est not one workman has been near the mast yesterday or this morning 🤬 sort it out terrible service all round
