@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Hi, it is still very intermittent. Even though I have a 5g phone we don't have 5g yet at home so it jumps back to 4g which is what the issue is, I've no signal with 4g at all I'm getting ! next to the signal icon. It's happening to other peoples too?

@EE Recently had no choice but to call Canada from UK to cancel bank cards when phone + wallet were stolen. Didn't realise, in my slight panic, the option to get £11 add on for cheaper international mins. Just received £120 bill at £3.42 per min. Talk of insult to injury. (1/2)

@EE How can I get some help with my phone (now obsolete but I am still paying for it)? My contract expired on 1/9/22. Impossible to get anyone on the phone on 150. Is it best to go to an EE shop?

@EE @England @btsport Shame EE is not raising the profile on their service on mobile phones. Rang to complain no service and only got recorded voice saying they would check. Text back saying service ok??? Next day text saying they had problems. Going to change to company that talks.

@EE Unfortunately no it's been down for 9 days now and customer services have no time line as to when it will be fixed. Its a pain I have 6 lines and none of them work outside the house.
