@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Basically I can’t speak to anyone and during this remote cut off period and while living alone this is very upsetting and distressing. I reported the poor signal to EE before and was told that my signal is fine - when it isn’t. 2/2

@EE my grandma has the family plan and she’s my bill payer. On her myEE app we can’t see the data gifting option. When I go to my myEE app on my phone it’s not there either. Please help?
