    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE @0LikelyAsleep0 I agree! I have 5 contracts none of which have been working consistently in my home area since 26th November. More days off than on yet they refuse to let me out of them as they don’t have to provide a working service apparently- it’s in the T &Cs 🙄

    @EE received letter telling me an ipad expired in 2016 due to renew. Despite numerous calls to upgrade phones and WiFi over these years, this device never mentioned.Nice ******* phone offered me a 3-month refund as an offer of good will! I don't think so !! Waiting on callback.

    @OpenreachHelp @EE Shocking excuse for mast outage Port Eynon"gate to field was locked" FFS IT'S BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS NO SERVICE My 88 yr old mother cant be contacted or make 999 calls The village's elderly vulnerable community are being left AT RISK by you. Get it fixed!#shameonyou

    Anyone noticing @EE has suddenly got the worst customer service lately? I’m sorry but been a customer since 2013, 4 contracts costing around £250 a month yet they’re now deciding to refuse NHS discount and giving different answers.

    Just had a phone MOT @EE. 5 minutes, downloaded an app, got told my battery is fine and I’d missed a software update. Brilliant idea and service in store!
