@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE cut me off and tried to charge me nearly £200 on the 11th (bill generated date) and not on the 19th (bill due date) because I spent £121 something on Microsoft Service. They told me my credit limit is £170. Ok. But they included my normal £75 bill into it…

@EE Right I’m suffering from cancer and as the tv transmitter is down having to watch through inter net. When first went onto BT internet it was fine now it keeps falling out and buffering am not a happy bunny. I’ve turned it off and back on again and it’s rubbish again. 🤬🤬
