@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

Thanks to @EE for ruining the stream this evening. My bitrate was as low as 300kbp/s. Completely unacceptable. To those of you watching, apologies, we are currently working out an alternate solution and we'll be back soon.
