    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE I have never had such appalling customer service before from a company. Blatantly lied to and trying to get more money out me when a deal was agreed. Trying to charge me £9 a month more for a new contract and telling me 2 different prices to break my contract. Disgusted.

    Hi @EE for the last 2 months iv had issues with internet,speed dropping or internet disconnects when using house phone.had 3 engineers out who fix it but then problem comes back, got another coming tomorrow but been told I can’t go to your higher level engineers until this one

    @EE did mislead my daughter and did a fraudulent action. I would tell everyone to avoid this company as #CustomerSupport is not existent and manager on shop are rude, impolite like the one in Edinburgh at Princess Street.

    Trying to watch Severence on #AppleTVPlus and have to say, probably won't watch anything else on the platform. Great show, but keeps fading in and out of HD, and pausing/slow. A shame, as Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all ok on a great @EE connection.
