    We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

    @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

    @EE central London and struggling for a signal. You're not much use to me are you? How about a refund every time the signal drops? Renewal time, you guys are out. Pathetic company.

    @EE I’m having problems with my broadband, tried to sort using the App but won’t resolve the issue. I work from home and dont really have time to be spending sorting out broadband issues. I’m new to EE following migration from BT and would appreciate some assistance with this

    @EE very disappointed with the new Smart Hub 6 Plus router. The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.
