What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

  • davebyford08 Dave Byford (@davebyford08) reported from Saint Stephen, England

@EE Is there problems with your app and website, Haven't been able to login all morning?

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • crosst03 Tami Cross-Halls (@crosst03) reported from St Austell, England

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

  • GrumpyOwl Gavin (@GrumpyOwl) reported from Fowey, England

@EE any chance of an update on your service outage in Fowey? Can’t give you a postcode but have tagged a location. Appears to be the entire of Fowey that’s out. No data. No phone. Made paying for parking impossible...

  • scmuskham sarah copeland 💙 (@scmuskham) reported

@Independent Damn. Disappointed in you @EE I was reassured that this wouldn't happen.

  • HMS_TOPDECKER TOPDECKER (@HMS_TOPDECKER) reported

@EE @AdiGaskell O dear. What could you do with the millions of £ profit? Build a giant **** YOU sign outside the Watford Gap Services?

  • Dreadpi78992161 DreadpirateRoberts (@Dreadpi78992161) reported

@Independent @EE bit of a shame to leave you but this isn’t a move to invest in UK infrastructure it’s a money grab pure and simple. Really poor decision given you didn’t have to do it.

  • JasonSimpsonArt Jason Anthony Simpson (@JasonSimpsonArt) reported

@BBCNews I was with Orange for over 12 years then stuck with @EE when you took over. That nearly 20 years never missed or late with a bill. I’ve relocated to Athens for work because of Covid so I’ll have to give up my UK mobile because it will double with new roaming charge 1st January 🙏

  • Tala07803176 Tala (@Tala07803176) reported

Not happy with @ee saying they would not introduce #RoamingCharges and now they are. Terrible. Hope all their customers leave. #ee #NoIntegrity

  • lucky1369235239 lucky13 (@lucky1369235239) reported

@EE @Heaveysoul Disgraceful move! Hope the customers will choose the right network who will not introduce the roaming charges! As they promised

  • RRemainer ReflectiveRemainer (@RRemainer) reported

@lewis_goodall In financial services if you intro a new fee/charge you have to demonstrate that there is a cost to justify it. I am mystified by the explanation as the fee doesn’t seem to be aligned to the actual cost of providing the service…@Ofcom should intervene @EE very disappointing!

  • GrahamW48328305 Graham Wilson (@GrahamW48328305) reported

@EE That’s right. You can count on EE being the only network in the UK to reintroduce EU roaming charges under the pretence of wanting to invest more money in its UK network.

  • Ash_Bull Ashley Bull (@Ash_Bull) reported

@EE Yeah I'll be leaving your service when my contract expires. Shameless greed.

  • BoscoTann J Tann (@BoscoTann) reported

@EE Dear EE, you don't seem to be responding to messages about roaming charges. Perhaps you should ignore the issue and hope it goes away...
