    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

    @EE you have emailed me a proof of purchase which I havent asked for, is for somebody I have never met and contains loads of personal info such as name, address, number, phone type and IMEI number

    @EE WTF is up with network status update?! 30 emails so far today saying there an issue & then issue fixed 10 mins later half hour later there's an issue again & 10 mins later it's been fixed again FYI broadband is still slow & WiFi calling/network still dropping calls since tues

    @GeorgeMonbiot Same thing happened to me with @EE when my Dad had a stroke. I even found out, prior to him having a stroke when he was poorly, they sold him in store, 2 x 3G devices, one to use in his car, he never owned a car, so clearly he was missold. They never refunded the money! Shocking.

    @EE why is it when you ring up tells me your number 1 network for the past 8 years running yes I pay over £170 a month and can't even get signal why I'm at home it's ridiculous

    @EE BT Sport add-on broken for 10 days despite paying for it and it showing as active. No response from customer service. Do you make a habit of charging customers for services you don’t provide?
