What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE I’ve got no access to mobile data and neither has anyone else I know that lives near me on EE. Is the service out? My network still works for texts and I get the mobile data sign on my phone but can’t access the Internet.

@EE @NicNicJ2010 This is why you use Vodafone. “The UK’s most reliable network” my arse. Poor communication from EE, not being honest with their customers. I know that staff members from their Twitter team will hr having the same problem but they’re forced to not say anything about it.

We almost phoned @EE and @TalkTalk because we thought the internet wasn’t working. Turns out it’s just Facebook, ig and WhatsApp that are down 🙄#facebookdown
