@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE is there a problem with your 150 line? Trying to get through to talk to an operator and after 5-6 minutes on hold, I'm getting cut off. 4 TIMES NOW. Pretty shoddy performance to be fair. I might have to consider my provider next month come upgrade time. 😔

@ianmc77 @EE Gone elsewhere now, 20 years I was with Tmobile which then became EE. Never missed a payment, etc to be treated like a liar at their error. Works out cheaper for me now as well 👍
