@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • crosst03 Tami Cross-Halls (@crosst03) reported from St Austell, England

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

What is going on in PL25 area @EE? It's been months now with no or very little signal - our village fb group is going nuts, lots of different answers as to why from yourselves apparently - what's the truth? And when we will get the service we pay for?

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

  • NitroGBeans Nitro G Beans (@NitroGBeans) reported

Hey @EE, when I phone up with a serious issue and select the option to talk to someone, it would be nice to actually talk to someone instead of getting a very unhelpful text bot. Very dissatisfied.

  • the_yne KNG_M44 (@the_yne) reported

@EE hi, I would like to cancel my subscription due to the price increase

  • thebig_n Nick Kelly (@thebig_n) reported

@EE I have been a customer for as long as I can remember and I didn't want to have to leave or tweet you to get you to listen

  • WillDrury17 Will Drury (@WillDrury17) reported

@EE we are in the middle of a cost of living crisis so you really believe it's ok to increase my monthly bill by £9.94 (14%). I've only had the contract for 5 months but have been a loyal customer since you were Orange/TMobile. Absolute disgrace!

  • OnthebeatPete1 On the beat Pete (@OnthebeatPete1) reported

@EE Morning EE as it’s employee appreciation day, I would just like to say you are appreciated however, managers applying a 14.4% price hike isn’t and that they let you take the brunt of customer frustration and no doubt keep the profit for themselves and shareholders 👍

  • missmolliequirk Mollie Quirk (@missmolliequirk) reported

I've spoken to @EE, I've restarted, updated, reset my network, tried my SIM in another phone (which worked perfectly), but my phone seems to be dead. It's in perfect condition and is only 5 months old! Help me 😭🥴

  • maisymoo05 Sammy (@maisymoo05) reported

@shanes_loonie @EE I do that but it's not acceptable... if with that I had trouble the other day

  • marymood1 Mary Williamson (@marymood1) reported

@EE no internet again. No contact tel to ring on my app why do u guys make it so hard to ask@for help ?

  • SimonCottam1989 Simon Cottam (@SimonCottam1989) reported

@JenboLFC @EE Mine has gone up nearly £10, on a £70 plan!! As soon as my contract finishes I’ll be moving network- shame because I’ve been with EE/Orange for nearly 18 years!!!

  • ByronAdlam byron (@ByronAdlam) reported

@EE I've received an email saying my contract is to increase by 6.49 a month from March 31st. It states, in line with inflation plus 3.9 %. What is the extra 3.9% for? I am very unhappy with this and will consider leaving EE or maybe going to a pay as you go service. #EE
