It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Morning. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to technical support and another department last night to no avail. Solution proposed was to change my subscription to different hub at extra £15 per month! No further forward and still items dropping WiFi at will

Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
