@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Can you actually support your customers. 30 minutes on hold, only for the person to answer to then hang up. This was 2nd urgent call for support, having already been called by corporate accounts earlier in the day. On hold for 3rd time #shambles #EEcutoff

@HighBleanBandB @EE @scarfoot6 Issue is with EE not updating updating geolocation data. We have B4rn fibre internet and they have in the passed few days changed/bought a number of IP address and it doesn’t think our connection is in the UK so hence no WIFI calling
