@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE I just spoke to two of your advisors (I cannot remember their names), but they were absolutely amazing. My stress levels were at least 11/10 before I called and now they're at a 5/10. My broadband for another provider is temporarily broken but you guys put me on a contract

@EE Yea the issues are limited to that location in East Molesey. The entire high street up to Hampton court station. It's so bad that even the Hermes/Evri services aren't working. For over 2 weeks now.

@EE ‘UK’s best network’ having spoken to your teams a few times this last 2 days I can confidently say that is a strong comment when all they do is hang up, end conversations or say ‘ye I think so’ or ‘it looks like it’ I just want a direct answer on how to leave EE and how much?
