  @EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  We are now into month 4 of limited or no @EE mobile signal in our village, this is beyond ridiculous. Why on earth am I paying for a service not being provided? @EE state they have the best UK coverage!

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.
