@scott_m_me @EE That’s really interesting, I hadn’t thought of that. The contract is part service, part payment for the phone, so the increase is actually huge as the cost of the phone is in the past, I’m just paying it off. So it’s more like a 30-50% increase.

@EE I'm using a data pack to give me a signal in work, I was supposed to get 5gb from the 24th Jan, I had a text on the 9th to say my 2gb was up, how can I get my 3gb Owed? Thanks

@EE I had an outcome from the ombudsman, a letter of apology that lasted less than a week. I was told by EE my case would be reviewed so mistakes could be identified with regards to my med-issues. I guess it was a quick review. Loyalty is been abused whilst other handed everything.

@EE Why do I have no data connection again? Will I get a refund? BT always used to refund one month on my bill for every day there was no service.

@MidlandMackem33 @EE @bt_uk I’ve heard mixed reviews about virgin customer service team. But positive stuff about their internet. I work from home too, so I need a good one
