@EE Hi me again. We requested a PUK code on the 10 th of March and was told it would take 10 days. It's to put an O2 SIM into my old EE Samsung J3. I used to have an account with you and the handset must be locked to EE. Can you help?

  • GrumpyOwl Gavin (@GrumpyOwl) reported from Fowey, England

@EE any chance of an update on your service outage in Fowey? Can’t give you a postcode but have tagged a location. Appears to be the entire of Fowey that’s out. No data. No phone. Made paying for parking impossible...

  • crosst03 Tami Cross-Halls (@crosst03) reported from St Austell, England

@EE I have been with you 18 yrs on PAYG and I have never had any offer on a handset. Virgin offer deals on handsets after only a few years...think its time for me to change...

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

@EE Hello, I have just switched to your network and recieved my sim card today. I used a PAC code when signing up and i got an email on the 17th saying my number would be transferred in 24 hours. It hasn't yet. Any way to double check this is happening?

@EE EE sucks *****. Hidden charges, terrible customer service. @VodafoneUK is the best hands down. Speed, price point, contracts, and customer service especially.

  • magster_j Maggie (@magster_j) reported

@EE such terrible service in Bury St Edmunds the last few weeks. When you have planned works going on, maybe give your customers a heads up. 3 people in my house paying their bill for the last month for no signal, pretty crappy really.

  • OptimisticLyon S L (@OptimisticLyon) reported

@EE But it's crap in Yorkshire.

  • Lynsey0085 Lynsey (@Lynsey0085) reported

When @EE promise you excellent 4g coverage, and semi decent 5g that with a year or 2 will be up to speed but can't even provide decent 4g! Vodafone 50.6Mbps download speed, EE 3.23Mbps. They can't fix it & refuse to reduce bill by more than a few quid. Ombudsman time! #NotUKsBest

  • moexdot lil moe (@moexdot) reported

@EE recently my wifi has been pretty bad, even with the ethernet connection, i have been experiencing very bad latency for no reason. I average around 150 ping and sometimes even getting over 500! Usually i get around 10-15? this is around the wd25 area

  • JamieMellor81 Jamie Mellor (@JamieMellor81) reported

@EE just wanted to say, amazing customer service experience today with Alison from your Ireland tech support centre. Hugely helpful, even called me back twice to check on progress of my Apple Watch data plan issue. Rare these days to have such a good CS experience. Great stuff.

@EE Hi. My signal is still really poor in my area and can’t make calls or if can the reception is rubbish and all crackled noise. I live brownhills, Walsall. I asked about the problem a couple month ago and was told a mast was under maintenance and would be sorted after a week.
