  • ChrisDT2412 Chris Thomson (@ChrisDT2412) reported

@EE Apparently you cannot verify who I am so you cannot escalate my complaint, you keep insisting on trying to text me a pin. TO THE PHONE THAT WAS STOLEN YESTERDAY

  • GearsDiver Craig Green (@GearsDiver) reported

Good luck to the sales teams at @EE tomorrow. Even though I work for the Broadband/TV side of BT/EE these guys do everything to give customers the best service and value. IL be calling up at 1 to get my order in for the 17 Pro Max

  • sjharrison Simon Harrison (@sjharrison) reported

@EE hey, despite you texting me, emailing me and pinging me through the app, it seems you don't want to offer me an upgrade to the Pixel 10 Pro - as every time I try it, the process errors out

  • Yaco1872 Yaco (@Yaco1872) reported

@EE No chance. I never asked to be switched to you, and won’t be wasting my time making calls either. Direct Debit from BT is cancelled, and anything that appears on my bank from you lot will be cancelled also.

  • ChrisHarmer16 Chris Harmer (@ChrisHarmer16) reported

@EE Just tell me they don’t know why it’s not sent to me and they’ve never seen it before. Very helpful

  • RobertsFamily12 Mat Roberts 74 (@RobertsFamily12) reported

@EE Yes I’ve done that and they reckon everything is working fine, it’s not though we’re having problems constantly. Messages coming through in one block and then nothing for ages and the same with emails 😢 it’s easier to use my date than connect to the WiFi in the house 😬😬

  • ManyaBlanca Manya Blanca (@ManyaBlanca) reported

@EE Strangely I've never had much reception in central London. Clapham, vauxhall and Brixton areas. I suppose that what happens when you switch off 50% of the masts in the areas instead of repairing, as according to your customer service.

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported

@EE I'll pass thanks. I've already contacted you on numerous occasions and nothing changes. What you could do is provide myself with a decent service for which I pay for.

  • DPP_nufc Darren Peacocks Ponytail (@DPP_nufc) reported

Hi @bt_uk and @EE - 2 weeks ago I reported a data breach. Nothing was done. @ICOnews still have not been notified. Emails have been sent to CEOs last week. No response. Data protection act and GDPR has been broken.

  • Alitwalker Ali Walker (@Alitwalker) reported

@EE It took till I cancelled to be told there was a £24 deal, cheaper than the £64 I was paying. I was told I had been paying over the odds for a long time, as I should have had loyalty offers as a longstanding BT/EE customer. Not offered any refund!
