    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE Yes, I pay for both but because I’m serving in Afghanistan they would not gift data across. Spent over 90 minutes on the phone from Afghanistan with an operator and an engineer who had no customer skills and could not speak English correctly. 07771361084 find the notes, shocked!

    @EE Which is ridiculous you provide a lead that you can’t use cos you don’t give a plug! It’s all so company’s like @Apple and @EE can make more money from your loyal customers! It’s disgusting customer service! And that fact that you don’t tell your customers until it’s to late

    @EE No because no one knows what has happened, the tech support guy has scheduled a call back for the 13th of jan - yes you read that right the 13th exactly a week from today as he was and I quote hoping that it will be sorted by then , I've got say massively disappointed so far

    @EE So why bother wasting my time collecting it in the first place. I informed the person I spoke to on the phone the screen was cracked. Basically charging £365 to fix the screen. Poor service.
