@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE I'm so sick of you, I called your customs service to chase up big problems & yet again no one knows what is going on as all I get it's not me who sent the text; it's not me that is looking into it; I wasn't there at the time ect. I'm so upset & depressed over it all. Thanks

Being charged £20 for 'photo messages' instead of a 'text messages' is down to device you use (@SamsungMobile Note-8) the messaging platform you use (@EE UNLIMITED texts contract) and the person you’re sending to (reg UK local mobiles) It’s not because of the @EE network ??

@EE Now you’ve had a good nights sleep, can you do something about your 4G at EX22 7JN. Service has been extremely poor this week. Constantly disappearing, fluctuating DL and UL speed. Some of us rely on it for business and it’s simply not good enough.

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE hi. I have a new iPhone 12 from EE for a couple of months. I struggle with signal when connecting calls. I have not had an issue on my previous iPhone (8 and also on EE) and my wife’s phone is also EE (iPhone 10) and she has a better signal than me when compared together.

@EE why is it when a customer contact is up you just can't stop taking my money every month for something I'm not getting anymore I have called your customer services three times now and you still keep taking my money it's time I think to cancel myself and stop the debit.

@EE Everytime I use your site, whether it's on laptop or phone, it's just really slow, pages take ages to load. Last night I was trying to upgrade and no matter how many times I click the Sim only deal pop up to go away, it reappears over what I'm trying to either look at or write.
