@EE your new app is terrible, it’s impossibly slow, I can’t transfer data which is much needed for my children being able to contact me and for me to track them

So we recently upgraded a device with @EE and got it delivered to there Covent Garden store.. but then it turned out that the main account holder needed to be present… my bad the staff in store were amazing and explained there hands were tied.

To @EE I must say your service and signal is absolutely appalling and whilst been in yorkshire for a week I hardly ever had a signal in all areas, your coverage is shocking.
