They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

Customer service think we switched in September 2025 - incorrect. Today we have no broadband Goodness sake the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?
