    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    @XboxP3 @EE ? EE they’re a mobile network supplier how can you give them access to games ? They have no platform they don’t have an online game store or even make anything you can play on wtf it’s all smoke and mirrors

    @EE Hi. I’ve just gone onto the EE app and there are random phone numbers appearing on my account? When I should only have 2 associated numbers with my account. Is this a bug? Or the app is having issues?

    @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.

    Hey @EE As a longtime customer I’m very unimpressed with yr customer service to my Dad (93) You: - Made him move from BT -> EE - Told me you’d switch his DD over - Failed to do this so he missed 1st payment - Ignored his complaint & request for refund - Charged him a late fee!

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol
