@EE No I have not magically fixed your coverage in the SY21 area. Wtf is going on? Always says 4G on my phone and I can't even watch youtube. It's abysmal.

@EE I’m trying to join EE and placed an order. Things haven’t happened as they should. I can’t speak to anyone in customer services because you don’t recognise my number. When going to the option of joining no one is interested. Not a good start.

It’s now two weeks since we lost our landline & Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi came back for a bit and has now been cut off again. We’ve had problems with consultants calls from the hospital etc. I phone @EE each day, each day I’m told it will be sorted and someone will call back, but nothing

@BabyLossLawyer @DerekRKENT @EE When I was in manufacturing this was called 'Being sent around (the houses)' Directors should train staff to take ownership of a call. The person receiving it stays with the customer until the customer gets a clear acceptable answer.

@EE @geraldvjuk Err ... why on earth are you asking the customer what your EE broadband team said last time he spoke to them. Don't your customer services team keep notes of their conversations with customers ? It all sounds very unprofessional.
