    @EE I got a new phone in Feb from you and was wondering if it came network locked or not? I know some companies have stopped locking in advance of the rule change in December.

    @EE my signal has been terrible the last few months. I used to have great 4G signal and low 5G signal outside. No I get low 4G signal and have forgotten what a 5G signal looks like. What's going on EE?

    @EE Wow. Still arguing ur point. Great customer service. U carry on with ur semantics. The rest of us will carry on calling it what it was. An outage. Usually consisting of a network unable to provide the signal needed to operate. Which is what happened to most of ur customers. Fact.

    @EE I was hoping to put a second SIM in (dual SIM phone) from another provider so I could get mobile data finally. There is no point in me raising my problem again since EE have already said they cannot do anything to improve it. 2.4Mbps is just not good enough.
