@EE It’s the same automatic reply every single time someone says anything about it, EE know it’s ridiculous which is why they’ve told you to copy and paste. But I don’t appreciate having phone calls to sell me stuff disguised as ‘we can help bring your bill down’ which was a lie.

Anyone else with #S22ultra having an intermittent problem with the speaker sounding crackly. This morning my alarm went off and the noise was underwater crackly #S22ULTRA phone is only about 3 months old @SamsungUK @EE would this be still under warranty?

My @EE broadband has been broken all day (not very helpful when working from home!) Everything just says to restart the router but I’ve done that 10+ times today and each time it reconnects for 20-30 minutes before going offline again 😭 Help!

@EE Trying to get a call back from a manager in customer services is impossible! Made two separate calls and went on the chat, all unable to resolve my issue as it needs a manager’s authority. First call we’ll over the 72 hours response limit, actually 10 days! Worst CS ever.
