@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE I'm back to awful phone signal in Edinburgh despite being on WiFi calling. All the same spots I have had previous issues with. Your service in Edinburgh is really not up to standard.

@EE unable to get any reception in the New Royal Liverpool Hospital, as there are no signal boosters for your network. O2 and Voda are all fine. Will this be sorted out or do I have to change networks?

@EE why is it so hard to speak to an agent? I checked 3 times before adding an add on for BT sport. When I added the add on I got a text from you confirming the price. Check my monthly bill and you've charged me double! Is it customer policy to just lie directly to consumers????
