    @EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

    @EE 5G often comes up on my handset but mobile network is slow and sometimes doesn't connect at all im having constant connection issues also calls dropping out etc I've done all the trouble shooting and still having the same issues please can someone sort this out ?

    @EE Hi! Is your app not working for PAYG? My mum's ac says she has 0 minutes and texts despite her pack renewing, it's been like that for over a week now. Her pack renews every 7 days. She has no idea how many minutes or texts she has.

    @bt_uk Your slogan is "We connect for good" Ironic cause I've been waiting nearly a month for broadband due to them having 'connection problems' to send an engineer out? @EE #awks

    PART 1 @EE everyone avoid this scam company. @bt_uk are moving their mobile network to EE so I moved over. Less than hours later I wake to a text from a bank and someone else's daughter, sent to her number which wasn't on my sim.

    @EE @rootmetrics If ee are the best why is the signal so bad in South of England. I have struggled to get even 2 bars for the last 2 months and nobody can tell me why.

    @rwgcomms @EE Very disappointed at the lack of communication re not being able to receive or make calls from Guernsey. Sent several emails and spoken to @rwgcomms but no nearer to resolving the issue. Poor service.
