Ann Reynolds (@AnnReynold73527) reported@EE Why is it that for the last week, I can only use my phone in the late evenings? Hardly any ( usually zero ) usage is possible during the day? HU17 area. Mast problems?? Sending this message at 22.03 Thursday 20th November. Couldn't get any WiFi all day again. £11.50/MTH !!!!

Jenny Drew (@JennyDrew29) reported@EE Since a tree took out phone lines in our area during Storm Claudia, our broadband service keeps dropping down to barely anything. Are there still issues in the CW12 area that someone needs to look at? We have never had any issues before.

Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported@EE i’ve come to the conclusion that the EE app is the worst app i have. As an existing customer of broadband and mobile i am trying to get TNT sport. Despite constantly clicking “get sport” the app just sends me back to the beginning of the process in a constant loop! So poor
