@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

@Ofcom @EE Why, if mobile operators have fraud teams do they not see the complaints for certain numbers, the amount suddenly being earned by them and stop the "Service Charge" being passed to the fraudsters? That would stop the incentives for the fraudsters? 2/2

@haIloweenlady @EE Their offers have always been poor. Best thing I did was move away from them. Expensive contracts for **** data, phone & text amounts. Got a brand new phone no up front costs with better plans & storage upgrade and it was £30 less than what EE could offer!

@EE I read that texting "VM OFF" to 150 turns off Voice Mail, but 150 replies with "We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later". Tried 3x, same result each time.

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?
