@EE Yes it’s my daughter’s phone you should tell people before they insure that you insist on turning off find my phone which you can’t do if the phone is broken

@EE Not convinced. I am regularly receiving Floodline alerts. Each one says in my area the river in question is unlikely to flood (and never has). Now even more waste of time alerts.

@EE Now being told that we need to give 30 days notice so will be charged for another bill on 23rd July. Have already taken out another (far cheaper) contract elsewhere so now being told we will be charged for another month despite not using the service!...

@EE... Trying to cut costs... Oh and we're due to have a baby TODAY. But no one can help us. And surprisingly the people we have spoken to previously have not written any notes. Very stressful process at a very stressful time.
