@EE can't make or receive calls and no Internet to wi fi calling. Phone shows full signal. Yes i have switched on and off and checked sim. FK9

@EE was onto you last week and took over 30 mins to get through then assistant messed up was on for 50 mins, another had to sort his error out. My Mum was on the same amount of time and no help and today no answer again. Been with you since 93 shocking service !

@EE are you having issues? Haven’t been able to log into the app for days. Signal and internet connection are zero, have 3 lines with you and all the same? Hubby has 5G and has never been able to connect despite having a mast on our doorstep!?

@EE The app is still unusable even after uninstalling then reinstalling. I now get a message that says I must add a number to my account and suprise suprise when I put my number in its already registered to my account! Funny that?! I called customer service but no help there...

@EE It was ok in the end, rang back and got through in 20 mins Wasn’t ideal though but think it was a tech issue rather than them hanging up deliberately
