@bt_uk @EE I stay less than half a mile from a BT Exchange and still have not got fibre installed in our street shocking. Also my existing BT broadband is no good for streaming less than 1 Meg download speed and signal keep dropping extecially at peak times unacceptable in this day ang age.

@EE Thanks Jason, I wanted to talk about moving house and moving my landline & broadband service, as I will soon be doing. For various reasons I will be unable to give the required three weeks notice and I wanted to speak to someone about the likely results of doing so

@EE It wasn’t just my phone saying 3g my dads phone is on the same network saying H+ so I don’t know what’s going on my device is a 5g device so there’s no problems on my end at all it’s just weird that I went outside in my area and my phone saying edge connection

@EE hi EE im having terrible trouble with my Broadband. It seems fine all day, but when due to work, the hub is orange&red. I am a DN and am doing OOHDN triaging from home during the pandemic, so i am reliant on a good signal. Unable to ring at min as phone is flat. PLEASE HELP
