@EE switche internet over from BT to you. Activation date was last Friday, it's now Sunday and you haven't allowed me to start the service. Your customer service reps are just putting my partner and I in a loop. Adding random time frames where nothing changes.

  • LanzaroteCamel Alun Prosser (@LanzaroteCamel) reported

@EE That says there is a good signal, but it's bullsh!t. The transmitter tower is down. I am now having to use a neighbour's BT phoneline broadband. And the app is useless.

  • Seanitro87 patriot (@Seanitro87) reported

@EE wtf is going on with your WiFi? Easily the worst WiFi I have ever had and I’m getting rid of it asap. Also mobile phone coverage has started to be crap.

  • ZamoraZinet J (@ZamoraZinet) reported

@EE I’ve been trying all weekend to buy a laptop, tried on mobile site and the app. Is there an issue with your services?

  • emmadavies83 Emma (@emmadavies83) reported

@EE we were affected by power outage in TS24 area last night including no mobile data. All restored early hours of morning, however, since midday our WiFi has gone down. Page to check status on fault won’t load. Can you advise please?

  • zeus_23us zeus king (@zeus_23us) reported

@EE I have attempted to speak to your colleagues but they’ve been no help

  • WolfmannotJack Dr. rer. nat. W. Meier-Augenstein, FRSC (@WolfmannotJack) reported

@chris_harrod @EE Look on the bright side. You can fry an egg on your phone and save on gas. Given how 5G works (on which frequency) they will never get enough cell towers up here in the Glens to guarantee line of sight coverage never mind indoor connectivity.

  • Deane_Hall 👉 Dean Hall 👈 (@Deane_Hall) reported

@EE Really disappointed with my broadband. Runs that slow that it’s really starting to piss me off. SHOULD OF STAYED WITH @TalkTalk
