@EE ordered new broadband in advance of moving house. Was told to expect it 18th, then was text saying it would be 21st. Now I’m told I’ll hear an update 26th. Customer for years, not acceptable when I have to work from home.

@EE I am sick to the back teeth of the signal failing with this network. I have the best WiFi and still get whirl of death and have to switch to 4G. I wonder if it is tactical as I am having to buy more data!Been with EE for 10 years and I am seriously considering a change

@EE any idea of when service in s36 will resume? Also will this continue to be a weekly occurrence? 3 times in as many weeks we’ve had no service, is it time to find a new provider?
