    @EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @MrAlfonzo @EE I reported this to them last week, and other people commented that they are having the same problem. They know about it but don't seem to be able to fix it or pretend it's a new problem.

    @EE Please help with my packet loss issue. I have done test, ive changed set up and settings. when i had 50mbps i wasnt lagging, i rarely had packet loss i was able to connect to NA servers on 80ping. Now i cant game, i cant watch videos in 1080p without any sort of lag

    @EE Last week had an issue with our Hub & line into the house,the EE guy on the phone said he could see there was an issue-that theyd send out a technician. A few days later,it stated that the case is closed. Noone came out. Do EE fob-off ppl on the phone just to get rid of them?

    @ee still cannot login to either of my accounts, can't download invoices, nothing. @ofcom when are you going to do something about this, their website just doesn't work, they can still put their prices up though!

    @EE @melon8ce3 The complete opposite of me, shocking customer service yet again. Wasted hours on the phone & online in last 24 hours since placing an upgrade order. Found out issue was they don't have the phone in stock and haven't since 2024 even though it is still on the website - shambolic
