@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

Fairly sure no one at @EE knows how to convert an old T-Mobile contract into a new EE one. Told to go to the shop to collect a sim and the contracts not even been processed and suck with no one able to fix it. Bloody shambles.

@EE Morning, I’m having difficulty logging into the app and it says incorrect password and I’ve changed it but still not working, but can log in online, I’m also trying to look at the add to plan but it never works, are there any issues with the website or app?

@EE is the worst broadband service ever. We switched a few months back and its just been absolutely rubbish. The past week has been horrendous, constantly cutting out. Worse service ever

@EE For some reason I'm not receiving texts from my brother nor is he receiving mine. Only recently has this been a problem. No clue how to fix it.
