    @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

    @EE Hi - I'm afraid that I don't have the time to navigate your website/or call you ... just letting you know that your customer (account) details used the wrong email address and has none of your onboarding messages. If you have an email address which can be used, let me know

  • IamNubz
    Dan 'Nubz' 🤔 (@IamNubz) reported

    @WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.

    @EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!

  • Matthew_G_Watts
    Matthew Watts (@Matthew_G_Watts) reported

    @EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~£250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a £40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...

    @PeteForceJones @EE You're paying roaming fees? What a retard.
