Liza Gardner (@Liza_Gardner) reported@EE is there a way for me to turn off 5g on my phone? Whenever I have a 5g signal nothing works. No streaming, no loading fb news feed, Instagram stories, websites, anything! It's such an awful service. 4g is a million times better!!

Catrin. (@caaat_x) reported@EE been with EE over 15 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever had. Waiting over 5 working days for an upfront payment for an upgrade I had to do THREE times because of your systems. Waited a week for a new phone too. Ridiculous
