GG (@Ginger___Gaming) reported@EE I understand 5G will depend on my coverage but I was told I was in an area to receive a suitable 5G signal strength to surf, stream etc but with previously mentioned speeds I was unable to do anything at all and just outside of London and not on a mountain having a shave!

Matt (@MattGarrould) reported@Mattsthespirit @EE That's literally the only thing I haven't tried, everything was fine until a few weeks ago, I let it go thinking they may be doing maintenance but it's been going on too long now, haven't dropped my phone so damage isn't the cause. I'll try replacing the sim. Thanks
