@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

@EE I don't want to change the settings Suzie, just turn the thing on or off! A very simple thing with many other networks, inc the network I just left to come to you guys. What an embarrassment for EE.

@Masai_Williams @EE I'm in one of their advertised 5g areas, and speedtest can't even connect to the server to get a speed reading. They tell me to use broadband, but I don't pay for 5g internet to be restricted to WiFi! They're the most expensive network by far too!

@EE no network coverage in RH2 for around 36 hours now. Making working incredibly difficult and at some times not safe if an emergency. Any update when we will be online again please?

@EE I was in Leeds mate. This is not something I’ve experienced before at that location but to be honest I’m far more concerned about my issue with being told I would have to pay fees to upgrade the other day despite meeting the qualifying criteria in the SMS I have from yourselves!

@EE I've actually done it now by using a universal # code. My complaint is, why is there a ton of info about texting VM off to 150 which clearly doesn't work on ee forums? My phone is an iphone.
