@EE hi just sat waiting for an arranged call from one your managers - Ashleigh for another 2 hours & only arranged today. No call again. This is an ongoing complaint that you have closed yourselves now 5 times without resolving. What is going on with your customer service please?

@EE No service at all since 10pm last night. I work from home and have a series of important meetings in the next few days, including an academic assessment. I just can’t be without coverage. It is frightening this is happening within three days of an upgrade.

@EE I haven't got the My EE app as I have no room on my phone memory I've had to delete it, plus I've spoken to people on there about numerous things & I think only two times I got things sorted out, how can I cancel my SIM without calling & having the app please? I'm happy to email.

@EE I have tried to cancel my plan after completing my contract since August. But your staff refused to cancel and switch me to pay as you go and they keep sending me bills informing them I want to switch to pay as you go.

14 hours of sorting BT **** ups - including broadband and mobile Awful service on renewals - like seriously wrong! If you are considering their renewal process - maybe choose another provider first! EE have equally been terrible at resolutions Shame on you! @bt_uk @EE

@EE I have been trying to reach to speak to one of the customer representatives since morning. Anytime I dial the 150, it keeps saying closed even at the moment.

@EE over the years - you have successfully made the self-service portal absolutely useless! 4th day trying to move a payg sim to pay monthly - the websites keeps loggine me out, or erroring out or page not found - one after another! Lools like you really want me to go elsewhere.
