    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    @EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

    @EE think you should be lending out some of your customer service staff to other companies to train them up on what customer service is all about. Can't think of any company I've dealt with in the last five years that even comes close to you and your high standards.

    @smalltownhero @EE How long after the contract started did the cost go up? And how much by in % terms? Quoting the ASA here "Therefore, if your customers are consumers, all prices you quote should include VAT." You might be able to get EE to cancel retrospectively.

    @smalltownhero @stumeech @EE I’ve been an EE customer for years. It’s not VAT, that doesn’t make any sense at all. So, check the details on the bills.

    @EE I can’t believe the customer service I received from EE. I have ordered a new iPhone 13 pro max paid £400 meant to be delivered in Nov never came. Then told it would come tomorrow just called now been told not in stock. Unbelievably **** customer service. @EEComplaints

    I now EXPECT to be anxious, coerced, misdirected, mislead and uncomfortable in phone shops, its a bad look for @EE. Stores shouldn't feel like you're being scammed and this one did. Surely it's not sustainable for repeat business? Most people will simply avoid going in.

    Wonderful customer service once again from @EE, spoke with your call centre yesterday, the guy was very pleasant, don't want to share his name publicly, he sorted the issue and even rang back today to ensure the parcel had been delivered. 1/2
