@EE your e-sim activation process is wrong. If your old SIM/E-sim is broken you can’t receive the activation code. Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…

I know this because I spoke to, Eddie from customer service yday. He kindly sent me a new SIM, free of charge and it arrived today. I go to activate said SIM and they want to ffffffff... text me a PIN code to activate it. What kind of daft logic is that!? @EE
