@EE I queried something with your teams and I think they mixed my complaint with somebody else. My complaint was over a refurbished phone that doesn't work. It was rejected on the basis that "I'm unhappy with a refurbished phone" What is going on? - do you people communicate?

@EE As I said I gave up because it was the same uninterested response every time. I have complained a few times about service at my home address to be told the mast has a known issue and it could take months to fix. This has been a thing for around a year from what I can remember.

@DipakV88 @EE O2 is the only utility company that has held my loyalty since I moved to the UK 14 years ago. But I will admit, the network coverage in London can be patchy!
