@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

@EE is there anything I can do to enhance my phone signal when I'm at home. Signal is poor when outdoors but barely no signal when I'm in house. Missed two important calls yesterday as despite having WiFi call enabled too it went straight to voicemail.

@EE so prices are going up yet every day I get a text saying that there’s an issue in my area that will be resolved within 15 hours. Calls drop, signal goes, but the price increase is for better service?

@HighBleanBandB @EE @scarfoot6 Issue is with EE not updating updating geolocation data. We have B4rn fibre internet and they have in the passed few days changed/bought a number of IP address and it doesn’t think our connection is in the UK so hence no WIFI calling

@EE Why is 150 not working? Why is 360 not working? And why does 0800 079 8586 not allow you to check what your actual bill is? As for your virtual assistant online chat, that is unbelievably bad. 2 days now, not good enough. Sort it out please.
