@EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

@EE is there an issue with the MyEE app and online accounts? It's not showing my remaining data, texts and calls. All show as 0, have deleted and reinstalled but it's same when login online too.

6 months on, @EE still haven't sorted their customer service line, so that people who have broadband but not an EE phone number could actually continue the call. Sigh

@EE Hi Chris - I've currently got a couple of people looking into the issue. It's around a delayed install, waiting for Openreach to send a single email around permission to work since the 11th of July now! 😫

@EE I put in a pre-order for a Samsung watch 5 pro about a week or so ago and haven't heard anything about when it's gonna be delivered. I know some people have already received theirs so it's got me wondering what's happening with mine. Can you help??
