    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

    @EE If I'd known about these charges, I would NOT have bothered with the upgrade!! Absolutely shocking!! An extra £40+ on top of an already extortionate service!!

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64

    @EE I live in the middle of nowhere. I have the EE app but it is sending me messages via my non-working phone number. I have missed 11 calls from my GP and 14 from the district nursing team today. I do not have a landline. This problem occured a month ago and you sorted it then

    @EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

    @Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?
