    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    @EE so now over a week waiting for an engineer to call to install fttp and 2 days waiting with promised visits not happening. Disappointed long term customer.

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @char_trendell @EE I’d just move to another provider Charlotte, it’s more expensive for them to loose you than acquire a new customer; vote with your feet, if they can’t give decent customer service but insist on taking payments on due time then so be it, adios

    @EE hi folks at EE, question re broadband services. I have EE fibre usually getting 40plus Meg downloads, but currently getting 0.22 speeds.... Usual router reboots not improved it. Are there issues today? Please advise.

    @JaneyGodley @EE Wherever my son's phone goes missing I just ring it and soon enough we hear the faint sound under a pile of clothes... does that help ?

    @EE my handset contract is paid off after two years and they've hiked my monthly payments from £55p/m to over £80! Your customer service is absolutely horrendous. The cheek that. I'll be cancelling my contract.

    @EE can you please help me with EE Perks. I have registered, confirmed my email address yet my password will not be accepted. I have requested new password and nothing happens. Feel this system is making access to perks more difficult than it needs to be. TIA
