    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    Seem to have lost WiFi calling on my @ee SIM. Have a static IP address which has been working throughout 2022. Sadly live in poor coverage area so WiFi calling is lifeline. Pixel 4a

    @SMARTYMobileUK @EE I have lost the will to live have a new Smarty sim last Friday sent puc code from EE to transfer number to them and nothing. Can only chat to Smarty in India very friendly but not much help. What do you do?? My number is so important.

    @EE Hello. My contract has come to an end & I had a text to say the monthly payments will continue to roll over if I don't want to upgrade/cancel, but I would like to go on a SIM only. Do I need to officially cancel the contract or can I just order a SIM and it'll auto cancel?
