@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@EE Hello. I've recently upgraded my phone/contact to the Galaxy s22 ultra. Great phone, worked a treat until this morning. It's saying "SIM 1 not allowed". Tried re-startiing it & re-inserting the sim. Still no calls or internet. I'm paying a LOT for this phone. Can you help?

@EE Yes it won't pop up to let you type, had to go to Nottingham City Centre earlier asked in 2 Branches there and no one had a clue, one shop had so called Samsung Experts but could not help

@EE New iPhone, contract, Watch + PAYG SIM card for 1mth data in canada. Nothing worked, called EE from Canada, eventually sorted. Cancelled SIM after 1mth but never got cancelled. Found out im tied into 12 month and not PAYG as per my signed agreement. Not happy AT ALL with EE 😡
