@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@EE my husband sent back an order as he found a cheaper deal, paid £100 upfront, was told he would get a refund by Friday 11/11/22 - contacted ee every Friday since, again he was told the same thing again and again refund would be in his account on Friday! We have a complaint…

@EE Thank you for getting back to me. I managed to someone and the phone will arrive a week after I ordered it. Not ideal but @DPDgroup_news don’t seem to care about customer service and I’m aware it is their fault. As a customer i will now try to avoid them all the time.
