Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@EE The phone which was insured with yourselves no longer works. The screen has completely stopped working. Took it to apple and they had no resolution and said this sometimes happens, so I’ve had to buy a new phone that day as I was out and needed a phone

@EE Possibly the worst network that I have encountered. My wife’s contract phone with EE is often in an EE dead spot whereas my phone on the O2 network works fine. Will switch away from EE as soon as the contract ends.

@EE Hi. Yes it was originally a technical issue but also may be to do with insurance also. I made a claim back in January for a broken phone. The phone I was given was also faulty but never replaced. That phone has since stopped working and im looking for a resolution …
