@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@EE Hi EE who is running the company. I have had the most appalling experience. I have been contacted back but things seem to be going from bad to worse. @MarcAllera needs to sort it out. Especially when you claim to be the UK’s favourite network.

@EE my current ee sim have been drain my phone battery really fast and my friend who uses the same phone as me with ee doesn't have this issue at all. We're both in the same area. This battery drain has been happening for years now. Is there any ways I can get a replacement sim?

@EE really not happy with your customer services ! Took a phone in to be MOT . Ended up with an upgrade and nee home broadband that has been a nightmare ! Can’t get through to speak to anyone ! Would never Recommend ever again

@EE I wanted to buy on contract a watch for a Christmas present. I passed the credit check and everything but I wasn't allowed because I'm not already an EE customer. What a stupid policy to have. I'm so frustrated!
