@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@LynseyPlowman @scottyGas85 @EE I rang and they said they are waiting for engineers to get back to them once they know what the problem is . It’s outside of EE’ s control apparently as lots of things are down 🙄
