    @EE please help... we’ve had intermittent WiFi for 3 weeks. It was due to be fixed today but didn’t go ahead. I’ve now nearly used all my data. EE is my phone provider & broadband. Heeeelp please!!

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

    @Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

    @EE what is it with your broadband? it’s fine one week then the next week it’s then on off on off 7/8 times an hour! We pay for a service but it just keeps playing up. This is especially irritating as me and the wife are working from home! Speed is fluctuating like crazy too!

    @EE got a new pay as you go sim, using unlocked iphone 8. Only gives me 1 bar of service anywhere and data never works. Is there something I'm missing or have I wasted my money?

    @ee your online repair form is broken, I have lifetime warranty showing on my phone in MyEE. The PDF generated after ordering a repair, says that it's out of warranty and I will need to pay, even though repair process I went through told me it was covered....

    @EE hi, I'm due an upgrade but every time I try and sign in it tells me something has gone wrong and I'm logged out. I can't view it on private or see any offers you currently have on phones.

    @EE @Ofcom @DailyMirror complaint ref: 14800601 I found ‘Kirsty’ from the #EE executive account team to be very intimidating and blackmailing towards myself in regards to dealing with my complaint of very poor network coverage/service from #EE very disappointing. 👎👎👎
