  @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

  @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

  I'm trying to upgrade my Pixel 8 to the #Pixel10 on @EE z but they want me to go from paying £41 a month to £59. Absolute joke when a new customer can get the same deal for £36 !!!

  @EE so here we go again. My tv was picked well over a week ago and now I get no reins from Jay who was diligent to begin with but now I cant even get a response from him either. Talk about an absolute joke of a service from whats meant to be a global company. What is the point
