@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@smartymarty83 @virginmedia I have no service randomly I asked them for a pack code while I was on the phone it got cut off and no service since yesterday but the lady said oh we can cancel your service until the pack code is used and I haven’t even give @EE my pack code

Complaints process @EE a complete waste of time. Sit on it for 3 weeks, send a text asking if you still want to continue with complaint, sit on it a week then close complaint.
