  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

    @Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

    @EE The 4g signal in Pewsey SN95DW appears to be down, it was also yesterday for a few hours? Please advise.

  • wapmonkey Wayne Parsons (@wapmonkey) reported from Salisbury, England

    Get to upgrade next week with @EE do I stick with @SamsungUK or go back to @Apple. #Samsung #S20 #apple #iphone #help

  • josieewarman Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England

    @EE my network was working yesterday now it says I have no service??

  • from_hastings From Hastings (@from_hastings) reported

    Hi @EE under normal circumstances I normally spend a lot of time in Europe working, just so I am clear you are going to charge me £2.00 per day when I am able to travel again? If so I will immediately cancel all my accounts with you and move to @VodafoneUK or @O2

  • SiWellsy Simon Wells (@SiWellsy) reported

    @EE @bellies_ten So when we upgrade we get clobbered?? - sounds fair! As I’ve said before I’ve been a customer of yours since I first got a mobile phone in 2003! Whoever doesn’t introduce roaming charges will have my business! #RoamingCharges

  • OllieBarbieri Ollie Barbieri (@OllieBarbieri) reported

    @EE @ScotCull And if I never upgrade?

  • Youdontmean The blues 💙 (@Youdontmean) reported

    @tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK **** signal and **** customer service with them tho

  • RichWhiting Richard Whiting (@RichWhiting) reported

    @tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK The dam is broken. No mobile network is going to offer more than it needs to and I’d expect every network to follow suit - sometimes the market is about offering the minimum you can get away with.

  • RichardWatkin09 Richard Watkin (@RichardWatkin09) reported

    @EE Poor signal and about to charge for roaming, no thank you.

  • Paulsmccann Paul (@Paulsmccann) reported

    @mrjamesob @ee if you face “incredible pressures” to invest in your network, then how about dropping Kevin Bacon from your adverts, sure that would save a bomb on not having a hollywood actors wages

  • Pondo1664 Pondo - Bunny Hugging AntiFascista #FBPE (@Pondo1664) reported

    @tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK No you ******* weren't. You're, err... not trying to cancel EE, are you?

  • AdamMeagher Adam Meagher (@AdamMeagher) reported

    @EE @WeAre8Official Been a happy EE customer for years, but will now be going elsewhere when my contract is up. You deceitful little thundercunts.

  • ronwmn Ron England (@ronwmn) reported

    @EE What’s the data cap on roam abroad? £10 a month ain’t too bad.
