@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

  • josieewarman Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England

@EE my signal is not working at all!!!

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

@EE The 4g signal in Pewsey SN95DW appears to be down, it was also yesterday for a few hours? Please advise.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

  • xkylet X Kyle M Thompson (@xkylet) reported from Alderbury, England

@EE Unfortunately I couldn’t send this until now as the internet was down!! I tired to reply hours ago...

@EE So that's a yes or a no for prices coming down if/when inflation does?

  • jcmacdougall88 Jamie MacDougall (@jcmacdougall88) reported

@EE Any way of speaking to someone who understands basic English? SIM ordered 07/01 - never received. Bill paid on 19/01. Still no SIM. Number ported from old provider 9 days ago - still no SIM, and now cut off from old network. Live chat are hopeless. 1 hour + and no resolution

  • MartinAbell17 Martin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@MartinAbell17) reported

@EE absolute rubbish network.. zero customer service and you want to increase the price I’m paying by over 10%? @Ofcom do you job. Can I have point of contact to make a complaint please?

  • YoungSigmund Young Sigmund (@YoungSigmund) reported

@EE PART8 - So I guess I will do as told by your company. Your companies actions are actually irrational and inconsistent and many times advise by your customer service representatives are misleading or simply a lie. You will hear from me more in the next months or so

  • SarahAndCo3 SarahAndCo (@SarahAndCo3) reported

@BreezerGalway @EE @giffgaff It's all online, mate. If you have an question you post it on the forum and other customers answer for you. No huge call centres, that's how they keep prices down. The forums are excellent!

  • chris_sucksmith 🇬🇧 Chris 🇬🇧 (@chris_sucksmith) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE If I am late with mine I can tel, been increasing gradually till I get the big bad boys next week.

  • LynzBrown Lynz (@LynzBrown) reported

A £20 sim only deal with @EE now costing me £25.85 a month. Anyone else’s network costs increase every year?

  • AxeWielder Wayne Russell (@AxeWielder) reported

Where do network and broadband providers think we can afford their extortionate price hikes? @BTBusiness £8 extra per month. @EE want £10 extra per month. Here's a thought. Instead of handing out incentives for new customers, reward your loyal ones instead of ripping them off!

  • YoungSigmund Young Sigmund (@YoungSigmund) reported

@EE PART1 - I have a bit of problem with EE. I asked to move my sim from monthly to PAYG and it failed to do it. I was offered 35£ compensation. I asked to send me a check and instead my number was topped with 35£.

  • HMRCcustomers HMRC Customer Support (@HMRCcustomers) reported

@jonathankeeffe1 @HMRCgovuk @EE Hi Jonathan. is there an issue with income tax or is the issue just with the app? James
