@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Not just @Facebook and @WhatsApp etc down. @EE mobile data also not working in my area for the umpteenth time. So much nonsense from EE - first “there’s no issue” in SW London, then they’re doing a “scheduled upgrade” (that they forgot about?), then it’s “fixed” when it isn’t 😶

Come on @EE, your coverage is normally great and so is your customer service. I'm not getting any Internet via my EE sim but I'm ok on my Vodafone sim and my WiFi, your website says there's no known issues, if called to speak with an advisor and it's say no one is available.

@EE yo whats going on with your service. Its been playing up since yday. 4g moving like 2g!
