@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

@EE I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days about phone problem...I reported it a few days ago and the fix hasn't worked. Completely understand your priorities but the help on your website doesn't answer my problem ...and I cant find any other way to contact you. Please help

@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

@EE both my wife and I are on your network, phones setup correctly (roaming and any service provider enabled) and we just visited Turkey and couldn't use the link you sent to get data (via data or WiFi). Very disappointing and this really hindered/damaged our holiday! 👎👎👎

@EE Appalling - couldn’t dial 999. Thought you can dial even with no phone signal? It delayed medical assistance and left me stranded. I want to make a complaint please advise me how best to do this.

@EE hey guys. Just had a delivery attempted at home of my new Apple Watch. Wife called me asking for a PIN. I was never given a pin and the delivery guy was sending it to my Watch number which exists but doesn’t because it’s tied to phone. He couldn’t therefore deliver…

@EE having a nightmare, told there is an issue in our area I can't call you from mobile or landlines to check what's wrong or how long it will be off tried wifi calling still not working online chat is start and stop 😡🤯🤯🤯
