    @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

    Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    @EE I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days about phone problem...I reported it a few days ago and the fix hasn't worked. Completely understand your priorities but the help on your website doesn't answer my problem ...and I cant find any other way to contact you. Please help

    @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

    @EE Hi, it's only on @Wolves match day that the signal is hit and miss, 5g was supposed to improve capacity as well as speed so it's disappointing when it doesn't work as expected.

    @EE anyone else having problems with EE network. I’m in the South East of U.K. and I’m having problems with calls as well as dialling? I’m getting a strange longer tone when first putting a zero in front of the number I require. EE HELP PLEASE!

    @bt_uk @EE brilliant call centre staff, but back office systems that don’t allow comms with each other = very frustrating customer and staff experience. Staff sympathised with me and me with them. Sort your computer says no shite out for everyone’s sake. Dismal! Complaint on way

    Amazes me how ive been with @EE for 4 years, I want to early upgrade (2 months early) but they won't cancel my contract for me to sign upto a new 2 year contract

    @EE It’s still very buggy, says ‘bad gateway’ when logging in but if I log in via the shop part and then opt to see my account, that sometimes works. I’ll stick with the app for now.
