@EE what has happened to our mobile signal this morning? Neither my wife nor I have any, we normally have 5 bars!

  • therealRitchP
Ritch (@therealRitchP) reported from Chadwell, England

@EE @terribletim6 That reads as “go then, we don’t much care to keep you as a customer” - very poor response there….

  • tasminknightx
tasmin x (@tasminknightx) reported from Cotgrave, England

@EE I've had no phone signal all day and others in my area have said the same. can you advise?

  • LomaxHyde
Ruthie Hyde (@LomaxHyde) reported from Radcliffe on Trent, England

@EE I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days about phone problem...I reported it a few days ago and the fix hasn't worked. Completely understand your priorities but the help on your website doesn't answer my problem ...and I cant find any other way to contact you. Please help

  • djstar3d
David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England

@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  • Hoofinbitofkit
Hoolibar 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Hoofinbitofkit) reported from New Basford, England

@EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). I live in the NG5 area, have tried all the online remedies but no improvement. Is this a local area issue or is my modem a problem? #pleasehelp

  • coxy1987
martyn cox (@coxy1987) reported from Balderton, England

@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

  • AmarDaMan
Amari✗✗✗ (@AmarDaMan) reported from West Bridgford, England

@EE is the network down? I've topped up my father's phone with credit. The credit is available but no internet. I see other people are having issues. What's going on? Is the network down?

  • Chlooee_w
Chloe Warren 👩‍🔬👩‍🔬👩‍🔬 (@Chlooee_w) reported from Lambley, England

Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  • Phidizz
PHIDIZZ🏄🏿‍♂️ (@Phidizz) reported from New Basford, England

@EE worse customer service and internet providers LOL

  • dwebbost
webby1862 (@dwebbost) reported from Loughborough, England

@EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

  • fullpeltuk
Rob Holland ⚽️🏐 (@fullpeltuk) reported from West Bridgford, England

@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

  • robertholland_
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robertholland_) reported from West Bridgford, England

@sportingintel @EE Left them a few years back, I’ll never go back as their customer service is atrocious

EE Issues Reports

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.

  • souness_tash
    souness's moustache 55 (@souness_tash) reported

@EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE I've already told you I don't subscribe to the EE mobile service. So could you explain to me please why you think that my phone has an EE SIM card inside it?

  • Craigo32
    Craigo32 (@Craigo32) reported

@returningfromt2 @EE Im having exactly the same problem

  • Wozza777
    Wozza (@Wozza777) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network

  • jordanpaj
    Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported

@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

  • PhilCoyne
    Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported

@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

  • PIXX3L5
    PIX (@PIXX3L5) reported

I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU

  • apr9999
    Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported

@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
