  @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

  @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

  DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
