Chloe Warren 👩🔬👩🔬👩🔬 (@Chlooee_w) reported from Lambley, EnglandAppalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
-
David Johnston (@djstar3d) reported from Melton Mowbray, England@EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal
-
martyn cox (@coxy1987) reported from Balderton, England@EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!
-
Hoolibar 🏴 (@Hoofinbitofkit) reported from New Basford, England@EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). Rob Holland ⚽️🏐 (@fullpeltuk) reported from West Bridgford, England@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

-
Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though
-
nstoker (@nstoker) reportedThe EE network is down again in Washington. Deep sigh @EE
-
Barry Dance (@dance_barry) reported@EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault
-
Will Wright (@WillWri36918764) reported@Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful
-
BilliBilo (@Billibilo) reported@EE really wish you’d send your phones out in better packaging than just a plastic bag 😡 just received my new phone and the box is all banged up. Poor service from @EE and DPD.
-
bootsy (@bootsy1989) reported@ee sort ur ****** connection out charge top dollar for **** that cuts off every day
-
Stuart1959 (@StuartT34021273) reported@EE You cant already spoke twice your not budging so cheaper to pay off contract than pay for all rounder which I will never use
-
None Superior (@nonesuperior) reportedI’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.
