O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!
