I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Batchie (@BigAl70) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed
