  @EE You guys are offering a 80gb sim only for £18 online which is less than I’m paying now for 20gb (£18.60) but it’s not on my upgrade options. The best you do on that is 40gb for £25. I thought an existing customer would get the better deal

  Appalling service from @EE yet again. Paid for delivery for 2 phones today, 1 arrived, 1 didn't because someone 'forgot to complete the order'. Absolutely unacceptable, and now one of us doesn't have a working phone for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  @EE I’ve now had to send an email stating very few details. I’m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing it’s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

  @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

  @EE My broadband keep dropping several times a day and it's severely impacting on working from home (dropped video calls etc). I live in the NG5 area, have tried all the online remedies but no improvement. Is this a local area issue or is my modem a problem? #pleasehelp

  @Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

  @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre
