@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@mouthwaite @EE I was with EE when they were still Orange (since 1998!) I left last year after them wanting to increase my plan yet again, now with another provider for half the cost and great service too!

@mouthwaite @EE Was with EE a few years back, no reception where we live so swapped to O2, even though we’d left and I cancelled contract they kept debiting my account. Didn’t realise until they’d taken 3 payments. Tried and tried to get money back and gave up in the end. Never again.

@mouthwaite @EE My partner had an issue with his EE phone, it was insured and they replaced it in store the same day and added the insurance premium to his next bill, maybe worth requesting they do the same for you.
