Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯
