@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

That's it... I'm done with @SMARTYMobileUK , they have amazing contracts, great deals and customer reps... But their signal and service is absolutely terrible. The @ThreeUK network is horrific. I rarely have service even in the middle of cities. Off back to @EE again.
