    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @dj_maxxi @bt_uk @EE The guaranteed speeds are over wired, so whenever testing always make sure you’re on a wired connection. Doesn’t explain a sudden drop in Wi-Fi speed, unless you’ve jest put your tree up as Christmas decorations live to wipe out Wi-Fi signal! I’m with EE too, btw

    @EE I did that with complaints and tbh it was awful never know such cold replies and basically implying I was lying as you can't see it on your system since the Black Friday deals have been deleted ,no resolution at all awful .i will be returning item which is more hassle for me

    @slexify_ @EE It friggin blows, so tough to focus on having fun and being in the moment when you’re just constantly expecting to see those damn “dropped network frames” I hope you guys sort it out
