@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I'm concerned about the #pixel7brokencamera problem as a Pixel 7 Pro user, but here in the UK we have decent consumer protection laws. I have insurance with @EE should anything happen, so I don't expect there to be any delays getting a replacement IF (a big IF) it should happen.

@EE I’m constantly having problems with data/network coverage. I’ve been with your provider for years and have never experienced such bad network. It’s been happening for over 6 months now where I’ve constantly had to connect to Wi-Fi and I pay almost £100 per month!!!!

@EE has to have the worst customer service ever. Currently abroad and trying to add on a roaming package and 5 advisers said speak to the customer support team who cannot do it . What a joke of a company

@EE Thanks Ashley - I did manage to get through to someone in the end. The issue isn’t resolved because we know it’s a broadband issue - EE tells us it’s not - but our wifi signal keeps dropping which is affecting our smart heating and other things. It’s happening every day.

@EE absolutely shocking service from you. My family have been with EE for almost 2 decades. My husband upgraded his phone yesterday with next day delivery. It has not been delivered and won’t be until Monday. The advice was to drive to slough and collect the phone from DPD.
