@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@EE Unbelievably bad customer service. New phone but after 2 months still no SIM card. Now soon to pay 3 month, but can't use the phone. So £120 so far. Customer service unable to help!

@EE Orange UK. I've just connected to EE and have made a call, but I can't connect to mobile data/internet. In settings I have the option to connect to Network via GSM/WCDMA auto/WCDMA only/GSM only
