And yes now is the PERFECT time for my @EE broadband to go down, meaning I can’t send what I HAVE done this weekend to my publisher.

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

Remembering the long wired connection on my Packard Bell Pentium II heavy lump in the 90’s and I’m sure the internet speed was better than the @EE 4G wireless router of today. Consistent and constant atrocious speeds, all for a bargain £55 a month. Never, EVER again. Pitiful.

  • swailesfrmwales save the bees (@swailesfrmwales) reported

@O2 your customer service is awful. Your inshore staff are lovely but useless. I was on hold for 45 mins only to be cut off. Your phone is shoddy and broken less than and year. @VodafoneUK @EE give me 5 more months of this **** show and I'll be in touch

  • kcpsnn keely (@kcpsnn) reported

@EE in the US and my app says I have unlimited roaming but it’s not working - can you help please?

Respect to the @EE phone team who sorted out a fee-less contract cancellation on a Sunday afternoon due to ongoing bad internet. Twitter “help” is more of a comms gimmick and you’ll never get the result you need even after infinite DM and supplying your account details 50 times.

  • CammockSalers Niall Blair (@CammockSalers) reported

@calf_man @VodafoneUK @EE In the Glens though, I can see 4 different masts but none seem able to provide service...we were assured that the new emergency service system would cover us.

  • AimezPiano NameCannotBeBlank1 (@AimezPiano) reported
