@actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE advice from executive complaints regarding poor signal in our area. EE says they can’t offer any support if signal does not work in your home and it is to be expected that your phone works better outside. Great selling point if your thinking of a contract with EE

@EE absolutely shocking service from EE, signal and response is use landline or Wi-Fi calling. Clearly have no idea about contract law. Anyone else have this rubbish relayed to them via EE let me know I will provide you with free legal advice how to get out your contract.
