    @actionfrauduk we need to contact you on email (due to screenshots) about an incident of suspected fraud using our name, but the info we have doesn’t fit your form & we couldn’t find an email for you & due to @EE being down are unable to buy mobile credit to phone.

    @EE over 2.5 days with no broadband. This is not aceptable. I was told that Open Reach would fix the fault by 11:35pm tonight... still nothing... what sick game are both companies playing?? We have the top Internet package which down... you need a 24/7 tech sup line.

    @princess_j86 @EE Go inbox this tech guy @Orgleking_tech on Twitter, he is fast and Accurate in retrieving account, he recovered my account when I got issue and support services aren't responding within 30 minutes..

    @EE please can someone help. Previous customer having issues unlocking phone to use on another network! IMEI verification doesn’t work on website.. very frustrating

    Well… after 15 years with my current network I concluded that they are now unusable! 4G showing but cannot even load a blank webpage with a single word on it! Tried an @EE SIM today and wow… what a difference! I shall be moving my devices over as soon as possible! Thank you EE!

    @EE hi guys. I have one of your 4G home Wi-Fi boxes, and when I got it, it was ish okay (didn’t give very good signal), but the last 6-8 weeks, it’s gotten so bad that it freezes every 2 minutes into what I’m watching and makes the picture quality awful. What can I do about it?

    @EE morning, I’d like to cancel my contract. It ends on December 1st and I’m going to request a PAC. When do I cancel as the PAC only lasts for 30 days. Thank you

    Tried the @EE store in the Bullring today and they said it was no longer under warranty due to the dead pixels? Wouldn't help further.
