    @MidlandMackem33 @EE @bt_uk It’s just bad. That means they are getting an extra £16 a month from me. Because they’ve put their prices up across the board. I can’t get out of my phone. I will my internet if I have too.

    @PadWhisky @EE It is awful. The fact they have to increase it beyond the inflation amount seems wrong. Will be gone as soon as possible, most likely moving to @tescomobile

    @EE I had an outcome from the ombudsman, a letter of apology that lasted less than a week. I was told by EE my case would be reviewed so mistakes could be identified with regards to my med-issues. I guess it was a quick review. Loyalty is been abused whilst other handed everything.

    After being a loyal customer for over 20 years it’s seem wrong that @EE can’t give me a good deal on a mobile. Looks like I will be leaving and heading over to an different supplier.

    @EE I’ve received this msg from EE: “Great news! We've updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date” But I don’t have a phone on EE. I have a sim in my iPad. Is this a scam?
