I have insurance with EE which was missold by an agent. My phone was stolen and when I went to claim, you keep telling me I took up damage only cover. Several agents have told me I have full cover but your insurance company refuse to honour it. Ive called over 20 times @EE

@EE This is why I won't recommend @EE for the 3rd day they have been telling me the same things, and now I can't even use my current phone to call emergency services if I need to. Still no resolution, no refund, no proper responses. Premium prices for the worst service I've ever had.
