@EE and now I am paying the price. It’s awful the way a phone company that you give so much loyalty to for such a long time can treat you this way. If your thinking is switching to EE, I’d think again.

@EE New customer & disappointed so far, left 3 due to poor connection but since joining EE I couldnt have the deal I wanted due to tech issues at your end and settled for just the phone... now I'm dealing with awful signal and barely able to use. Pls address service in Basingstoke.

@kyrstie_hogg @EE My cousin has been waiting for 2 weeks for them to resolve an issue in which they took a 3 figure sum out of his bank which by ees own admission they should not have took. The CS has been awful
