@EE hello. Any idea why I've not been receiving the texts my partner sends who is also on your network? I've only had one reply come through in a week (this evening). And then the next reply didn't. Couldn't even call her at lunchtime today as there were signal problems too.

@EE Android, it was affecting both phones and the tablet. Working now. We only updated 2nd Dec, had to update again today to use the app and then the errors started once updated.

@nicferrier @EE It's really only the broadband providers that make me scream in support calls. I will pay big money for an Internet Provider that just works and has great support *sigh*

@EE Shame your customer service or ability to answer your phones in less than 45 minutes then be able to rectify your mistakes in less than 5 calls. isn’t up to scratch. EE and customer service doesn’t go hand in hand regrettably.
