@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@marcusBBbentley @EE Disgraceful, these companies do not give a **** pardon my language about the elderly. My mum hated chip and pin and used cheques all the time. It would be nice if another network jumped in to help your poor dad.

There is no way of reporting spam or fraudulent texts or calls originating from @EE network. Why is there no requirement to do so? @Ofcom

My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?
