    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE has informed us that they are currently out of SLA for all jobs. At present, the following applies: Approx 5 working days for new connections, upgrades and ports Approx 10 working days for customer service related requests Approx 10 working days for account report requests

    @EE I've been trying to cancel my contract since December and switch to PAYG, and have twice been told it's sorted and I'm today still getting info on my next bill and charges. My contract ended in January, but you continue to charge me the full contract price.

    @EE HELP! Just joined. You’ve sent and taken my direct debit payment. I’m STILL waiting for a SIM card. Therefore #noservice or #nocontract I’ve asked three times for a SIM card, nothing has arrived. Therefore the monthly contract payment needs refunding. #poorcustomerservice

    @EE 70+ drops since the 15th at least. One lasted just shy of 12hours and with the house connected to the wi-fi left without hot water and heating, (greaty for the disabled resident and child here) multiple failed call backs even from your escalation/customer assist team. What next?
