    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a £160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.
