@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE Fair but truthfully it's coz they simply don't know. I agree a worded response like regrettably we still have no ETA available or in the event one is, provide that. It's a data center issue but still needs engineers on the ground. It's awful but they will fix it soon I'd say.

@EE I'm a mobile fitter in a van driving round Midlands what WiFi do you recommend that stretches that far it's all well and good saying your fixing it when it's been about 7 hours anyway how are you going to fix the amount of money I've lost today ?
