My experience with @EE has been terrible so far. I switched from Vodafone but I’m tempted to go back! Husband ordered me an iPhone 13 pro max on 24.09.21. Was informed it’d max 7 working days to arrive. Now I’m being told the order is delayed, and it’ll take more than 28!? 😡

@EE Cheers Olivia, sadly I had to leave EE & got a far better deal with another provider but still on the EE network. Seems daft that EE is happy to lose a 20 year plus customer but there we go.

@EE when are you going to sort out the signal issue in beverley?? I can't contact any one unless it's via WiFi, have no call signal either, great for emergencies!! Paying £50 a month to only use a device on WiFi is not what I signed up for

Or is it just that @EE employees are so desperate not to appear to have made a poor judgement in the first instance, that they are prepared to act unlawfully and dishonestly, and exposure an elderly pensioner to risk of death so as to justify it? i'm all ears...

@EE Sadly, the team on the phone couldn't help me. They said I had to wait 30 days or 3 months. I reached Gaby via your online chat, she was super and sorted it all out for me

@maishkh @EE honestly when i was with vodafone i never had issues like this. my iphone 13 pro max was supposed to come on the 24th and I called EE and they said they have no idea how long it will take for it to be in stock again

@EE is committed to providing excellent customer service - opening line when you ring EE. You’d actually have to interact with your customers to provide them with customer service.
