@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@mustbecwaced @EE It was similar in Chester with @O2 Lynn where they told one of my neighbours that he should find someone with a different provider if his land line was down and he had an emergency. Their local mast is 'broken' and has been for some time. We're gradually all moving over to others

Has anyone had hurrendous customer support from @EE and @BT recently? We’ve been without a landline since last Wednesday- my mum is waiting for a phonecall from hospital regarding a date for Cancer surgery.

@EE I have been waiting almost 2 years for you to sort the signal in my area…which used to be ok. I cancelled my 4g broadband and got half price cell as compensation, but that ended a year ago….why isn’t this sorted now?

@EE I find it hard that you can be in a que for 2hrs at 7 o’clock at night . Wanted to upgrade but will take my custom somewhere else where it is valued , shocking customer service

@WeGoMadinCages @EE @MarcAllera They will not allow me file a complaint with ombudsman with regards them refusing to comply with The CA2015. Problem A is only a problem because they won't fix problem B.
