  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported from Sandbank, Scotland

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

  • McDonaldMick Майкл Макдональд (@McDonaldMick) reported from Fairlie, Scotland

@EE after 20years as a loyal customer; I’ve been forced to cancel my contract with you. Very disappointed. 👋

  • James21rw james.com©™ (@James21rw) reported from Beith, Scotland

@EE Can you help with an order? I upgraded a week ago and I’ve not heard anything since?

  • martinhinrich limur (@martinhinrich) reported

@VodafoneUK No. They're not. Nobody answers and nobody responds. The mobile backup doesn't work! I have "needed to speak to an agent (or more hopefully a human) after 8 am". But there's nobody there. I work those hours, so have no time to talk to you. I really want to go back to @EE it...

  • shakstar7 shakil (@shakstar7) reported

@newusernamemate @EE Well that's me looking for a new network.. people are finding hard to pay for electricity and gas bill, now top that off with your own phone bill. Ridiculous !

  • StuartOrmisher Stuart Ormisher (@StuartOrmisher) reported

@Estrella_CarlE @EE I'm with you on this - corporate greed exploiting the current inflationary situation and loyal customers when those customers need help more than ever!

  • jonbenson1975 Jon Benson (@jonbenson1975) reported

@EE I’m going to put this to @Ofcom as this is clearly not fair and in my opinion needs to be challenged. The inflation increase should only affect the service plan which includes calls, data ect.

  • enchanted1966 Helen Stephanie (@enchanted1966) reported

@beverleyturner @virginmedia @EE is putting all their customer prices up too. They are all greedy f*****s

  • Jit_SGill Jit (@Jit_SGill) reported

@EE my reception has been terrible today…what’s going on?!

  • tjdgi_uk TheyJustDon'tGetIt 🌸 💜 (@tjdgi_uk) reported

@EE so my monthly increase is 14.2%. Guessing your costs have not gone up by that much. Pay inflation for EE? Guessing say 7%. Energy costs, sure these have gone up but are coming down. Oh, and you don't have food price inflation of 16%

  • Dee_F88 Dee Featherstone (@Dee_F88) reported

@EE I spoke to someone and your solution was use something like WeAre8 or airtime rewards. So use a Cashback sight. Not actually help me reduce my bill. Appealing!

  • jonbenson1975 Jon Benson (@jonbenson1975) reported

@EE I’ve seen this cut and paste response from your twitter team but it doesn’t answer the question above. If you are increasing the cost over 14% on the service then although I don’t think that’s right, I could understand. But why increase the cost on the device?

  • jonbenson1975 Jon Benson (@jonbenson1975) reported

@EE Standard contract. That’s why a question to increase on the overall service when the device is included. Surely the cost increases should only affect the service and not any devices included in the contract.
