    @lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE When I contacted Live Chat today you can see a supervisor admitted that I had been lied to last week & there was nothing they could do to restore my service as the collections team are only on phone but I would have to download Skype to ring them because I'd been wrongly cut off!

    @EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

    @EE poor service. Upgraded my phone this morning and was quoted £30 up front cost. Just had a call to tell me it was an error and the update front cost was actually £180! Order cancelled!!
