@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE my 86 Yr old mother had a home visit today to set up a new phone. Guy turned up turned it on and did nothing else she asked about transferring numbers etc, he told her to read instructions and use an app. Terrible service, now has a useless phone with no numbers can't use it

My god @EE is shocking. No matter where I go, be it Belfast, London or Cardiff, or even at home, their network coverage is abysmal 😡

@jos3000 @EE I did ask about the streaming box, but apparently it’s not planned to come out here anytime soon sadly. Annoying, as I’m primarily an iPhone user but hey ho! I’d say it’s clear enough to read text on websites, and the ability to bring screens closer should help with smaller text
