  @EE Because someone messed up my upgrade and never sent me a return pack that I’ve been requesting since January, I now have to pay £469.88. Really not pleased at the moment 😡😡😡😡😡😡

  You can change your tariff on @O2 from the app with no issues. @EE on the other hand still have an outdated number you have to ring just to change your tariff while also being harassed to spend more on other things! Turn it in 🥱

  @EE 2 days with no ee internet or phone network now, what a god damn joke ur company is. Every month we go through this, will be ending our contract and u can piss off.
