@EE @BeanoOfficial @VodafoneUK really not fair that NG11 9HA can't get full fibre 900mb from you but we can from EE BT Talktalk so strange as they use the same network you do and your meant to be able to provide full fttp over openreachs lines :/ means we miss out on your great deal rich is cheaper

@EE disappointed! Firstly got insurance and you are not able to replace my phone, and it's been a week! The customer service has been shockingly poor! Also, your network coverage in parts of Southend is shocking. Literally no service in Thorpe Bay and Clifton terrace!

@EE Spoke to someone but still a problem in the area !! Four days now . Manager was supposed to call me , if rang once and sent a message to say missed you and would call back yesterday afternoon noon , nothing !!! Not happy .. Four days without signal !!’ Not acceptable
