@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

Back in South Wales, which has a 5G phone signal…now takes twice as long to do anything on phone! Any advice on whether you can turn it off to use 3 or 4G? @EE
