@EE don’t think it’s right that you send me an email saying because I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 3 years I can get 100% off my early upgrade fee, but when I look it’s not on any Apple devices & when I select one it says there isn’t any plans for me & I have to trade in

@EE Afraid I'm getting nowhere on your website where I've been trying to unlock an old iPad to give to my Mum. Currently the iPad shows the Carrier as "EE 36.0" but your website doesn't seem to recognise the IMEI so I can't progress the unlock. Can you help? Cheers, Martin

@EE - Was with EE for 2 years and had a great service, made a mistake and went to Sky. Asked EE to reconnect so why did EE open a new BT contract? I don’t want oversees call centres and the bad service BT provide, I asked for EE NOT BT. What’s going on?

@EE OK sim arrived its been in my phone since yesterday still just says "emergency calls only" is it because I provided my pac code when I ordered online and I'm waiting on it porting over? Or do I need to activate it first as the leaflet said it would be ready to go
