@EE Customer service absolutely appalling. Zero common sense in the EE shop to help someone who had their phone stolen. Dismally disgraceful. #eecomplaints @EEComplaints

@EE Nobody's really interested in your coverage of the BAFTA awards. What matters to the majority is the massively unfair 15% that we've been left to worry about. Can't wait for my 4 lines to be over, I'll be cancelling asap after 20 years as loyal customer. Shame on you EE.

@EE It's clear that there's a corporate line that they've been told to reply with "in order to keep providing the very best service the increases are necessary etc" ...no you're profiting at a time when the ordinary person/worker are already on their knees. Cancelling my 4 lines asap

@EE People are being asked to keep wage demands down. But where are the people telling companies to keep price rises down? If everyone did what your going, infjation next March would be 14.4% and you’d be asking for 19%!

@EE Dismal customer service in store. Zero common sense for helping someone who has had their phone stolen. What a joke hearing the self congratulating recorded message about high quality customer ‘care’. Abysmal. #ee #EEBAFTAs
