    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

    @EE The issue has been resolved by my bank, card was temporarily blocked until I was able to authorise the payment at the bank this morning. I no longer need help with this

    @EE It's taking you th same time as last year and every day in between, I'd put money on it! It's a shameful way to treat customers. Would you stand in line at customer service desk for twenty minutes? Of course not....
