@cassesque @EE It's frustrating. At home the 5G signal is great and I get faster downloads than our ADSL wifi, but out and about it's often unusable. What network/phone are you using?

@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

@EE Sign up for a new contract, phone not delivered even though you say delivery was attempted, this is a lie. 2 payments taken already, 3 different phone calls. STILL NOTHING RESOLVED. Worst mobile phone company by a mile. Frustrating is an understatement

@lisasevern @EE O2 (giffgaff), pixel 6. To be fair I *only* have 5G at work (in a gigantic hospital) or when I'm away in other cities. I get that hospitals have a big concentration of devices accessing the network, but that has never been a problem for 4G except in massive crowds at pride etc
