@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@mouthwaite @EE If you call 150 or remotely call EE customer service they will sort. You need to get through to the right people and we had a nightmare sorting out our contract. It can be done in a day

Wow... It is astonishing how awful your customer service is. Left messages with more than 3 people, been to the shop 3 times, once for 40 mins and still nobody can replace my phone for 7 days. I am actually due an upgrade & have been an @EE customer for many years... HOW?

@mouthwaite @EE I'm with @ThreeUK and have been since about 2014. Depending on area, it can dip in/out at times but 95% I'm all go. Heard great things about Giff Gaff too that seems to be getting mentioned lots so there's options. If they treat u bad this long, your loyalty can only take so much

@EE tried calling to report blocking no caller ID numbers but no option doesn’t seem to fit. Want to speak to someone regarding this issue as I don’t want to block non no caller ID numbers through settings.
