    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @EE please help I need to up my data allowance my house runs on data alone. I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE why oh why is it so difficult to get a network unlock code from you even though my contract has ended. 45 mins on chat got me nowhere. Advice to call 150 when clearly it's not possible. Not helpful. My IMEei or whatever number not recognised.

    @EE hi I was suppose to get bt sport free for like 6 months during the lockdown period can’t remember when it stopped but I never actually got onto it to use nobody neither you or bt could give me a login that worked can you help so I can use it please now?!

    @EE hello, my app has signed me out I could not remember my password but now the password email isn’t coming through either. Is there an issue on EE end. I can’t phone for help without knowing my info which is on the app ?

    @EE Sorry, only just seen this. It’s GL53 8DG. Not there now but🤞that the service has improved when I’m there there 14th to 17th November

    @dazzabird @htc @EE @Qualcomm No issues with drop outs. At one point it was switching between 4G & 5G quite a lot but kept the connection fine.

    @60MWPodcast @EE No such thing as customer loyalty mate. Loyal customers are seen as cash cows to be fleeced for as much as possible in order to give greatly reduced offers to new customers.

    @60MWPodcast @EE TBF to EE who I've also been with long term they have a much better network (at least where I live) and so I find the extra outlay worthwhile compared to being without reception and frustrated all the time. I have friends who pay less elsewhere but often complain about issues

    @chickadee_cymru @EE I probably make 2 phone calls a year, so reception is a non-issue here. I keep in contact with everyone via What's App. Plus with currently not being employed, every £ makes a difference at the moment.

    @EE why doesn’t my (uk) EE mobile connect to the emergency services in Spain ? 112 does not work. I had to ring a hospital to get an ambulance dispatched... it was a life or death situation. Please enlighten me.

    @natasha9753 @EE I ordered mine on 31/10 and every 7 days I get that generic message, was told would be here 13th, then by yesterday, but all I got yesterday was another message saying “on track” considering to cancel, get a pay as you go from @Vodafone and buy in store when they actually arrive

    @EE having real trouble getting in touch. Wanting to cancel a device which is out of contract (and was told was done more than 2 weeks ago)! Social media teams helping customers? No option on 150 for what I need? Live chat agent lied to me on 5th....HELP!
