@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

@EE how do I contact you from a non-EE phone line? Been trying to cancel my broadband for days but always get asked to enter my phone number which is unsurprisingly not recognised as an EE number
