    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE hii, my phone contract is supposed to end on the 21st or march, do I need to cancel it beforehand or does it automatically finish on that date?

    So my new @EE broadband still doesn't work even after they texted me and said "it's up and running"... I work from home. In these times where people are working from home it's vital to have access to the Internet. They better get someone out to have a look TODAY

    @EE Exceptionally disappointed in your customer service today. Your complaints team were not even interested in checking with the store concerned. No chance of any learning from my complaint/feedback. Far too departmentalised and defensive. Very poor attitudes. Shame on you.

    @EE Did you know that the metrix company that gives awards to ee is funded by ee and therfore wins best network every year even though they can't achieve a true 4g network.

    @ee problems with my phone signal since end of November and still out today for 3 hours! It’s not good enough and I want my money back! 3 months of inconsistent service and technical faults

    @EE @SteveMander I had the same problem today, turned airplane mode off & back on then it was fine
