    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    @EE You've been trying to help for 7 weeks. You're apparently trying to help already, 2 replacement routers later & 3 visits from an engineer & we're no further forward. Today its cut out 3 times in the last hour & I'm just getting sick of it really.

    Getting really bored of @EE broadband. They "upgraded" our broadband & sent a new router 7 weeks ago, since then its been 7 weeks of broadband dropouts multiple times a day, kicking you out of online games, cancelling downloads, stopping videos. Fix it already?!

    @AliceRedfearn @EE Wtf!!! Surely @EE would refund you for goodwill? An elderly and vulnerable customer when you haven’t used the phone or their service and THEY were meant to cancel and didn’t!! 🤬

    @EE recently upgraded but now experiencing daily disconnection from broadband. In 'settling down' after installation, does that mean it'll disconnect? Everything seemed fine before upgrade...

    @EE Hi, do you have to give a month notice to end out of contract? Also with a PAC will I definitely keep my number for any future provider/SIM free or do you cancel the number after a certain time period? Do I need to give notice and request PACat the same time
