    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE Yikes I tried their online service and it wouldn't work if you weren't connected to data .. Lol

    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    @EE I'm stuck in a doom loop with the EE Diagnostics bot trying to get broadband help. It asks me a question, I answer the question, then it starts the whole thing all over again - help!

    @Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!
