@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

@EE Is ok and then the guy turned up as I was out see me pull on drive to drive off!!! Now it's May I have to wait the place they put the new wiring is in middle of my wall too its just been so slow and terrible workman ship. I definitely be telling people not to bother

@EE I have just seen that the coverage in beverley isn't likely to be fixed until 31st May/August this is unacceptable to me I use my phone for work in beverley. I wish to cancel my contract if this is the case as I cannot work without signal

@EE any network issues you’re aware of preventing incoming calls and answerphone messages not getting through? 24 hours now and supposedly received 2 important missed calls that have gone straight to answerphone but nothing come through 😱😱

@EE OK i have just had a chance to check your link on my desktop (as the problem was with broadband). This is for reporting faults on mobile devices. It is very good (on a desktop - not on mobile?) i have double checked there appears to be nowhere to report an issue with broadband.
