@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

Apologies to my few followers but this deserves a public rant. I've been an @EE customer since 2015. Phoned them 30Dec to upgrade. Confirming details, the rep read out my previous address. I corrected him with current address. All sorted I thought. DPD attempted delivery 1/

@Dplus_Care_Intl hi, I have free discovery plus through EE/BT Sport but everytime I try to watch anything it says contact your supplier, can you help fix this please? @EE advised it would resolve itself but it hasn't yet, I know can take up to 24 hrs but want to make sure thanks.

The #customersupport at @EE is non existent, and the #customerexperience horrendous, a 20 minute wait on the phone to topup, followed by the rudest agent, who would rather watch TV at home rather than go to work and do what they are paid to do then hang up.. I await the survey..

@EE ideal, roaming won't work in other countries even after two calls of lengthy waits. Now can't login to the app because I've tried logging in from another country. Tech support say it's a new system and there is no timescale for it. Over 12 hours later still locked. Awful.

@EE You offered me a measly £10 off my bill for my 100 mile round trip. I had to take a total of six hours off work unpaid to do this. Yet my phone is still broken. Get someone to contact me via phone about this.

@tedwardbooth @virginmedia You'll probably end up being told you need a repull of the cable. We've been waiting since the 25th November for Virgin to sort ours out. Do yourself a favour and look at 5G routers if your area has a good signal. We're paying £30 a month from @EE and getting 300 mbs

@EE It's just been dropping out and not loading anything. if I'm already watching something it just freezes. I have unlimited Internet so it's not a case that I've hit my cap. My sisters on the same network and hers works perfectly fine. Were as I'm stuck with a no connection error.
