One said it will be January 2022 until she gets them while another said they had no idea and how long was a piece of string. She is overpaying as she is now out of contract plus down on the deposit

Was told originally it would be fixed today. Nothing! We are in the DE55 area and there seem to be many others having issues here too. It's a joke
