    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    @EE it's completely impossibly to contact your customer services if you don't have a phoneline or mobile with EE, the app nor the phoneline allows you to continue without an EE number. I just use your broadband services and need to contact.

    @EE I’d be happy paying for the increase if the customer support and the service was up to standard.Unfortunately it hasn’t been. I’m lucky I’m not in financial hardship especially after EE completely messed up my iPhone/iPad and charged me not one, but two incorrect cancellations.

    @EE I just hope the £24 extra you earn from march to August when my contract ends is worth it be cause you losing a customer soon as me contract is over

    @LexiBellissima @EE EE guy couldn’t discuss with me but claims the legal cap of £45 on data roaming charges only applies to premium rate numbers - utter nonsense. He did admit that they are having systems problems with the Go Further Add On not registering though …

    @EE Hi - are all your phone lines down? I have tried with the 150 several times & it cuts me off. Then I have tried the land line number the same - I have an issue with my phone?

    Argghh this is so frustrating. @ee Have paid for data roaming and my account has been suspended and a pending bill of £3714 apparently. I have no other way to call EE and no one on twitter is replying to me but tweets sent after me are getting dealt with. Please someone ee help

    Hey @EE it's been 3 weeks since I rang and u still haven't processed my refund ?? u owe me £100 can I have it back or what I've called you three times ?? ******* awful honestly.

    @EE major issues with my account - suspended without notice and forced to pay additional charges to reactivate. I’m now in the US without a working phone despite paying for the required add-ons. Pls respond to DM as need a means of using my phone for emergency contacts abroad.
