@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

I am actually disgusted with the customer service I have received from @EE looking to move networks any recommendations please let me know. It does not matter if you are a loyal customer of 13 years they don’t care about you.

@EE So how come I’m charged an extra £6 per month with no additional add ons or services nor going over my allowances? And why is tax the reason customer services gave me when I phoned?
