    @NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    Why doesn’t the “upgrade” button on the @EE app or desktop site work? It doesn’t do anything. I’d quite like to look at upgrading, but it looks like I’m going to have to go to a different network.

    @EE any idea when services will be fixed? I’ve not had any signal or data since Friday and online has been saying it’ll be fixed in 8 hours since Friday.

    @ee If you don’t change your plan to something else, will you lose signal, get transferred onto SIM Only or get overcharged. Asking for a mum who seems more intent on a 3rd year with her current year than an upgrade

    @jane_inprogress @Loulou31799680 No roaming charges from @EE this year. Have been to Greece and Italy and no problems or extra charges.
