Frustrated EE Customer (@AngrywithEE) reported@Baker_BCFC @EE I have 2 phone lines with them. one for me and one for the wife. 3G ended in January but EE still charge me for them. Absolutely shocking how they love to take money but fail to provide you services in your best interest.

The wife cancelled a new sim-only contract 7-days after starting it, only just got given the PAC code yesterday, but is now getting hit with a £300+ charge. In store aren’t helpful, just like the CS via various numbers she’s been told to call.
