@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

@EE a family member has died of Covid. Her husband is too infirm to go to the funeral. I’m trying to sort a way of him watching it from home via the internet but they don’t have the internet. Can you help at all? I hate the thought of him missing his wife’s funeral. #CovidUK

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?
