@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

Hi guys having issues with @EE pocket landline. I keep getting calls from people thinking I'm Apple or Samsung. They are even dialling a different number but coming through to me. Happening for a last 3-4months. Anyone having issues? #ee #pocketlandline

@moorepropgroup @EE As I ally I bought a new iPhone outright and dropped my 45 a month sim to £10 yet my next months bill was saying nearly £70. Then I saw this “deposit”. I’ve been with them years as they are the best service in my area

@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

Hi @EE , I've tried to look at upgrades for the last 2 months on your site and everytime had the following message: "SORRY, OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. We’re not sure what is causing the issue and we’re unable to say when we’ll be back online." Any Help?

@ScottARobb @ThreeUK @EE I moved to O2 last year, had been with Orange/EE since 2006, can’t really comment on Customer Service but definitely contract affordability, much better value for money!

@EE I literally can't wait. First phone I've actually pre ordered and I've been using smart phones since the HTC Desire! Just got a text from EE saying I can claim my Galaxy Buds Live too, but have no PoP because it was a phone order, any ideas to help?
