Has anyone had a Samsung Watch 4 from @EE and found the battery life shocking? Mine is 6 weeks old, and lasting 12 hours on battery saver mode. I've done all the Samsung troubleshooting help. I wish I hadn't got a 2 year contract out on it now. It's appalling

@EE We have an ongoing problem in the area. I keep getting text saying it should be fixed in a little while longer and this has been going on for a month. Can we please get an update on how soon my phone will be working again. DE73
