@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

Just had an email allegedly from @EE saying that there was a problem with my payment for this month. Funnily enough not long after my bill was paid. A quick check of my banking app showed me I had paid my bill on time. A scam me thinks.

@EE I am on a SIM only contract monthly pay plan. I feel stuck with your network - not meeting my needs in any way. My phone is a samsung S7, connectivity and mobile calls has become a nightmare. I can't drive with google map as the internet fails. Is there a way out? #SOS

@EE It doesn’t matter how good you claim it is now. I was cheated by Orange out of money back for my first mobile phone. I shall never forget nor forgive Orange or its successors.

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. It’s a problem that EE will definitely have to investigate as all the messages are from EE numbers. Perhaps you should start asking for ID when it’s PAYGO so many people are falling for this scam.
