Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can you tell me the issue with EE supply of the Galaxy S21 5G 265gb? I need to replace my phone and upgrade with EE and keep checking back but you never seem to have those phones in stock. Everywhere else does have them in stock. When will you?

@ee For about 2 weeks now people can’t hear us when they call or we call. They say the line is bad. 4 mobile devices it’s happening on, we have reported it in the past and you said a mast was down.

@EE just had an awful call with the retention team - have been with the network for 20yrs&felt like noone cared to help me out with my price plan which got automatically moved so I was worse off. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they won't give call backs on pricing!

@EE - Are there any known issues with the fast payg top up pages? Entering a mob no. and clicking continue just refreshes the page, I can’t top up a 4GEE mifi device, nor add it to my account :(

@EE Our local area has been having problems for weeks - when will it be resolved? Signal is a huge issue and constantly getting texts about it being temporarily turned off by operator.

I was trying to move into @EE today until the sales guy moved from sales tactics into bullying tactics and I'm just wondering if this is what I'm getting from sales, what will I get from customer service when I have a complaint. I'm so unhappy.. 30 mins wasted
