@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@OhPetePETE1 @EE Their service rep was not trained, I kept repeating myself a number of times and I was going around in circles. @EE at least train your reps if your service is that bad!

@EE @berkobank LOL An actual study was done about online hate and they found that it was women who gave the most online hate to other women at 50% and men came in at 45% and the last 5% was undetermined. So its actually women's problem to solve based on your paradigm. Oh and what is a woman?

@EE What does this have to do with my phone service? Why are you making statements about this when you can’t deliver the 5G you promised me before I took out my new contract? Cut the social justice crap and concentrate on the business and delivering customer satisfaction.
