    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Kyle, yes I managed to speak with someone two days ago. Apparently all your phone lines went down on, but I managed to speak with someone at 6.30pm when they were working again. Thank you for your responses.

    @EE help. My son is in the USA. He has the roaming add on etc. we were told to use t mobile USA but only AT&T is giving him signal and 4g. Is that ok to use?!

    @EE Could you help elaborate on one of your (highly repetitive) radio adverts. You have Kevin Bacon apparently advising listeners to "Buy a Zillion and dip it in chocolate". What is a zillion, where do you buy them from & how exactly would someone proceed to dip it in chocolate?

    After the crappiest week I’m so frustrated with @EE 😡 I’ve requested a new sim and been sent the wrong one and now I’ve had no signal for 24 hours just before I’m about to go away 😤 and I can’t even call because I have no signal 🫠

    @EE ah well after 15yrs its time i left the worst mobile provider ever.the customer experience my wife received in the mobile store in greenock was nothing short of deplorable .. EE keep sending her text saying she can upgrade to new phone for same price but apparently she cant

    Anyone else had an huge bill from @EE due to calling a number and on hold,racking up and suspension of account without actually telling you total cost. Felt my husband was spoken to in patronising manner, still awaiting call back. I wonder if Sally Hamilton @DailyMailUK can help?

    @EE @hisophiehey Sophie just choose different options. EE try to palm you off. Just call the sales line, they'll always pickup the phone to make a sale. Not so much to help anyone. Useless.

    For over a week I've had trouble making calls on @EE . Takes the piss. Why pay nearly £150 a month for phones that we can only use when connected to WiFi.
