@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE We're having serious issues with signal in HU18; the signal is there but not at all usable. Do you have any problems in the area? This has been going on for a while now

@VillanAston @EE It's not a common fault we're aware of, but if you're struggling to get signal even outdoors in the postcodes you've provided, it's the only possible explanation we can think of, given the other troubleshooting steps we've already carried out. 1/2

@VillanAston @EE Our Network Team have investigated your case and found no issues with our network in the postcodes you've provided. If you're still having issues after a network reset and a new SIM, it sounds like an issue with the handset. You can book a repair on 0800 276 1373. - Rory

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE So if my phone shows 4g signal its means nothing? Is this what you are telling me?

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE So all the video I have posted with 4g and two or more bars. Showing me getting less than 1Mbps. Is just my imagination? So what service am I paying for? Is my phone suppose to be just a pocket diary? I work outside most of the time what are you on about?

@VillanAston @EE Hi Alexander, the network issue only arose on 20/07. Before that, we hadn't detected any issues in your area. Our coverage checker suggests limited service indoors here, though. Apple only offers a 12-month warranty, sadly. Have you tried performing a network reset? - Rory

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ow so taken you this long to suggest this after months and months of complaining? You said its not under warranty so who is paying for this? Its this a normal thing with iPhones 11 pro? I have never had this on my other iPhones ever.
