Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • kevinwalshuk
Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • kevinwalshuk
Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Simply the worst mobile app in the history of the world. Shame they won't see this post.

  • GordonMurdie

@EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over £20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.

  • neiltheshaker
    Neil Davis (@neiltheshaker) reported

@EE I’ve bought a product from you and you expect me to chase you for an update? Wow when I eventually receive it it’ll be coming straight back to you! Absolutely pathetic customer service…

  • thebiggis
    Ian Clark (@thebiggis) reported

@EE We had a brief power cut last night and ever since my YouTube location defaults to the USA - any thoughts on how to fix this?

  • IrmaGrace26
    Irma Grace (@IrmaGrace26) reported

@EE The app is not working for me to check

  • maria__zelenova
    Maria Zelenova (@maria__zelenova) reported

@EE Ok, I’ll call (yet again). I will also be filing a consumer protection complaint because you guys have no business calling yourselves “UK’s best network” and my partner and I deserve some real accountability for the stress you’ve caused us.

  • NathanJT
    NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported

@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

  • Patrick_Rice
    Patrick Rice FCMI (@Patrick_Rice) reported

@EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

@EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????
