@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

I very much regret having my UK phone contract with @ThreeUK and not @EE. 😣 My service has been shut down because I haven't been back to the UK since the pandemic started so I've breached the 'fair use' roaming policy, but my partners EE phone still works fine. 🙃

@EE I am currently in Canada and I have credits left but I can't send texts or call or do anything. I can't even call or text 150... When I call my voicemail it says to contact customer service but I can't because I am abroad and nothing is working on my phone. Please help 🙏🏻

@EE Not really no, but I'm not sure you can actually help anyway. Seems my beef is with Sony over the headphones offer with the Xperia 1 MK III and not EE. Someone needs to tell Sony I've not returned the phone tho and quick before I start crying.

@EE Hi, I know this is a bit forward but I am looking to upgrade from my S21 Ultra to the S22 Ultra whenever that comes out in 2022. The problem is that the cost for the upgrade before the 12 months/after 6 months is £300 when I trade it in. Why is it that much?
