@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE how come I ordered a new phone that was ‘in stock’ and would be with me last weekend- never came. So I changed the phone to another ‘in stock’ which didn’t arrive. So I cancelled and ordered again ‘a phone in stock’. Just chased it after a week and it’ll be 21 WORKING DAYS?

@EE Hi, I’m having issues where I topped up too late, I’ve now topped up and the amount for this month has come out of the payment but my pack hasn’t rolled over? 150 is suggesting I can cancel my current pack to start a new pack now but I’m afraid I’ll lose my boosts Help?

@peterwb1 @EE They had me last month too with an 'access charge' to call a customer services number - north of £30 for a 30 minute call. Feels like they're finding anyway possible to rinse their customers.
