    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE @virginmedia If I say to one of your reps “I am sorry I am busy” or whatever they should all be trained to stop talking. Because it means I don’t want a 15 minutes sales pitch and have someone try (and fail) to force me to create an account on the spot. Rotten practice.

    @EE I don’t have access to a local phone I’m not staying in a hotel. I have spoken to someone - suggestion was to change my vpn and they needed an hour of my time. They said that EE doesn’t work here - which is very bad. My husbands vodaphine network does work but is very expensive

    the canteen on site is 6 or 7 containers all side by side to make one big space those who aren't on @EE sit anywhere watching allsorts on there phones and those who are on @EE sit holding there phone to the windows to get a WiFi signal.

    @EE you are by far the worst company i have ever the displeasure of dealing with. Get passed pillar to post. Bought a tv from you and it was faulty. I've dealt about 20 different people and yet no resolution forthcoming. Never been treated so bad by anyone ever.
