@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@PureSasori @Jessica85079057 @EE I ended up reversing the DD and cancelling it. I’ve spoken to them on two occasions and all they have done is close the complaint. The Fraudulent charges are still on my bill!!

@EE conned out of a £300 mastercard. Won't do anything about it. Was with o2 for 16 years & had no issues besides the odd signal problem. Move to EE with help of the £300 incentive & better signal. And in 16 day have experienced the worst level of service on 3 different issues

@EE why can’t I make outbound calls ? Not even to ee ! The bills are paid . Cannot call school back or nothing . Can’t fix it via calling yous because I can’t : when I press option 1 it says your closed

@EE your roaming packages for America are terrible. Please could you help me with being able to use my normal mobile data package in the USA? I’ve already spent £70.00 in less than 24 hours. Which is shocking.

@kevinbacon @ee you are advertising a network that consistently has problems in my area. Every 2nd day I receive text messages saying they have a problem in my area and it will take up to 8 hours to resolve.
