    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE I’ll bet I’m not the only former T-Mobile customer in the UK that’s really annoyed that I’m now receiving paper bills when I had previously had opted out. And I cannot stop them online, only by phoning you. Not at all helpful.

    @EE what offers do you have on data dongles? I don’t want a yearly contract, more a monthly one I can cancel at any time.

    @EE Most of it. Very very slow to load anything. 20 minutes to load a page. Rest of the internet is working fine for me

    Have switched to 5G broadband connection from @ThreeUK from what was a very slow fixed line (and more expensive) connection from @ee, in the Birmingham flat. Very impressed so far.

    @SMTHFC1 Dear @EE that you would even comment on the sanity of a customer is awful! The over selling of products is poor enough, to take advantage of someone not familiar with your products is disgraceful. This is your opportunity to put this right! Simon, love to your Dad!
