@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@virginmedia Think I am going to give up. Your colleague told me he would “ring me back in 10 minutes”. That was 35 mins ago. How long do I have to wait before I call it a day completely and just move on? Will I get such poor service with @bt_uk or @EE or any other provider? #JokeOfAService

@EE My apologies my wifi used to be with EE but technically my wife and I still have EE phones and the biggest problem we have having currently is using our data at home. We’ve had only two bars of signal and we cannot connect at all to the internet.

@EE have consistently been raising reports about poor signals and even had a dropped phone call from a member of your team to sort this out, and didn’t get a call back. WiFi calling isn’t enough and your website gives the wrong picture too. Please advise

@EE @JadeyBum1990 Hey @EE Is the app going to be extended to work on Android 8? I refuse to buy a new phone just to be able to use the app. My phone works 100% fine and ive had no issue prior to this. Not very green to try to force people to buy new phones. Not in keeping with Glasto campaigns.
