@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE So, what you're saying, is there is a congestion issue, aka a fault? But, coverage checker advises no congestion & the fault status page reports no fault. B U T nobody can connect ? Sounds a fault, to me. Why does your site no just tell folk? It's been months, pal.

I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

@EE The details may be so but that does not change that I haven’t been able to use my phone out of the house for nearly two weeks. You got yourself into this mess by putting a mast somewhere that can’t be accessed safely, not something a customer should be burdened with for weeks.

@EE Then get an estimate from the third party so you can pass it on. You obviously have internal estimates because you won’t just have engineers hanging around until it’s safe, they’ll be reallocated. I think it’s time you give me the compensation for the 6 months I never claimed.

@EE I totally understand this. But, apart from texts, no other service works, so the link data is not true, as it reports optimal conditions.
