    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE broadband isn't working, called you three times. Technician was supposed to come but didn't. How long should I wait and pay for a service I don't get ?

    Hey @virginmedia - You're telling me it will take over 7hrs to upload a 30gb file even though we pay for your £59/pm service. Not good enough. We're out of our contract term so, I guess, it's bye bye. Hello @Hyperoptic or @EE? Any other recs for a fast and affordable service?

    @DRIVING_NAKED @EE Shocking I tell you. Supposed to get 20% off for being an emergency service worker, never managed to get it up until now !! But to get right to the end, get cut off and then they don’t bother calling me back when they have my number 😩never experienced anything like it !!

    Big shout out to the lady I spoke to @EE customer service yesterday. I'd been waiting a week past my go live date for my router to arrive. After speaking to a lovely lady in the cancellation department, she arranged for another router to be sent and it came today! So happy.

    Hi @EE. I ordered my new phone on 30th November. A week later, I passed a credit check over the phone with one of your customer advisors. I have still not received the phone. I only have just over ten days left to use my PAC code to keep my old number. Can you help?

    @EE Unfortunately that doesn't really help me as the 28 day dispatch isn't going to be fulfilled and I probably won't get it even before Christmas now 😔 if I had known this beforehand I wouldn't have upgraded at all.

    If you are looking for a new phone contract , or even 2, May I offer a little advice . If you value excellent customer service, then please please avoid @EE . Absolutely appalling service . I wonder what @MarcAllera would make of this? All I wanted was a new contract for 2 pple
