@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can you explain why my phone was cut off this morning causing me a lot of inconvenience as I was driving down a motorway at try time and the data got cut off meaning I had to stop as sat nav was cut off too?

@helendaykin @EE @ThreeUK I had the same, been a customer from days of one2 one about 18 years. We would not match 3 offer so had to leave. Very poor loyalty offers for existing customers

And you will know the day your internet is down because BT no longer provides it. But EE is not up or you have a way to connect. You would spent a minimum of 10 hours of the phone with the crap costumer service @EE has, and you will still not have solved it.

@tescomobile @EE Maria I believe it’s going ahead in the next 24hrs. Badly informed by Watford, he had no idea how to access his phone, very poor phone handover, I’m not at all impressed

@EE waiting for a new phone to be delivered. Thought I would check my account and @EE is trying to charge me over £70 for a 20min phone call…. Time to cancel and find a new provider
