@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Well yesterday I upgraded and Lewis told me you were experiencing issues. Then during our upgrade we did. Now I’m on you app and trying to re-set up the WiFi controls but it just will not load. I’ve logged out and in. I’ve deleted a reloaded your app. Both no joy

@EE This doesn’t address the diabolical English that your customer service team member was using?

  • iHareClamilton CH (@iHareClamilton) reported

@EE Sure. The message I put in my post details - your agent says was never sent. I recieved the same message in May, when I was in Spain and in July when I was in France, Switzerland and Italy. I received similar when I arrived in Iceland.

  • CliveEades Clive Eades (@CliveEades) reported

@EE - sorry folks but your outdoor 5G coverage in the West Midlands today has been utterly shambolic. Does rain really impact digital signal that badly,? If so, should subscribers receive credit notes, when your network isn’t good enough?

  • JonD_Chadwick Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported

@EE No, I made a complaint yesterday, and you closed them today Why?

  • JonD_Chadwick Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported

@EE Yes, I've tried that, every month for 6 months. They tell me they have fixed the problem and give me £20 compensation to close the complaint. Then the same thing happens again the next month

  • cavs13_ Adam Cavin (@cavs13_) reported

@EE if I were u I’d change your delivery partner #DPD ASAP they are an embarrassment still not had my new phone delivered. 3 re-arranged days and counting Lies from drivers saying I didn’t get my parcel due to not passing on correct pin!!! When I never even saw a driver!!!

  • SweetMochi53 merry (@SweetMochi53) reported

@EE anyone looking to go with EE, don’t. They sell your data and I’ve been getting 5-10 spam calls every day. This is a number I almost never use so I didn’t post it online anywhere. Calling customer service did nothing! Stay away!!!!!

  • therapyartcloud Dana (@therapyartcloud) reported

@EE I have a blue light code to save on my broadband. 150 assistant directs me to app. App directs me to message support & message support directs me to 150. It’s the loop of doom! Can you please contact me so I can have some real help transferring my existing account to BL

  • GrahamMcGee10 Graham McGee (@GrahamMcGee10) reported
