@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE HELP!! Just had broadband was ment to be activated yesterday that’s not happened trying to contact you is quiet a job I have broadband without a landline requesting a call back via the messaging system won’t happen it keeps asking me for a landline number witch i DONT HAVE!!

@AcademyWHU @EE Same mate.. 2 weeks I've been waiting.. when they did call they said I could cancel the contract free of charge.. Anything but repair it.. Happy to take money from my account every month though.. Absolute Wankers Mate..😡😡

@EE Mate.. All I want is a service I'm paying for. The woman I spoke to upgraded the fault to a complaint (So it's dealt with as a priority) 3 engineers have said the same thing.. The line is shorting out and needs a refit.. Nobody wants to repair it though.. Sick and tired of it..

Just letting you know @EE that you have my loyal custom for 3 more months, then I’m out! Im either switching to SIM only or moving to another network because your prices are far too expensive, especially in the current state of the economy 👍🏻

@EE any idea when the signal issues are going to be sorted around the CF37 5DN area? Getting worse, can’t make calls and when I can, they **** out all the time!!
