    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Genuinely so fed up with EE. Haven’t had more than one bar of signal since Friday. This continues on from last weekend where I went through a tedious DM process to find out what was wrong…guess it’s more serious than mast maintenance this time. Mast location CO3 0WL.

    @EE Not getting any Internet signal on my phone. Phone signal fine, but no 5G/4G/3G anywhere. Tried resetting phone and putting it and out of flight mode.

    @scottydodger @EE Cleaning the port is super easy to do yourself, if it’s an iPhone, just use a metal pick or even the sim ejection tool, doesn’t damage the port

    @EE I have been trying to reactivate my BT sport add on for two weeks now. I’m paying for this, but still cannot get it working. I have been through your help team numerous times to no avail, and I’m now in a massive queue for support… again. This is beyond ridiculous.
