@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Had a complaint to @EE spanning 2 months, escalated to a senior manager today who dismissed issue as a glitch. When I requested a hold on the account until this was resolved, he became aggressive, told me #EE are happy to fob customers off & hung up the phone. Appalling service.

@Lionesses @EE Hannah Hampton for her passing was a standout performance. Watch the game game over again carter holds her hands up 5 or 6 times for easy errors. Lauren james showed flashes of being the best player England have id give it to her

@MartinSLewis @EE have always been open to haggling for last 10years for broadband but this year the customer retention department wouldn't offer anything decent so leaving, others cheaper/faster alternatives.

Never go with @virginmedia they are unreliable in every single way. 5 years+ of misery. After 3 days without stable service they took £10 off my bill.. the end of my tether has been reached. Virgin hubs are broken and no fix. @EE here we come. Next Thursday. Better Internet.
