    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi I am going tobDM you as my phones are not working abroad as they normally do and even after paying for roaming etc... I can't even contact you and with the time difference this is a nightmare.

    @AlexPatersonSNP @EE I’m with O2 and the signal is fine everywhere. I would say I don’t get great signal at Morrison’s Haven but it hasn’t ever been an issue

    @MrGreenCandle @EE A family member was shouted at yesterday and had the phone put down on him for being correct. So this doesn't surprise me
