    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE I asked for the supervisor to call me back when they were free again. this has NOT happened. EE seem to be lacking understanding of how the world works, ie logistics or customer expectations. I'm sad to say i'm still looking for an alternative. END

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE You know what is more shameful, that people have to play this out on social media to get any sort of response. Customer service in the UK is shocking on occasion. Sort yourself out @EE

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Why the outrage? Lower your expectations. They don't give a rats arse. Any money making organisations are in it for the cash. Customer Services are now null and void. They are being run by AI bots. Calling them out on SM does **** all unless you are high profile! Sickening, but..
