@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE No you have a find X3 neo listed whereas I have a find X3 pro. This is the second time I've had issue with this - you had previously had it that I was trading in an iPhone 12 pro max (the device I am upgrading to)

@EE I have no coverage for 6 days now. This is just ridiculous. I check your coverage website every single day and it says you know of a problem in the area, but six days?! We can't do our jobs. Please fix it.

@EE I'm not sure why you can't just reopen my case from last year and send the engineer that you were going to, but I cancelled when my local council said you should only have people in the house if its an emergency and since we weren't working from home it didn't seem like one.

Oh hey @EE how long is normal for hold when being transferred to insurance from customer service? Seem to have been forgotten here and wife needs to go to nursery/work!
