EE Issues Reports Near Heversham, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Heversham and nearby locations:

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • M_atty1 Matt (@M_atty1) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Hi @EE Don’t listen to Femi he’s an idiot who’s always on the losing side. Im a long term EE customer but I will switch service provider immediately if I hear you have refused to advertise on GB News. It’s time to reclaim the news from the far left #FundGBNews 👍🏻

  • 61649295x Lyn (@61649295x) reported

@LozzaFox @EE @Femi_Sorry I will cancel two EE phones and 2 hubs if EE listen to ignorant people like Femi. I'm sure EE dint give a toss about a few ignorant lefties.

  • Philly4sure Philly (@Philly4sure) reported

@Scrobby @EE Why haven't you answered mine? What will you do if all the service providers advertise on there?

  • Scrobby Carl 🎃 (@Scrobby) reported

@Philly4sure @EE Work out which other one is least objectionable and switch to them, like I said. If all of them advertise on GB News (and, as I have said, I don’t think they will), I’ll have to base that on the other companies they support.

  • Sheepy_Oppa David (@Sheepy_Oppa) reported

@Nerrin @EE WOW !! A customer with 'EE' for 15 years. 15 years is a long time with a company

  • Philly4sure Philly (@Philly4sure) reported

@Scrobby @EE So basically you will just stay with EE because all the service providers use exactly the same modeling for their business profiles.

  • LizMack94580865 Liz Mack (@LizMack94580865) reported

@cp2242 @StopFundingHate @EE Have you ever seen a right-wing led campaign to shut down Channel 4 or the Guardian? Or threaten companies who advertise with them? Just asking.

  • postie_mark_5 Father Mark (@postie_mark_5) reported

@EE been with you since orange. You fund this garbage and I'm gone. #DontFundGBNews

  • mahshid0805 Mahshid (@mahshid0805) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@EE I have been a customer for the last 20 years, I like to remain one but I feel to protect our democracy it’s important not to support those that aim to destroy it. That can be achieved by not advertising with them so please #DontFundGBNews

  • MannFoss Foss Mann 🇨🇾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿💙🕷 (@MannFoss) reported

@eats1964 @JamieKay22 @EE An ugly word to use. Not unexpected. You are clearly as foul mouthed as you are stupid. Just do yourself a favour and look further than the Daily Express for facts. You'll be amazed by what you find.
