@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@W1986Andy @EE A late payment is marked on your credit file regardless of the reason. The onus is then put on us to add notes explainin why. You have to write a formal request to EE; gather evidence & submit with a request/complaint. At best they may put a note on your credit file as the lender

@EE When EE were T-Mobile they shared all my details with scammers, I know this because my first name was spelt wrong, and i receive multiple calls per month to my wrong name. **** EE. other networks provide the same service, and probably cheaper. **** EE

@EE The only time you ever see any grace or courtesy from companies like this one is when you contact their twitter and shame them publicly. You are employed by dregs as a punchbag. Shame that the few staff who can actually communicate never work on the phones.
