    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee terrible service!!! Got the new iPhone 12 pro in the post Wednesday 9th Dec , I am on a trade in upgrade , and over a week later no return packaging no return instructions, yet if i don’t return in 14 days you will bill my account? Con artists!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!

    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    What a joke @ee we have been without a mast for a few months due to problems with a land owner ! and now in our area no signal for 3 days ! This is my business line - you can pay for lost business

    @EE hi, I have just tried to log into My EE account to change some details but on both the mobile app and a Web browser there seems to be issues. Is the system down or having issues?
