@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Unacceptable that they have not highlighted this on the national news so people know how to circumvent the issues and inform people of the outages.. my brother in law is in hospital with a serious health incident and my wife’s family have been unable to contact us!!! Disgrace EE

@EE I have no phone or data. You have not resolved the issue at all. And suggesting I should phone 150 from my phone is laughable.

@EE My phone has been down for like 4-5 days no unable to make phone calls and hardly any signal anywhere. What’s going on. And you expect me to pay for the whole month bill when nearly a week of it I’ve been able to use the services
