@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@Trickeytree @EE Surprised me for sure, i thought it was some chancer until he showed me his id then i realised he was actually from EE, never had it before and he continued on to every house on my street so clearly a sales tactic which I'm not happy about.

@fant1345 @EE Haha yeah DPD are terrible. @EE sent me a 5G hub with them they told me they were unable to deliver and I was in my apartment all day when I looked at the CCTV the guy just stood at the door took a selfie and didn’t actually press the big button to ask the porter to let him in

@ChefPaul41 @virginmedia Mate I’m with Virgin they that ****. I now pay @EE for £13.99 a month for unlimited data and just connect to it and works really well!

You guys @EE are an absolute joke. I just need my 4G pod switched on due to an outage and your diagnostics bot and lack of call centre make this impossible. My wife is working from home and now likely has to go into the office on Christmas Eve due to your **** service
