Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Heversham and nearby locations:

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • OriginaL_TriP Mister TripLeT (@OriginaL_TriP) reported

@EE You vowed not to reintroduce roaming charges, but what's a broken promise when it comes to increasing profits? The only thing #EE did for me during the pandemic, despite being loyal customer with 3 lines is increase my bill, three lines it looks like I will be taking elsewhere.

  • dereklum Derek Lum (@dereklum) reported

@EE You have incompetent management then. In January EE didn’t know it ‘needed’ to invest in the UK network? You’re simply backfilling the lie. Our family’s 5 mobiles and my business’s mobiles will all be terminated with EE at the end of their contracts. It is a matter of principle.

  • apperlyjxct apperlyjxct (@apperlyjxct) reported

@EE 10 years with you guys. Point of principle will be leaving at the earliest opp. Poor show.

  • mistermrj mrj (@mistermrj) reported

@ianpatterson99 @EE In their own statement they said that the charges were "to support investment into our UK based customer service and leading UK network". So are the charges due to regulation if so that statement is a lie. @EE know that they can get £28 out of everyone for a 2 week break

  • WeeDogWalker Safetyadviser (@WeeDogWalker) reported

@KayBurley @EE For those of us who live on Irish Border this is a major issue. When I walk from front room to Kitchen my phone switches to ROI \EU and my bill used to rocket. If I turn off Data Roaming, I can’t use it. It’s ok in Britain where you have to fly to Roam. We just go o make tea!

  • peteyguk81 peteyguk81 (@peteyguk81) reported

@Nav_Dhadwal @LuxJude352 @EE Oh BTW... much poorer and less wealthier since the UK left. They shrank 5% after we left. The worst is yet to come when more countries leave the EU. Keep a close eye on Italy my friend.

  • Dan_Thrax Daniel (@Dan_Thrax) reported

@EE Ok then @EE, so let's say I keep my current contract and never ever upgrade or change it, then the roaming charges won't apply to me?

  • BennyDodds Mercifully🇬🇧 (@BennyDodds) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Let me guess, as well as being paid to push the depopulation juice you're also paid by 3 network?... Is there nothing you won't shill for?

  • Anth1977 Anth77 (@Anth1977) reported

@Pauldonny1983 @EE Been with @EE for the best part of 20 years, from when they were One2One and T-Mobile. Got our broadband with them as well and could never fault them. What's happened?

  • DollyDeluxe Angel Eyes #FBPE 🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧ (@DollyDeluxe) reported from Patchway, England

@EE @c_howarth This is outrageous, why are you doing this EE, have been an EE/Orange customer since 2001. I will defo change operator when my contract ends. Shame on you EE/BT
