Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.
-
the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.
-
the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call
-
Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.
-
Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.
-
Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues
-
JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, EnglandAbsolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services
-
Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
-
John Paul Gonzalez (@JanusPaulusG) reported@EE Not possible to fix
-
Mel D (@MelJD46) reportedDear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....
-
AK & Zed (@AKZed248046) reported@EE you guys are absolutely ridiculous, im trying to join you guys and get a phone, you guys have lied to me five times saying you're gonna call me back, I've had no phone call, your connections are terrible, I'm looking to just join another network, terrible customer service man
-
Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!
-
David (@davidofsussex) reported@StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Just tell the automated voice recognition thing “I want to cancel my contract” and you’ll be through to a person in a jiffy.
-
Robert Martin (@AndyGraysdouble) reportedBefore BT/EE ever regale us with what they do in AI they might first get round to getting vulnerable customer digital switchovers done quickly and seamlessly- a total shambles @BT @EE @Plusnet
-
darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reportedIf any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
