@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

@EE I remember years ago an EE employee used this phrase when I asked to price match a competitor deal. I was so disgusted by the arrogant answer that I’ve never used EE since. Funny how things work out.

Good Morning @EE what options do I have to pay up an account immediately? Account is 3 weeks old. Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value is on £150, to fix damage internally that was clearly present before I received the device.
-

(@JamesPowers365) reported
@EE I would assume that the repair cost would be the same. The crack is as a result of internal damage and not the phone been dropped (not dropped by us anyway), unfortunately I believe best solution is to pay it up and move on, as My Good lady would likely pursue the CRA 2015.
