@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE That makes sense as it follows iTil which I'm qualified in, but that's not been the case. So if you're closing the complaint without resolve then it shows there is something you aren't telling me. I will message you my information now.

@EE well I've been with you since T mobile and you have now lost a customer. Six months and nothing has been done to fix the issue and customer service don't care and you promise it will be fixed in 16hours and 48 hours. Six months and you still expect a full bill. Ofcom it is
