Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

Love2knit4love (@Love2knit4love) reported@EE Problem is I have had to leave the hospital without this resolved again after spending an hour on the phone last night trying to sort it & we wanted to have me named on the account so I could phone to sort this without having to fight through the system.
