@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@FxckBethaanyy @AlfieBack__ @EE True, but EEs appalling customer service just makes things worse. I had the same problem with the Samsung S20 ultra. It's not good enough that the default way to get any help is from a forum full of pompous know it alls

@EE I pre ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on 17th of September with my local EE shop I even paid £25 deposit to have it on release day. 2 weeks later still no phone and shop doesn’t give me any information. Can u help?
