@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@nat0381 @Purple_bin @EE Yeah they said this is a Samsung one to go with my phone, never had one before

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?

  • Teamversatile79 Nathan (@Teamversatile79) reported

@dpd_support @EE why would the driver take a picture of my fr door without ringing the door bell? I’d Been hanging around as you requested a time, made sure I was ready for Nicholas your driver, as I’ve had these problems before sneaky man got off before I could catch him

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

  • Bodders84 Graham Boddy (@Bodders84) reported

After being with @EE for 20yrs when it was orange and then T-Mobile. Think it’s time for a change. 2 months worth of bills wrong and still no further forward with them to sort it all out. When your on hold for over an hour while they “investigate” is just poor service

  • DonnyLebowski Anthony Reid (@DonnyLebowski) reported

@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!

  • billyallingham billy allingham and 793 others (@billyallingham) reported

@EE I need to speak to someone about a technical issue , I can’t e mail, I can’t web chat and I’ve been on hold for an hour and then cut off , what is going on ? Can you message me please

  • TriScalpel Cara S. (@TriScalpel) reported

Don’t you just love it when your @EE 4G connection evaporates right at the start of your Zoom meeting? Zero issues all morning and then BAM! Slightly concerned at my irrational panic of having no connectivity for 45mins.

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Your website seems to be broken! Won’t allow me to go past checkout

  • crossdale94 Dale Cross (@crossdale94) reported

@EE Do you have any signal issues in the Aberystwyth area? Since getting my S21 Ultra the signal has been really poor
