    Hi @EE I want to know after a second day of no network connection in the Eastleigh area what you are going to do to reimburse me to account for my loss of earnings? £ off my next phone bill was a nice gesture but that won’t be good enough now. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

    @EE you have a very unhappy customer - my brother phoned to check everything okay for his trip to Corfu and ensured that the phone would work calls and roaming - he has just arrived and nothing! - he uses this for a business he has just set up, so is currently fuming!
