@EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE my 84 yr old Mum is trying to rearrange a ‘home move order’. She was kept waiting on chat for over an hour today & the number eventually provided to the dedicated team 0207 362 0200 says this number is not in service! How can you help her sort this?

Absolutely amazing service from @EE (Siobhan I think)&BT Openreach. My internet died yesterday & she said she’d keep trying and fighting for approval for an emergency (?) case as I rely on WiFi for my house items because I’m disabled (lights, heating, plugs etc). Fixed by 9.30!
