@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@NoServiceHereUK phone signal is 3 bars 4G mine and my partners phone constantly keep losing phone calls or the person at the other side of the phone can’t hear what we are saying and only get half a sentence @EE say they are aware of the problems out here and there are a few!

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

@EE signed up a week ago for sim only contract! Haven’t received my sim yet! Can’t even call you because I can’t find a number to call for non customer numbers since I haven’t received my customer number yet!!! Wtf!

@EE I had a problem with my account, called your services and was made up with the level of service i got. Really nice lady to talk to who helped me with my problem i had with EE. Nice to have a call center based in England. If you want to DM me you can to give the lady praise.

@EE I was told i would get a call back tonight at 7 to sort out my daughters phone as the battery is playing up. Phone call never happened! not happy as it will be soon too late for me to do anything about this! shocking customer service
