@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

Shout out to @EE customer service - super helpful, polar opposite of @Virgin . #virginbroadband still down, told it was fixed, it isn't. No engineer until Tuesday afternoon which means nearly 36 hour outage. Exactly as awful as reputation suggests.

Fantastic service from @EE today. I have been a customer for the last 10 years because quite honestly they offer consistently good customer service and always stay competitive. Annoyed I cannot remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he was awesome 👏🏼
