Shout out to @EE for having absolutely awful service in Leeds at the moment. I work in the city centre?? How do I have barely any signal here? And barely any in east Leeds either? I thought your service was supposed to have great signal in this city?

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

I'll be seeking legal advice on this @EE as this has never worked since we joined EE. Hence our chat on 21st Dec 2021 here on Twitter. That was the single most rude statement I've ever been told by a company. Basically, if she's still alive we'll review it then. So rude.
