    Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

    @GilesPalaeoLab @EE Literally this week found out that EE’s ‘free’ tablet they gave me last year with my broadband/phone package wasn’t free and they had been charging me for it… despite the fact I never wanted it but it was ‘free’ and made my contract cheaper… until it didn’t.

    Yet again on my UK staycation and @VodafoneUK network is unsurprisingly awful and a huge letdown. Thank goodness for complimentary hotel wifi. @EE here I come. @VodafoneGroup - please improve your service and stop making excuses for your poor network.

    @Churchill I am receiving questions via SMS to answer about my last phone call. It was a helpful phone call. @EE warned me that I'd be charged for responding to these as they fall outside my plan. That's not very good is it? Laura will now not know that I valued her help.

    @EE my mum has had service issues fir a outlet if weeks. Each time we check status it says you are aware if a service problem in UB5 4EB. This hasn't changed and there is no update on the report when it was last reviewed by EE. My mum is 89 and relies on her phone.
