    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    What a ruse @EE; top up phone to required amount, system says not enough funds, when it is enough. Add more funds, oh okay it’s fine now. Never been adequately explained to me why I have to add way more than the cost of the top up. Please do, I’m all ears.

    @EE could you please work on a way on improving signal in Epsom. Its a joke that I have no signal for calls when I'm out. I have to wait until I'm home for WiFi connection
