@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE I understand that there’s currently an issue and unfortunately wifi calling is no use when I have no wifi. I was unable to access my train ticket due to no signal. I hope it’s fixed soon 🤞🏼

@EE you keep saying that customers can use wifi calling - however that isn’t working for me. Live in an area with zero mobile signal so rely on this - I’m currently unable to make or receive any calls. Can you confirm there is indeed an issue with your wifi calling function?

@EE I have terrible EE service normally and I am reliant on wifi calling but it is not working I can make calls via WhatsApp or via normal cellular calls but the wifi calling is not working…I have reset the whole phone
