@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE is there a fault with landlines in ST13 area? Tried using my landline to make a call at 9.30pm tonight. No outgoing nor incoming. Broadband was down at 10.45pm but back now but still no response when dialling from landline phone. Disappointing you don’t have a 24/7 helpline

@EE I have had very little or no signal on my mobile for the past 2 weeks. Today I have none unable to receive or make any calls, what's going on? Totally unacceptable!!!
