    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE absolutely shocked at ur customer service, are ur staff ok! I order weeks ago a iphone, i then received 2 Separate conflicting calls from ur staff asking me to change the colour as what I wanted was sold out, i did that to now be told its a 28 day wait???

    @EE Android but it is working once reinstalled. Was just pointing out its a ridiculous issue that is common to a lot of users and your fix is to keep reinstalling!

    @EE morning. Wife is trying to get into the app to check on some stuff. Keeps getting error messages and nothing works. Is there an issue you’re aware of?

    @EE can I please check where my final bill cheque will be sent? My old address appears on the invoice and I’m supposed to receive the refund of the credit on my account. Customer services phone line is on constant hold…

    @EE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with CUSTOMER HOTLINE SERVICE Since MOnday night - MY UPGRADE TO Microsoft DUO 2 Phone - I was on the phone with 4 different EE Hotline agents from like 3 pm to almost 7 pm and plus a call to Microsoft Support - PROMISED 48 HRS today and no calls and no EMAILS

    @EE The data top up was for a meeting nearly 3 weeks ago? IF, big IF, the data did update then its due to expire in a week anyway so pretty pointless? No worries, I learned my lesson, don't trust #EE I'll get a data SIM from my mobile provider @02, they give better service
