@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE hi! I’ve ordered a watch upgrade, but the delivery notification texts are being sent to the number associated with my current watch… which doesn’t receive texts, as it’s only for my watch. If that makes sense. Can you help with a delivery status check?

@EE It’s cool Andy, after SEVEN hours James at level 2 technical support switched it on and was baffled why no one else had seen there was a block on the data. He was fab and I’ve been compensated for the inconvenience. Definitely not renewing the contract though, that was hellish.

hey @VodafoneUK you have got to be the worst provider in the uk and thats saying something - even @EE customer service is better than yours.

@TerrySt98113150 @NicholasTyrone @EE EE will also start charging, they have to as the bottom line takes to much of a hit if they don't. E11 offers the same healthcare restrictions as the NHS , not all health issues are covered by health insurance either.

@EE Hi, I ordered a new phone which I was told I would be texted about delivery for. I haven't heard anything, tracking is unavailable for some reason and now I've been sent a text asking me to review the DPD delivery service but I'm phone-less...please can you help!?
