@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Yes and it works fine. We have already had three different engineers out to fix it. The 1st got the broadband back on, the 2nd got the speed up a bit (not to what we we're getting) but it dropped. The 3rd same but not as high as the 2nd and told us (1/2)

@mags_louise I ****** all the big companies off and went with @EE. Hardly ever get any issues and when I do, they diet them pretty quickly. Reasonably priced too, I think I've got the 2nd highest package with unlimmtted Internet and its around £26 a month

@EE I've ordered a phone online and was asked to call and confirm details. Which isn't very convenient as my old phone is broken, i don't have a landline or a workphone, and I live alone.
