Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..
