-
Donald MacKenzie (@dmck52) reported from Inverness, Scotland@Femi_Sorry @EE What are you scared of? Do you fear that GB news might appeal to lots of voters? Do you fear they might ridicule what you believe in? How would you feel if someone tried to cancel your favourite news outlet?
-
Donald MacKenzie (@dmck52) reported from Inverness, Scotland@Femi_Sorry @EE I pay for quite a few mobile contracts. I will not spend that money with any telephone company that gives in to calls to cancel ANY media outlet. No #CancelCulture
-
Stefan Vass (@fizzy1021) reported from Inverness, Scotland@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.
-
Brian (@McIntosh141) reported from Inverness, Scotland@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.
-
Karim Harbott (@KarimHarbott) reported@EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.
-
prettyboy~~ (@limitiskii___) reported@Abdulqowiy_ @EE bro wtf
-
Mart (@MartGB_) reported@EE's auth process to login might genuinely be the most **** piece of software on the planet. Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
-
Karim Harbott (@KarimHarbott) reported@EE I’m done with your call centres. 3 months. No support. I’m not calling back. I’m writing to @Offcom about the most laughable awful service I’ve ever received.
-
Ian Clark (@thebiggis) reported@EE We had a brief power cut last night and ever since my YouTube location defaults to the USA - any thoughts on how to fix this?
-
NomadBiker148™ (@StuTheLad) reported@EE honestly, your signal is absolute pants, ive been with you a long time, but this last 18 months it just seems like I never have a signal, I run my own business, I use my phone alot, im not out in the sticks either im in greater Manchester ! Dreadful, time for a change

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.
