    @EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE On the plus side, the last tech I spoke to over the phone actually gave a damn enough to check my service history & discover a fault. The Openreach guy too was incredibly good & this all stemmed from a EE rep on twitter getting involved. Speed degrading already, copper aint fibre

    @EE That’s annoying as when searching on website it gives the impression that EE use WiFi calling instead of a dedicated app (such as that o2 use) when overseas with no compatible local network.

    @EE I have been trying to return a phone that was sent to me in error for a week. I was sent the wrong order! Despite numerous phone calls, I cannot get through and I am not getting even an automated response from your emails. This is terrible customer service. Please sort this!

    @EE I keep getting these messages saying there is a problem then get this one. MyPlace update: The problem near Home has now been fixed, we recommend you restart your device. If you have already done this and are still having problems, please call us on 150. Can you advise ?

    @EE My EE account says im ready to upgrade, but the upgrade option on the site doesn't work. There is Shop, Upgrade, Account. All work except Upgrade. On clicking Shop, the page tells me I can't add anything extra to my account?

    @EE It's sorted now. However it took over 30 minutes to get through to customer services and then a further 45 minutes speaking to tec support to resolve it.
