  • fizzy1021 Stefan Vass (@fizzy1021) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

  • RonaJCampbell1 RonaJCampbell (@RonaJCampbell1) reported from North Kessock, Scotland

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

  • ItsSimplyWifi Simply Wifi (@ItsSimplyWifi) reported from Inverness, Scotland

Outside EE store in Inverness. 3 employees sat doing nothing 2 customers allowed in shop. A outside. Poor service @EE

  • dmck52 Donald MacKenzie (@dmck52) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@Femi_Sorry @EE What are you scared of? Do you fear that GB news might appeal to lots of voters? Do you fear they might ridicule what you believe in? How would you feel if someone tried to cancel your favourite news outlet?

  • McIntosh141 Brian (@McIntosh141) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@mattswain85 @EE @O2 Looked again. O2 have brought in a data cap of 25 gig if abroad before u r charged so not quite as bad but still.......

  • Felegundin Nick (@Felegundin) reported

@EE hi, one been having issues with my router for a couple of days with internet cutting out during work hours. Can you please help resolve

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE You want to invest in the network, and raise funds to cover that investment? Why not come up with a product/ service people want to pay for, rather than this, which is the opposite. We absolutely do not want to pay for roaming charges, that’s just how mobile should work.

  • JamesJarrold James🦈 (@JamesJarrold) reported

@GameDevJay1 @EE I've been with @ThreeUK for ages now and never had any problems, pretty cheap for unlimited data too

  • signoralbertoli SignorC (@signoralbertoli) reported

@EE @AdiGaskell this is a pathetic answer. improving the network is mot “a pressure” but the least you cand do in a competitive market. Say goodbye to this roaming customer too.

  • moldovia István Vilmos 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇵🇱🇭🇺 (@moldovia) reported

@trafficbasher @EE @ThreeUK Never trust big business but I do agree with u.

  • steelo1977 Ancient of mumu (@steelo1977) reported

@EE very poor choice returning to roaming fees. More so after saying your customers wouldn't face them. I won't renew any of my contracts if you go ahead with this. Might be no better off elsewhere but they won't have lied to me. #EE

  • edgeofbarkness nearly barking (@edgeofbarkness) reported

@ee When I renewed my contract you did not mention you were going to charge me for data roaming. Please let me know how to cancel my contract

  • janusbasnov Janus Basnov (@janusbasnov) reported

@BBCNews Really disappointed @EE , such a money grab after promising it wouldn't happen. And don't give me the stupid line about how you have supported NHS staff, I dont know how you can even think that is relevant

  • MagicBoyUK John Roberts 🐝🇬🇧🇪🇺🦠🏠😷 (@MagicBoyUK) reported

@mrjamesob @EE Going back on your word is bad form. You just lost a customer when my contract's up.
