Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!

Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!
