    @EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE EE my broadband is with you, but I have an issue regarding the wire that goes into the phone socket, it has been severed near the skirting by the door (not by us but by prior tenants) and I was wondering whose responsible for fixing it? Is it BT? Or can you arrange it?

    @EE That's were the problem starts, when I open the phone app there are no 3 dots in the top right hand corner or anywhere else.

    @EE @stimpsoncn The 2019 app was much better! Searching for artists was what made it so great. Also, where are all the other stages and why are Wednesday and Thursday not showing? So far, terrible update!! (iOS) Poor effort!

    @EE Hi, seem to be having signal issues in the SO42 postcode, do you currently have any known issues in the area? Usually get 3/full bars of 4G but have no service currently.

    @deadheaddraven @EE Did I tell you how they lost my phone a few months back? It went into repair but was never sent out and was just chilling in thr back of the shop for three weeks.

    @EE The router I was given was faulty, the replacement router was booked for delivery with the router number in as opposed to my mobile number. I asked for a transcript to be emailed this never arrived.This router was also faulty, pt1
