@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Yeah I’ve explained I don’t think I shouldn’t pay because of how long I’ve been with the company but it’s never happened no matter what I’ve upgraded to. It was either a £30 or £50 upfront cost and that’s before paying the bill each month. Expensive

@EE EE fibre broadband with a landline connection as at the moment I have no landline number so everyone has to call me on my mobile which is seriously expensive for them. But still very interested in the EE broadband as I’m already an EE customer with my iPhone and going to upgrade

@EE It is a mobile roof mounted aerial rooftop dish in CA18 1RT. EE website has said it will be fixed in 16 hours and has said exactly the same for days. Online chat support was painfully useless

@EE No thank you, I was backed into a corner between ee and the ombudsman and had to then accept a lower offer from you ! So bad publicity is the way to go

@EE I know I'm usually the first to moan when something goes wrong BUT not today. I would like to give thanks to the agent I spoke to this morning, didn't quite catch his name but he has sorted me out with emergency allowance until 27th so I can renew it from this date onwards.
