Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
-
𝐀𝐃𝐙 (@ad_moran4) reported@EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is £72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !
-
David Chandler (@DavieChandler67) reported@EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support
-
Irfan (@IrfanAlMoha) reported@EE 01282 573603 The above number claimed they were you, please could you check and confirm? And action as a customer who's been with you for years this number should be investigated and communicated to UK authorities and BLOCKED/CANCELLED.

Jordan Phelps (@JordanP__25) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 is absolutely awful , I had so many issues with them , I’ve finally moved too EE much better. There customer service is atrocious
-
Dr E 🇵🇸🏳️🌈😷 #FreePalestine #MasksWork (@E_catservant) reportedHello @EE soon to be ex-customer here. Absolutely appalling 'customer service' from one of your shops today + if true, a policy of facial scanning that's blatant discrimination against anyone with health issues / undergoing cancer etc treatment & sinister AF 🤬
-
Too Tall (@TooTall03965500) reported@EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.
-
𝐈𝐳𝐳𝐢𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 (@_izzfrancis) reported@EE Furious and appalled with customer service. Your employee gave my phone away to the wrong customer after leaving it for a battery repair yesterday. Went to pick it up at 5pm, for them to have no answer on what to do next!! No, I cannot call, because I have no phone. Please DM
-
Al Strachan-Brown (@alibee2025) reported@EE I’ve done it now but there is always an issue. It says don’t use the WiFi so there’s no way to actually do it.
-
J G L (@smartmama) reported@EE , Can someone explain why my account was charged £3 extra last month. I am not getting any responses. I am not a new customer.
