@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE really poor customer. Upgrade phone last month on Ap. Receive bill for double what upgraded to. Ring up and am told that two lines have been added to account. Advised this is not what I requested. Old line cancelled, huge faff with change of number and 140 still deducted

@EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

@EE I'm in the USA but have no signal all phone settings are allowing roaming but I have nothing, need to receive texts for work!
