OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.

Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal

What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔
