    @EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

    @EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

    @EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

    @EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

    @EE Have re-scanned 3 times in past 48 hrs (since problem started), but still no sign of HD channels.

    @EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

    Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

    Hi @EE - I don't know if you run an employee recognition award/bonus, but Maggie in your customer service dept (I'm sure you can work out who she is) deserves it 100%! She went above & beyond to keep me updated on my service outage, and was the most friendly agent ever!

    5 weeks ago I sent my @EE phone off to be repaired. Store says it was stolen by the DPD guy. Repeatedly misinformed & the customer service is diabolical! We still have no new phone & are apparently waiting for DPD to admit fault before we can get one! Ridiculous process! 😡

    @EE any known issues in sleaford area for data, my phone says network temp turned off by mobile operater, few others at work have the same issue
