    Will @ee be discounting my bill? 5 days of planned disrupted service in my area! That's not good enough. For a company that annually increases bills can offer poor service for a prolonged period with no discount is very poor

    Coverage by @ee in eastern Germany continues to be shockingly bad, day in day out. Don’t even THINK about going for EE if you travel extensively: their data coverage is dreadful.

    @EE @bt_uk My phone line with BT hasn’t worked for about 11 months now - I pay them £72 a month (mainly for full fibre internet) but £5 is for a call package I’ve not been able to use - I asked to cancel it and could they come and just remove the master socket - that’ll be £98 please.

    @EE why do you make it so hard. Long-standing MOBILE customer. Longer BB customer. Trying to upgrade to ultrafast Fiber. Salesperson takes 30 minutes to quote and then decides they’ve quoted me a student price that I never asked for. Is it really that hard?

    @EE Yeah but order them direct from Apple because you will never get them ordering through EE I’m awaiting a phone that’s been on order weeks still with no set delivery date thank god I never signed for broadband as well avoid avoid avoid avoid

    @EE Hi Megan, yes have followed your suggested steps online and have called your support like. I have been told to call @Apple and then they said it was a network issue and to call @EE back. I am sure it’s a software issue as the phone is working fine and I have full 4G connection.

    @EE needing help, I was sent the wrong Apple Watch Series 7, I contacted yourself to get it sorted, customer service put an order in again for the Watch I originally ordered,every time I try to look up the status of my order it says it can’t be found

    @EE I know the 5G network is working fine as my colleague has the same phone and is on EE. Both phones are next to each other he has 5G I have 4G. Worked fine yesterday, stopped I think after I did the iOS update to 15.1 last night. Wondering if a carrier update could help?
