  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

  • FMTDC Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

@EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

  • poulloingg gg poulloin (@poulloingg) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Misplaced fone bought £5 SIM for fone used when out walking. Shop said would be able to use at normal rates when month ran out. It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE No ,just cancel 2 lines which are iPads at the end of the contract this month

  • lousnews23 Louis Bowden (@lousnews23) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE literally had my phone with you just over a month and the sounds buggered, shall I take it in store so you can fix or replace or do I have to go to @Apple 😱😱

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE are there problems I can’t gift data to one of my other lines !

  • KikoAlvarezL Kiko Álvarez (@KikoAlvarezL) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

@EE @ChessPM Its a generic response regarding the price increase , I reported a fault and they asked me to use WiFi lol yes I'd love to pay an extra 15% and not be able to use my service! Wow what a great service

  • janebaillie Jane Baillie 💙💛 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@janebaillie) reported

@MattHolbrook86 @EE Inflation has never been this high. Taking their contract wording quite literally

@EE literally taking the biscuit!! Forever having messages saying there’s an issue in my area, yet today you get an email saying prices are going up by 14.4%!!! 🤯 service at an all time low yet let’s hike the prices up as much as possible!!!

  • POULTONGIRL CHRISTINE WILLIAMS (@POULTONGIRL) reported

@EE how do I cancel my plan and move to SIM only with @bt_uk ? Who do I contact first to start the process?

  • WGimenes Wagner (@wgimenes@mas.to - just in case) (@WGimenes) reported

Honestly @EE, this is NOT the time to announce a 14.4% increase on your broadband prices. Why not take one on the chin, and at least say "we see what's happening and will give you all a breather". Read the effing room. Quick way to lose customer's good will.

  • JakeOKane Jake O'Kane (@JakeOKane) reported

Anyone taking an @EE data roaming contract should be wary. I took one for the family visiting the US, which I cancelled once home. @EE continued to charge for the other 3 mobiles stating I needed to cancel them individually. Not explained and shoddy. 🤬

  • Monza972 Monil 💙 (@Monza972) reported

@SMARTYMobileUK Hi, are you guys planning to add eSim support anytime soon? Looking to jump from @EE but no eSim support is a bit of a let down.
