    Hi @EE your customer service is ****. All I wanted was an upgrade to my iphone and you've wasted 5 hours of my time (3 store visits, an application via the app, and a long chat this morning). You can't process my order because of an IT fault that you don't know how to fix.

    @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

    @EE good evening , after trying all day to reach customer services and actually “ speak” to someone I am constantly directed to a message service that tells me all is working fine 😱 it’s not or I would t be wasting my time . I’m losing the will to live and out of contract

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service
