    @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.

    @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE You could’ve kept me as a customer with a new phone for another 2 years but I’m tempted to go elsewhere just purely because that is highly annoying and extremely misleading!
