    @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.

    @EE your e Sims don't work just been in your shop and they still couldn't get it working I am not paying that part of the bill now , as I can't speak to you online and your shop could not help

    @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

    ffs @EE sort your 150 crap out. Trying to pay my bill Option 1, to pay your bill, Option 2 to pay someone else's bill or Press star for something else. Doesn't let you press star just repeats that same options over & over. so can you get someone from EE to call me.

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
