    @EE your customer service is an absolute joke. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

    Truely awful customer service yet again from @EE - they just fail in their customer service over and over again.
