    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    Trying to upgrade with @EE get right to the last stage on the online shop for the shop to be down! Come on EE get it fixed!

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.

    @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!
