    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    Trying to upgrade with @EE get right to the last stage on the online shop for the shop to be down! Come on EE get it fixed!

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    @EE why do we pay £££ every month if each time we leave the house we can’t use our phones due to no signal even though it says 5G?

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE I live the way you talk about being the best network. Well ive never heard so much bullshxt tbh. Broadband cancelled after 8 week because you couldnt get it working as promised and now I have numerous issues with customer service- The worst company in the comms industry

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    @EE Ee customer service is very poor we have trouble with our Internet for months tried to contact ee today record message or test rubbish service still taking our money
