    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @EE had no WiFi for three days. Wanting to talk to someone and all I keep getting is a text saying Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hour. It’s been three days
