    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    Trying to upgrade with @EE get right to the last stage on the online shop for the shop to be down! Come on EE get it fixed!

    Hey @EE, Long time customer here since the orange days. I have many devices with you, including broadband. We use the little 4g wifi boxes to keep our cameras live when searching for missing dogs. What deal can you do? They are not on all the time, just as and when #harveysarmy

    @EE Already done that. They were no help. Flatly refused to provide an extender which Sky did without question. There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.

    @Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?

    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again

    @EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful

    @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price
