@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE is the network down? I haven’t been able to use my mobile data since Friday & I haven’t 5G with good signal bars.. I would love to be able to use my phone without WiFi.

I rarely bring personal matters to this platform... But my 72 year-old mum Is being charged £500+ by @EE for a 2hr phone call to New York ...that she didn't make! That she has never made in 11 years of being their customer And refusing to refund her Abhorrent from @EE.
