@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE have treated me (a loyal customer of 20 + years) with no respect or loyalty over the last few days. I upgraded my phone and took out “full insurance” 3 weeks ago. I then had my phone stolen on Saturday, leaving me shaken and extremely distressed.

@EE Thanks for your reply. One of us has a WiFi calling capable phone, the other not. However what's really needed is for @EE to do something about the historically poor signal strength in this area - very poor, despite the claims on your coverage maps

@FXKT_GEIST @EE EE should be ok as Virgin used to use that and I had no problem but Virgin now changed to Vodaphone network and its atrocious. If have not luck with EE try Tesco sim only internet connection on my mobile is better than the Virgin media one.

@EE where can I make a complaint pls? Despite me putting my correct address for my phone to be delivered, you missed off my house number and the poor DPD driver had to knock at every house. I was lucky to have received it!!!
