My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@spyfromberlin @gloucesterrugby @EE Yeah I had no EE reception at all at Kingsholm, there were quite a few outside with the same problem. Luckily mine was in my iPhone wallet. Not sure if EE was down in the area yesterday or if it’s a regular issue.

@RunNurseAlex @EE Exactly what i went through, I couldn’t access my account even after reaching their support service and never got a respond until a friend referred me to unihacksupport on instaso I reached them and they succeeded reinstating my account, they can help.
