    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

    @EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. πŸ‘ πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    I have never been able to log in to my business account since joining you and you have just billed me for Β£275 when I was on holiday and had the holiday package daily!!!!!! @EE

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's Β£19 upfront and Β£29.99 a month. With yourselves its Β£20 up front Β£72.81 a month (first month is Β£92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!
