@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE Hi there. I upgraded my phone on Friday evening (15th May). I received a confirmation email, but have received no further communication. Just querying to check everything is ok. Any help would be much appreciated 😊

@EE Are you guys having network issues? I cannot make or recieve phonecalls from my non-smartphone (EE PAYG) to family members on the vodafone network. And they cannot phone me either. Just get "The number you dialled is busy". Can you assist or shed light on this issue. thx
