@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE Best network my arse. I am stuck in a 3 contract but have been living in Cornwall and data there was abysmal. Had to get a Vodaphone sim to get decent service. Now in Abbey Wood London SE2 and still crap. Lucky to get 1.3 mb/s download on 3g if I select 4g speed test cant find 3

@ArcadiaWildBill @EE Grain, They are a local company EE is £35pm for up to 120mb Grain is £30pm for up to 900mb I'm lucky that EE are so bad at their job, gets me out of sticking with them and I can move to a way better service.
