    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?

    @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.
