@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE No broadband literally all day - Newport Isle of Wight. Engineer coming in the morning thankfully - but what gives!? I've had nothing but problems with your service ever since I joined. Engineers out, phonecalls complaining about no WiFi etc at least 3 times a year.

@EE if you put my phone bill up due to the “CPI” index I will never renew my contract with you again. I’ve been with Orange/EE since I got my first mobile in 1999 but will not accept price rises mid-contract. Rather than shareholders, think about your customers. #Ripoff #Liars
