Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that.
