My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE I do appreciate your help, I will, as I do every upgrade, will have to find the deal from the EE website I would like, it seems the upgrade team want me to take the biggest payment increase possible. It the size of the sale over just a sale that seems to be the case at present.

@EE Extremely poor service ... as a brand new customer the whole process of transferring to EE has been so painful ... should have stayed with Vodafone ... 😩 don’t do it peeps ... genuinely not worth the hassle!

@MoohanLiam @EE Update from EE - "there's some ongoing issue with My EE where some customers are getting this error and unable to login. The internal team is aware of this and working on it so that they can get this issue fixed for all the customers as soon as possible."
