    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?

    @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

    @EE any idea when the app I use to access my account and add-ons will be active again? It's been weeks, and I keep being told by business customer services that it will be fixed soon. Not happy.

    @bt @EE @openreach the worst companies on this planet to deal with, awaiting broadband since February with escalation after escalation, simply brilliantly rubbish. A customer for 40 years and they really do not care

    @EE it is dumb to need to verify WiFi login by needing a passcode I can only access by email WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGON TO WIFI. I have no bloody internet!!! Make it make sense
