@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE My number has now transferred to the EE SIM but I’ve still got signal on my old provider. Any idea when this will stop? Don’t want to be paying 2 contracts.

@EE Signed up to 24m contract with 50% discount. There was an issue at the time & 50% discount was only applied for 6 months. Was contacted & told this would be honoured for full 24 months (confirmed by chat agent) but for last 2 months I’ve been charged the full amount 😡

@EE hi, internet is still not working. Appreciate if it's a BT OpenReach issue you can't do much, but the fact we have to ring you to find out is a poor experience. Now on our 5th day of no internet and we have to ring you, the provider, to learn the fix is pushed back yet again.

@EE's 4G Router speeds are unbelievably slow - cant even load google properly. Having to use my phone. They're running on the same network, so I dont understand why the router has eaten 💩 but my phone is fine?
