    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.
