@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE I spoke to someone in customer relations and was fobbed off. She had her script pitch perfect which deflected everything I had gone through. Don't expect anything different now. Thoroughly disgusted.

@EE @EE Contacted customer services and they said the only option is to return the phone, cancel the upgrade plan, wait 14 days and then take out a new upgrade with whatever offers they have on at the time & of course they are no longer running the same offers...

I’m disabled. I've had to move to a new apartment where there is no EE signal. EE knows I'm disabled & they’ve told me ‘We don't need to guarantee a signal inside U should walk outside till U find one',even though they know I can’t. EE won't release me from my contract. @EE #help

@EE @virginmedia Had an issue with EE 4.5hrs later I’m still waiting for any response. I’m on hold. No one has answered my tweets. Also had an issue with VM. Contacted via Twitter. 15mins later all sorted. Who am I recommending to anyone?
