@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@Grufflock @deadheaddraven @EE I've not had an issue with talktalk while I've been with them Virgin were annoying when I went with them, fixed fee for first year but kept getting letters saying after your contract ends your rate will increase to a higher amount then again a few month later

@EE EE my broadband is with you, but I have an issue regarding the wire that goes into the phone socket, it has been severed near the skirting by the door (not by us but by prior tenants) and I was wondering whose responsible for fixing it? Is it BT? Or can you arrange it?

@EE The router I was given was faulty, the replacement router was booked for delivery with the router number in as opposed to my mobile number. I asked for a transcript to be emailed this never arrived.This router was also faulty, pt1
