@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

@EE Trying to enter a PAC code into your website but getting a ‘Code not recognised’ error. Double checked and is correct. Seems a common issue on your forums. Tried online chat and phoning but won’t allow me to speak to anyone, just says you are busy and hangs up? Can you help?

@EE how many EE advisors does it take change a light bulb? anyone would think you don’t want more regular business- 3 advisors- 1.5hrs on chat to transfer payg sim to paym For an existing Customer it’s poor but it must ruin your conversion rates!

@EE Seems no way to easily add a new eSim to an existing contract??? Nothing in support and only vague forum posts about some £7/mo option??? Which means EACH WATCH would need it's own eSIM contract?

@EE Hi, updated Pixel 4 XL last night and this morning no network is detected. Tried restarting/resetting network/reseating sim/manually inputting APN nothing is working. Anything you are able to do on your end please?

Have my first 4G watch but @ee seem to be the WORST provider for support. Unless you buy it direct you have to buy a WHOLE NEW CONTRACT???
