@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Been waiting for 2 months for @EE + @BT to stop blaming each other and install our #WiFi Really terrible #customerservice with #OpenReach engineers not turning up or cancelling appointments. Anyone ever had this bad of an experience and have any advice?

@EE Absolutely no issues with @O2 in the parts of Liverpool I’ve lived in... only ever heard bad things about @EE in the city too... weird.
