Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

ZM (@Zahid2301) reported@EE took over when I was with BT. Since then service not so great and no reward for being loyal which is why I’m leaving and never coming back.

NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.
