@EE Hi, how can I speak to an actual person about my broadband going down today? I followed the text message thing that said it'll be back on next Friday with no other explanation. Obviously that's not good enough.

@EE Its worrying the amount of people that are having trouble with signal etc after the 14% increase! Has EE cut down on costs while raising everone elses?? Next 12 months are gunna be interesting to see how many customers you lose when peoples contracts are up

@EE please help!! I need more data for my BT 4G home hub but I can’t log in myEE account as the password reset function is broken. Also no way of contacting u as the helpline asks me to enter my EE mobile number but I don’t have one.

@EE your internet is absolutely rubbish and I am now looking at other providers. Should have had an engineer out to look at our problem with Wi-Fi coverage around the house, never turned up. Fed up with internet constantly buffering.
