@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE 3rd attempt at 150 call (Wed 10:35 am) this time the call was disconnected after 17 min, "This office is now closed" ??? Try to call again 150, this time "the service is not available". Either all customer service agent are on holiday or something is going very badly wrong.

When you spend 1.5 hours waiting for @ee to answer the phone, then as you take the mail in a bird craps on the letter you are holding and it's not yet 11am... you just know it's going to be a bad day!
