@mouthwaite @EE I’m on @tescomobile have the whole family on it and have been on it for over 10 years now, after poor service form a different provider. You are paying for a service that you are not being provided with! Nothing wrong with outing them for poor service.

@mouthwaite @EE I like orange, found EE a little dissapointing, 3 (three) I have always found to be best even with non UK call centre. They are cheapest and generally brilliant signal. Vida phone terrible and very expensive, O2 middle of road.

@EE For 2 days I've had "no service" and a message that says "selected network (ee) not available". I work in the middle of a busy ind est. I can't make calls or work. My neighbours have let me borrow thier wi-fi to try and fix this - please help!

@mouthwaite @EE Vote with your feet, so to speak. Also, I never get handsets on the drip, buy your phone get a cheap SIM. Treat it as a commodity.

@mouthwaite @EE EE is BT after all. Tried to rip off my partner. Would never give any money to EE/BT. Liars too. Tried telling us we could only get a max BB speed of 4Mb/s and no other company could do anything as that was the limitations of the cable in our area. Getting 27 with plusnet...

@mouthwaite @EE Nope, is not celebrity status it’s about having good customer service which @EE don’t have, so much so we left after our whole family being with them since 1997!!!
