@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

I am aware this is a very 3rd world problem, but @virginmedia went down at 8pm and estimated fix is 4pm today. As someone who's prettymuch dependant on the internet for 90% of my life (disabled, mostly live online) it really hurts to be tehtering my @EE right now.

@EE No I haven’t got the time to spend talking on the phone, I should be able to find good deals online like I can with other networks including yourself if I’m a new customer.
