@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE can you sort out the broadband fault we’re having? Your customer service and your website is about as useful as a fart in a jacuzzi and we’ve spent an entire day unable to resolve the issue and still have no broadband.

@EE Could you tell me how I get positive feedback to the people who matter. Lots of people are leaving comments in the EE community space but they’re all saying there’s nowhere to do it officially. It feels important that good service is recognised
