    What the chuff is going on at @EE mobile? Basically no signal from St Austell to north of Exeter and slow / unstable in Taunton. No other reports on the self help site.

    @EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

    @EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

    @EE I am furious. What a let down EE is. On top of providing faulty hardware that stopped working after a month after I took out the contract you would rather save a few pennies by using snail mail to send me a replacement SIM card than provide me with a decent service.

    @EE hello, I'm trying to call 150 to cancel my insurance, each time I go through all the necessary options (press 1,2,3,1) I then get cut off every time. How can I get through to cancel please?!

    @EE It takes you 5 working days to send out a replacement micro SIM when your 4GEE WiFi router randomly stops recognising the existing one after barely a month of being in use. Why so long? People need WiFi to work! Faulty tech, poor service!

    @EE Kristen I have been paying the direct debit the whole 5 years but not made a call or text. Nobody from EE contacted me to enquire why, did I want an upgrade, was there a problem? Nothing until I cancelled the DD. No call back from a manager nothing but a debt agency. Disgraceful

    @EE hi I have put in a complaint 2 weeks ago now and everytime I call I am promised a call back and no one ever calls back. It’s been over a week since I’ve had contact and was told the complaint would be sorted within 3 hours please help
