@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE spoke to somebody last week regarding my final bill who told my the payment would be taken by direct debit on the date I would usually pay. Why has it been taken a week early leaving me £200 down two days before Christmas?

@EE Terrible Service - ordered an iPhone 12 pro to be told it will be 28 days til it arrives but was promised before Christmas by 4 different employees. Now it's been 30 days and predicted to come in Jan now which will make it atleast 40 days. Feeling like I've been robbed.

@EE Not much of a story. I ordered a SIM on 12 Dec for my daughter’s Xmas present and when I phone EE to enquire, I get told it must have been lost. Great! Don’t worry, Sir, we’ll send you a new one within 7 days. I somehow think your Customer Services Rep missed the point....
