    @EE I’ve been out of work for a year after an accident. Now your company refuses to help whilst rinsing me for every penny I don’t have. I cant even feed myself but EE expect me to pay them extortionate amounts. A bit of help cost you nothing. For me it could be the difference.

    @EE I have called your service desk three times today, only to wait 30mins each time for the call to be ended before getting to speak to anyone. So frustrating #CustomerService should be the easiest thing to get right, but #customerexperience is so poor.
