I always laugh how @EE pick up the phone so fast if I choose options to take out new stuff but cos I’m trying to fix or I’m leaving my broadband with them I’ve been on hold for the last 28 minutes 🙃

@andy_stirling24 @EE It is pretty bad. I had a text yesterday that said it will be delivered by the 15th. Does that mean tomorrow? Next week? The 14th? If they don’t know they should be honest. They should have the stock in their warehouse now from Sony

@EE Really got to love how you advertise add to plans but yet you can’t add anything to plan as the website doesn’t let you and says you must be within the first 17 months of a contract which I am great customer service first class NOT!
