Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?
