I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.
