@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE - yr updated app is horrible. Too clunky, black page difficult to read (poor eyesight), asks for password and code when I've said no to code, takes ages to respond. Have uninstalled, reinstalled and no better.
