@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@MarcAllera @EE I live in Tenby, South Wales and the signal is absolutely rubbish when there’s more than 5 people in town. We have up to 70,000 tourists every summer. We have 1 mast that works 2 miles outside of town. It is SHOCKINGLY BAD. Forget about making calls indoors. Plz sort it out!!!!

In my new contract. The best they could do is £80 a month for the contract. After I include all my add-ons I'll probably be looking at an extra £20/30 a month than what I already pay. Loyalty has got me **** all. Probably gonna leave now, so yeah @EE sort it out.

@EE ABSOLUTELY F**KING **** network. Had phones with you for over 20 years, first One 2 One, then T-Mobile and finally EE. Ordered an upgrade on 27th, for lad to tell me I can’t have one coz I need to merge numbers then order gets cancelled coz of change of ownership on account!!
