Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.

The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating
