    @EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

    @EE can you tell me why an account has attempted to be opened in my name when I tried to help a family member place an order? It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

    @urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her β€œemergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent Β£60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a Β£7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    @akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

    @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of πŸ’© 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

    Currently in a battle with @EE as their broadband support are dismissive and useless. It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?

    @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !
