@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

@EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

@SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

Been waiting 6 weeks for an engineer to make the broadband line active, waited in 4 different days and had no one turn up with no notice and they still don’t know when someone will come out to us. Shocking service from @EE After being a mobile contract customer 10 years+

@EE I’m currently with you and on a monthly contract which ends in December. Please do educate your staff in the Peterborough store to not just chat to each other and ignore their customers - honestly so rude! Makes me want to take my money elsewhere frankly.
