    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

    Huge thanks to @EE for suspending the kids mobile service 2 days before Xmas to force a payment of £235 for fraudulent payments. They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

    @EE any chance you can change how long it takes to change a temporary greeting. 2 minutes just to change and save a greeting daily is a right pain in the behind. There’s an awful lot of waffle to cut through listening to before I’m able to change my greeting.

    Dreadful signal across the board today @EE in WN2 area of wigan, no 3/4or 5G and terrible call connection with an age to wait to connect to the other person. Checked online says no issues but obviously not the case.

    @EE I’ve received my new phone and trying to fill in the form to bring over my phone number from another provider but it keeps rejecting my PAC code and now the page keeps crashing! Do you have an issue with this form?

    Totally regretting moving back to @EE, order made 10days ago & still no idea what is going on. Hours spent on hold, many false promises of calls back/confirmation emails that still haven't happened. Considering staying with @ThreeUK or going to @VodafoneUK now. Awful service #EE

    @EE why am I paying so much a month for an old handset. Upgrade only happened feb/ March this year and battery life is awful. I have been a customer since 2007! My friend has straight away got an iPhone 13 and is paying a lot less.
