Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
