I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

Considering I was explaining I could getting better value elsewhere, I’m now thinking the treatment would improve too. I’ve been a customer for 24yrs. Shocking.

They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE
