This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.

So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.
