I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Email says I have I haven’t. @HMCTSgovuk is walsall hmcts recieving communications from one efficiency as well as the apple case id teddie email. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.
