@EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

Matt Biffa (@mrmattbiffa) reported from Bedford, England
@EE She’s been trying to cancel our broadband for a year now and it’s cost hundreds of pounds paying for two providers. Is there anything that works at EE? Please respond, thanks!
-
Matt Biffa (@mrmattbiffa) reported from Bedford, England
@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.
-
Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England
@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.
-

@EE My wife has received shocking service from @EE. The non existent customer service is abhorrent. Promised call backs that never happen, speaking to customer service representatives who have absolutely no clue. Left on hold for 30 mins at a time over and over again. Shame on U.

Eliza Carson (@Shady__Pines) reported
@EE I raised a complaint - was called but missed it, nobody has called back since. This is has been ongoing for a couple of days as the live chat team was useless! Can you please HELP!
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported
@EE @cjdracing1969 If your phone has coverage, but you're reporting capacity issues, toggling flight mode could actually make it worse - by unnecessarily increasing signalling traffic. Losses of coverage can be resolved by flight mode, but I suspect this is not your issue.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported
@cjdracing1969 @EE @SilverstoneUK Are you saying your phone is showing no coverage/emergency calls only? 🤔
-
Gary Phillips (@GaryPhi70067930) reported

-
darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported
@EE there seems to be a major fault in the NR15 area with broadband, no updates nothing works and the mobile signal is pretty much useless too so no chance of using 5G to hotspot, what is going on and when will normal service be resumed
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported
@EE @clivej2010 To clarify: You will only roam when home-network coverage is unavailable, but foreign networks are.
