Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

One thing that I have to recognise to @EE as a very good customer the last four years, is that they have never failed to disappoint me. As a service, I almost never had a problem with them. As a business however, never again.. 17.08.21 and and I'm gone.. I just can't wait. #EE

@Ofcom a while back you warned mobile network providers to ensure their coverage reports are accurate. Well @EE don’t seem to be interested in holding accurate information. My postcode is missing, tell them, and unless I want to buy a product they aren’t interested.

@EE Is live chat available? I've been trying to connect to live chat for hours. Also tried calling but the call keeps ending - (I've put my sim card in another device to call you as my phone is broken). I really need to speak to someone?
