Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE ..PLAYSTATION 5.. Honestly every other company has managed a restock or even gave their customers a slight update on when stock is coming! EE yet again you’re letting down your customers. 👍

@EE poor service over the last 3 months is affecting my work, my studying and my partners business.... their response: you can’t complain but you can terminate... seriously!! Customers for over 5 years, broadband and mobiles and you are happy if we leave!!

@EE hi my phone keeps showing up no sim emergency calls only. Its only comes back on when I've reset my phone. Sim card is securely in place. Any ideas?

Wow @EE really can't do anything they promise. They leave people in poop, and don't even try to help. The more loyal/more you pay, the less service you get from them.

So 4th day now with no mobile network from @EE. Every day the same excuse "our engineers are working to improve the network", clearly your engineers don't know what they're doing. Roll on April when I can change network.

In 1993 I took out 2 mbl phone contracts with One2One which is now EE. Many years later, until today, I say treat your customers as you would want to be treated. A big relief to be leaving that was once an amazing provider. Move on & go forward. @EE @WorkforEE @MarcAllera
