@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@ee Still not fixed, keep raising issues on your site, get a text a day or so later say fixed, open a new case, repeat. Upload speeds are often in single digits, pages don't load, huge amounts of packet loss. Multiple devices, walked around ~2 mile radius.. same problem.

@RSTJA @EE I’m in the exact same situation. Ordered something from EE on Saturday, was told Monday. On Monday, was told Tuesday by support. Last night, was told today. And I’m just off the phone to DPD, now they’re saying it could be tomorrow. Hinckley first, then Birmingham, hasn’t moved.

@EE Yes I did speak to them and also discussed other deals that I could get with other providers which were by far cheaper. I have been a loyal customer of EE and expected more of a service to retain me as a customer. I advises what I wanted but they were unable to Taylor anything

@EE lost a good customer today. There was a Black Friday offer with a free Switch which I went for. Turns out the offer had expired and shouldn't have been on the website. Since tried to sort it, told by 4 different EE staff I should get it, then told later I couldn't.

@MarcAllera @EE Shame with other issues it’s not, simple things like a upgrade trade in should be simple not spending over 5 hours on the phone and still no solution!
