@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE My bill is due to be take on or after the 13th if this month, but it was taken today. Minor minor issue but for people who depend on the actual date stated this could cause issues.

@EE Hi, I speak for for your customers at present, your service is not reliable and not available most of the time. I report the issues so many times and get nothing in return. You have a service agreement that we pay for and increasing the fees for such a poor service is a joke

@illidarisxo @EE Disappointing, EE only went down once or twice the past two years for me.. now it's down every day and just went off for 2 hours

@EE Just wondering if you knew the status of the total blackout across the whole of the UK? My homebroadband etc is still out and i desperatly need it for my daughters medical stuff relies on WiFi. I'm shattered now since this started at 1am
