Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

EE operator didn’t mention that when the phones arrived I wouldn’t be able to charge them. Apparently I have to spend more money & buy a charger. @joelycett I feel this needs your special attention 😱

Phil McLaughlin (@pmacbrum) reported@EE Apparently for service lost for whole week to my business EE think a £25 credit is acceptable. No warning, no help really just telling us to use WIFI. I was given a number to complain. That proved pointless. I'll have to wait for the contract to expire. Are they all like this?
