  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@XboxP3 @EE @EE are probably the worst company you could pick. They like to add wee sneeky extra charges to your bill just because money.

  • dynamite130 Wegason (@dynamite130) reported

@EE I need this issue resolved with the reference: 191173473 because I didn't do any contract and this is affecting my credit score. Kindly help me resolve

  • NigelPDavies Nigel Davies (@NigelPDavies) reported

@EE just thought you'd like some feedback on your new "visual service" - it is terrible. When you ask to talk to someone you really don't want a txt. I've now wasted 15 mins trying to cancel roaming add on unsuccessfully. It shouldnt be this hard!

  • GalvaniseEdu GalvaniseEDU (@GalvaniseEdu) reported

@mentalmovieguy @XboxP3 @EE Sony are gradually becoming more service based, but they are still and forever will be about the box that is PlayStation. If that changes and they say the same things as Phil has, I’d have the same expectations and criticisms of them. Same as Nintendo.

  • KevinCarrC Kevin Carr (@KevinCarrC) reported

@EE first mobile phone company in my life to refuse to discuss early upgrade fee - despite high usage & poor battery life

  • DarrenMillenium Darren Wallace (@DarrenMillenium) reported

@XboxP3 @EE all they have is the U.S version ?? I'm seeing the date system being enforced as well meaning it's either Day, Month & Year as it's suppose to be or the US the Rewards are Broken a lot of the time as well, seriously where does all the Money you get from Purchases of your Services

  • ianwilgaus Ian Wilgaus (@ianwilgaus) reported

@_temmi @XboxP3 @EE It’s why Xbox will be no.1. More acquisitions of companies will happen and Sony can’t compete anymore. But that’s bad for Sony. Not us.

  • GalvaniseEdu GalvaniseEDU (@GalvaniseEdu) reported

@mentalmovieguy @XboxP3 @EE The difference between PlayStation and Xbox is that one is a hardware driven company, the other services. It doesn’t make sense for a service based company to restrict access but it does for a hardware one.

  • mortonuk2005 Andrew Morton (@mortonuk2005) reported

@fluesy_bluesy @XboxP3 @EE Gamepass was offered to Sony, they turned it down

  • noblesix89 noblesix89 (@noblesix89) reported

@XboxP3 @EE No offense Phil, but save Halo man. Microsoft has a lot of cool studios. Make someone else try or help with a new halo instead that zombie that is infinite.
