I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE Rang 150, menu broken Got on here, your bot told me to ring 150 Managed to get to the digital bot in the App, it just loops, told me to ring 150 Texted HELLO to 150, "Digital Menu is currently unavailable, call 150". Bill still not paid & won't be until someone calls me.

The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
