    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @nat90HJ @EE @EE I’m really annoyed with the way you’ve treated a loyal customer that’s been with you for years don’t even try and come with contact customer service cause that’s not not I hope after his contract is done he leaves use man awful way to treat your customers

    I swear I will never leave @EE consistently people like Kayleigh make the whole customer experience a breathe of fresh air, I mean that literally seeing as I have bloody Covid 😩

    @EE your network is shocking in Edinburgh. Calls are impossible. Everyone I ring complains about the signal.

    @EE Android, it was affecting both phones and the tablet. Working now. We only updated 2nd Dec, had to update again today to use the app and then the errors started once updated.

    @EE ARGH! I was missold a new contract yesterday & was advised the only thing to do was do a return & revert back to my old contract. Been on phone to returns for over half an hour which is costing me for call and for roaming. I’ve been a customer for over 6yrs i feel so let down

    @ee you expect customers to pay for 100% working network but when you have had problems with connecting to the network and you can’t even when with full4or 5 g signal @ee doesn’t bother fixing gives excuses they cannot be the number1 network in the uk #rubbish #ee

    Hey @EE how difficult do you have to make it to upgrade? The website doesn’t work, the store doesn’t have the phone I want and they can’t order it… maybe it’s time to move network.
