@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

FURIOUS with @EE customer service. Got through paying the upfront cost for a PS5 and the website kicked me off, then magically sold out. basically told tough. Registered to be told when stock would arrive but got nothing. Cannot wait to leave this shambles of a network!!!

@EE completely disappointed in the appalling service given to my mother in the Swindon store this week. Asked for help getting a SIM swap from a Nokia to an iPhone, broke the Nokia phone, didn't apologise, handed it back and then just answered the phone ignoring her. Disgusting

@EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G
