@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE how can I complain to you about text messages not coming over to the @SMARTYMobileUK network. They have tried to resolve it but are stuck. Anyone that's texts me from ee doesn't come to me. All other networks do... Smarty said contact you and ee support said contact Smarty.

@MSTKN51868544 @EE We must live in completely different areas as my signal is trash a good 70% of the time its even to a point where I get sent somewhere for my job and i pre warn that my signal is poor in that area

@EE Thanks EE for ripping me off , your appalling customer service and the lies told to my face in store by business account managers , 20 yrs + as a customer , and acc manager hiding in stock room rather than face me cause he knew he’d been caught , utterly disgraceful treatment 🤬
