    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    What a joke @EE are. Applied for a phone last weekend. They took a deposit out of my bank account. They then decided on Monday to cancel my order. Still waiting for a refund. Surly the should ensure order goes through before taking a deposit. Don’t bother with them rip off

    .@EE EE Broadband is the worst Wifi provider in the UK with the most incompetent customer service. They took a deposit and 2 year contract from me and refuse to ******* install said WIFI.

    @bt_uk @EE i think you need change your slogan "best network for 12 years" your refusing to answer questions, your refusing a manager, your refusing a wifi hub for a disabled child who needs wifi for equipment after lying about installation by 3+ months. Nothing best about that!

    @EE Her phone is broken so she can’t ring. She needs to be able to visit a sympathetic person in a shop ideally. That has not been the case in your Poole branch. What shall we do next?

    Hello @EE I’m desperately in need of help! The customer care line says to go in to store. The store says to call. I have broadband and phones and iPads so I’m a very good customer, but your system appears to have a glitch!
