@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE failed to add my additional roaming package when I arrived in the US having booked it with EE over the phone a week earlier. They are refusing to reimburse me! Had Rude woman at EE yesterday. Definitely time to move on after 20 years

@EE hey my mobile data package renewed yesterday, this is showing on my ee. However my phone has told me I need to sign in to ee to access my data, even when I do this It doesn't work so unless I'm on WiFi I can't access websites.

To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!

@EE You want to make it as simple as possible? A swipe card WAS simple, not everyone wants to type in long strings of random characters each time, or wants to use a card online/over the phone to top up and not everyone can use the app as of course it doesn't work on older phones

@EE I need someone to make contact with me because for some reason you guys say one thing and do another! I recently had a big complaint going through, thought it was sorted and relied on your advice to then receive a text saying my accounts in arrears!!!! So angry!
