@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • soanbre S (@soanbre) reported

@EE Morning, why are all your 12 pro max contracts at least +£20 more expensive than all other network providers (e.g @VodafoneUK)?

  • jamesbi93847190 james bird (@jamesbi93847190) reported

@EE @kevinbacon loyal customer for many years. Awful renewal for coverage of international roaming. Two of us £1200 joint business a year. Goodbye EE hello 3 Network. 7 international countries with your new roaming package!

  • AndrewLuton4 Andy L (@AndrewLuton4) reported

@EE When are you going to fix the problem in the ME13 area?? 2weeks no service, no updatesThis is really starting to affect our business, time to look at other suppliers @O2

  • _rowan_lee_ Rowan (@_rowan_lee_) reported

@EE Yeah, in the city... few of my mates use EE and they never get signal. Just use vodaphone, over even Tesco which is run by O2... both are better and also have better deals.

  • AsgardLioness Vitani(Online) (@AsgardLioness) reported

@EE Dude I’m with 3 and they have much better coverage than you guys I’ve tried EE and your coverage is terrible

  • MariaaaPowell Pow. (@MariaaaPowell) reported

@EE my phone says it has no signal but it should

  • Natalie_Agri Natalie Noble (@Natalie_Agri) reported

@willoliver88 @EE I moved networks because their signal is terrible in rural areas... also their customer service sucks.

  • MartinF87765606 MF (@MartinF87765606) reported

@EE Cancel your contracts when due. They’re about to ripoff the uk public again. With roaming charges saying they need it for infrastructure. They make billions them and BT who owns them #cancelEE

  • andyandyward Andy Roo, RD (@andyandyward) reported

@EE Can count on? How about invest in 4G coverage down the south west train routes from London to Cornwall, instead of billions on 5G that hardly anyone can use? There are literal blackspots and large areas of 2.5G EDGE signal for Christ's sake. Impossible to do anything.
