@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE your award winning customer service has failed for my sister and 82 year old mum. Landline and broadband downwhich means careline doesn’t work-vital for someone prone to falls. No urgent response after over 2 weeks without it. Shocking.
