    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Yep. Got nowhere at all. Just apologies from them, which is all very nice but not helpful. If we hadn’t spent £1800 + without fail in 17 months I’d sa fair enough

    Getting seriously fed up of @EE and their customer service. 4GEE for my house has been dreadful the past few days. They don’t seem to Al want to help. Anyone got any other 4g internet providers?

    @EE The team didn't point it out but only mentioned the router will not do hair pinning, as explained in my email back(the picture) hair pinning will work but only if the other device is wifi. this was my testing I did to found this out. as to a fix to my issue nothing is happening
