    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE Sky are the WORST for bumping up packages end of contract. Good luck re negotiating (they only try to sell you other things). They’re hell. Try locating an actual person instead of chat GBT

    @EE what is going on with your service in South Warwickshire. No data transfer, no mobile home broadband, poor signal inside and out. Standard response: check our service and all looks good. Reality: its not working across multiple devices in multiple locations. ????

    @EE The problem with the web page continues after many weeks. There is no response on the app if I want to track my free boosts and on the web page it shows System Failure. Been like this for weeks. When will it be fixed? Send this by DM but it didn't get by the bot.

    @EE Awful service. Endless clicking of options and replying to texts. Cant talk to anyone. Cant email you. This must be the worst customer service ever. When I pressed some more options I was told a technical issue has a 45 minute wait to speak to someone.
