@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@Hilwallmanc @EE Yep, material detriment (if applicable) is something you can use to try and leave the contract without penalty. Complain to EE, if no outcome or satisfaction within 8 weeks get a letter of deadlock and complain to communications ombudsman. It'll cost EE for every complaint.

@buxton081 @EE There is a problem with the 2 masts in Burnley, apparently they may need to relocate them from what someone told me. A few people have contacted them and got a refund for their monthly bill. Worth ringing them & asking. My mrs is having same issues with her signal, they are pish.

I really wish @EE would cut the sob story in the email announcing prices hikes… as your shareholders are rubbing their hands in glee. if can’t afford to run your network it’s not my problem! I might not complain as much when you roll out 5G standalone (in my opinion real 5G)
