@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Your "service" has been so throttled for me lately (when I've had 2-3 bars of reception most of the time, which is good around here) that you should give a couple of WEEKS free!! 😡😡

@EE I just want the old phone to be replaced as it wasn’t back in January. Or to have my money back from my premiums since January as I’ve been ignored and let down since then. It’s really upsetting as I still can’t cancel it because they say no one will listen to my complaint.
