@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@Apple @EE Apple you should be ashamed of yourself 8 weeks my 10 year old son has had no phone due to active lock EE have given me proof of purchase and we’ve sent you everything and yet you still have not unlocked the phone shame on you Apple your customer service is shocking

@AntStephen @EE is just as bad in the ground mate. Had to turn off 5g to even get a webpage up but even on 4g sky sports app doesn't work. Must be in a dead zone but with full bars 🤷

@EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

@EE no IPhone 13 pro max delivered then - what a surprise. I was told Friday. Signed the agreements and now no phones for a month. Not a happy business customer at all.

@EE sort out 150 and get this sorted I am not havi f this every month do your job or I might have to find another providor 2 months running I have had this problem now get a human on the computer or ring and check my bill and update my card like you should have 19th
