    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

    @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

    @EE please respond to my DM. My Mum is in the USA and unable to buy a roaming pass because your system appears to be down. We have been sent in a loop of calling, being told to do a text conversation, and then being unable to receive texts while abroad. Please respond for help

    @EE I ordered a Playatation game and DPD won’t deliver it (waited in for a whole week) and there is no way of calling or contacting you regarding the issue abd no tracking info for the order. How do I resolve this?

    @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit

    @BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.
