@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hey. In the past couple of days, I’m been having some issues with our BT Broadband & EE 4G Router & I also seem to be losing signal on a frequent basis. Is there an ongoing signal issue with the network at the moment or an issue in the Havering area? I did check the (1/2)

@EE can someone help please it's really difficult to speak to anyone on 150. I have a new device been delivered but on attempt DPD said the provided pin in the text was not valid can another pin he sent ?

@EE hi ee, its Steven d here, why do speakers go down low on mobile phones, when my back up Alatel a3 phone was on loud speaker, the loud speaker suddenly went low, do u know why that is, X me back

@EE My new boradband should have been activated yesterday. This morning the smart hub plus is STILL just flashing orange. I've tried different cables and sockets, all the same. Not a good start for a new customer
